Stopped here for two days on a business trip. The flush handle on the toilet fell off the first day but the toilet still worked (lucky break). Beds were big and comfortable. Big desks are a plus, as is the pool. But the rooms (travelled with another couple) needed a good cleaning. The furniture looked like it had been acquired at a bankruptcy sale. No phones. Some of the vending machines worked; others didn't. Front desk personnel were pleasant but overwhelmed with customers all stopping by with complaints about their rooms or something else that wasn't working. The whole place needs a do-over.

Spent two nights and had no problem. Our room was not actually in the main hotel but across the parking lot in an annex. Room was clean, A/C was working well and plenty of plugs which also included USB ports.
Sure this was not a five-star property- but for a interstate hotel that was inexpensive, it worked well for our needs.
Had no problems that others were reporting.

No refrigerator in room. No hair dryer. Had to turn on sand off the tv at the tv. Toilet continued running after flush. Couldn't adjust the temp in room. Breakfast pickings were slim, although they did have waffles. Staff was average. Room was clean. Needed more outlets.

It pains me to even give this motel a 1 star. My husband and I stayed there last weekend as we had business to do in Tallahassee and decided to go to the FSU game. Looks like they spent a little money renovating the lobby and that’s it. Walked in our room and it wreaked of air freshener covering up cigarette stench. When we went to go to sleep, there was a cigarette stain/hole in the sheet. My husband went down to ask for a new sheet. One of the men from the front desk came up to the room, and asked to walk in the room to see it before giving us a new sheet. The next morning, my husband went to grab some “breakfast”. He arrived in the lobby at 9:02 on a Saturday to grab a muffin and an apple and the motel manager sharply told him breakfast ended at 9. When I went to take a shower, I pulled my towel off the upper rack in the room, and it had black hairs and was dirty! (See pictures attached of the towel and filthy, stained shower curtain!) I’m order to get them to give us a new towel, we had to exchange that one. They only gave us 2 towels. My husband went down again to ask for another roll of toilet paper and a box of tissues. When the guy came up to bring the new towel and toiletries, he brought the towel, roll of toilet paper and a handful of tissues he grabbed from the room next door! Absolutely ridiculous! I looked at him in shock and said, “No! I want a box of unopened tissues!” Worst experience ever! Not worth the cheaper prices even on a home game weekend!

For $176 USD you too can feel dirty even after showering.
Upon entry, the room smelled. It was dark, dingy, dated and just gross. The floors looked dirty whereby you don't want to take off your shoes, the TV set had smears of ?? all over it. The room had two queen beds, one bed had one pillow, the other had two. The hairdryer was MIA, inside of the bathroom door and walls were disgusting and stained. Then when you do go to pull on the faucet spout to turn on the shower the entire spout pulls right away from the wall!!
There was a fresh coat of paint on the outside hallways of the hotel but really at this point it is like putting "lipstick on a pig". Only reason we stayed was this was the third hotel we tried that had a vacancy and after driving for hours we were exhausted. .

The rooms are great, nice and clean and tidy, the customer service is spectacular. Very kind people and will help you with whatever you’re doing! I didn’t stay long enough to go into the pool, but it looks really clean. The water is clear, blue and the area surrounding it is spotless.

I stay here frequently whenever I’m working in Florida, the hotel is typical for the price range. The reason I keep coming back and this is my hotel of choice in tallahassee is because of Adam at the front desk. He is a top notch desk man, made me feel like I’d been a loyal customer for years from the very first time I walked in the door.

The hotel is very dirty and not maintained at all. Mold on the shower curtain, stains on the bed covering, black stains on the ceiling. The entire property is not maintained one bit. The owner was informed and did not take responsibility for the issues or offer an apology. Unfortunately I have to stay here with the area being sold out.

We stay here after our trip To Biloxi, MS. This is our 3rd and last time!! We checked in and recognize the social distancing and dealt with the manager on duty. Went to our room, and while I was unloading our car, my wife went to get some ice. Machine was broke, so manager went to another nearby hotel and got us ice. Use the toilet and the handle was broke, pulled out. Went to set up the clock, it was broke. No table in room so we could eat our meal, light to left of bed broke. NO PHONE TO CALL OFFICE and it was pouring rain!!! The floor was filthy and we slept in our clothes as not sure how clean the bed was. A real nightmare!! After a sleepless nithmare, went to checkout. No one in the office; rang the bell for about 5 mins, and gave up. Choice hotels should be ashamed!!!

I don’t know where to start! The front desk employee was incredibly sweet, did not know what to expect as it was a motel, but from the moment we walked in rakita was extremely helpful and did it all with a smile on her face. Recommended a restaurant which was nearby and gave reccomendations to shopping and grocery in the area the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable . Will be coming back next time we come to town!
