Hotel's Favourite
Definitely the best hotel experience we have ever had in Tallahassee. The customer service was TOP NOTCH! From the front desk to the hotel restaurant, they were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Shout out to Sierra who was exceptionally helpful checking us in when we arrived after 1am. The location in College Town is minutes away from the Florida State campus and within walking distance of several restaurants. The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower pressure is extraordinary, and our room came with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and "white noise" machine. My only small complaint was that their TV listings included the SEC channel but not the ACC channel. Parking in the multi-floor parking lot behind the hotel was easy and convenient, although there is an $18 daily charge. Will definitely return the next time we are in Tally town. Thank you for a great stay!!

This is a brand new hotel in an excellent location in relation to Florida State University, FAMU, and even the State Capital. It is the closest hotel to the FSU football stadium. There are plenty of good shops and restaurants in very short walking distance to the hotel.
Parking is in a garage behind the hotel that is also a garage for the shops and restaurants in collegetown. There is no connected walkway from the garage into the hotel. You also can only park starting on level 5. It’s not a far walk.
The front desk staff were generally helpful. The hotel appeared new and clean. We arrived at the 3 pm check-in time. Our suite was not ready until about 4:30 p.m. Not a great first impression. They did ultimately offer to reduce the rate for one night of our stay and provided some points. We had not asked for anything, so at least that was pretty nice. They had plenty of staff at the front desk, so I’m not sure why management did not simply get directly involved and make sure the room was done quickly and safely.
The suite we had was spacious. The bathroom was large. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage and a fridge in the main living room and in the bedroom. The door to the suite made an incredibly loud clicking sound every single time it closed. The entire floor had to hear it each time. There is no way housekeeping and/or management had not noticed this and yet nothing had been done to fix it to date.
We ate breakfast at the hotel. We had a very pleasant female waitress who was the only waitress in the restaurant despite the fact that the hotel knew this was move-in week for students at the colleges and there would be plenty of guests and visitors. The waitress worked very hard, but there was no way she could keep everything going timely. Once again, there was plenty of management around on the lobby floor, but nobody stepped in to help her out. The breakfast was pricey and the portions a bit small.
I was very eager to stay at this new hotel. I was disappointed with what I listed above. However, I hold out hope that changes will be made and this hotel will run more smoothly in the future. I will give it another chance.

They just opened in the past 6 months and have a really sharp, clean look. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful, even the front desk at 5 am!
Love the boutique look. Our room was spotless, the bed very comfy with a great mattress and excellent shower. Minimal carpeting which I love because of allergies.
The restaurant was a little minimal in decor but the waitperson and bartender were great. Not much choice on the menu but the choices were quite good. Highly recommend the ahi tacos...the crispy tacos were amazing.
Generous happy hour portions
Reminded me of some really cool hotels in the Willamette valley area
The worst I can say is you're in a noisy section of town right in FSU so there will be noise until 2 am but the windows are thick and you can def sleep through it.
You park at the public garage behind the hotel for $18 a night but the hotel rates are reasonable so this was not a big deal for us.
We loved this place and will be staying here again when we are back in the area!

This hotel is beautiful. The check- in staff was polite and on top of making sure everyone wore their masks which I appreciated. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the bathroom was well lighted and big. We signed up for the breakfast that you get vouchers for the restaurant. The waitresses Abby and Molly were personable as well as the restaurant manage gentleman. Our one exception was the terrible bartender, I guess her name was Hannah. No eye contact, non stop talking about her problems to the couple at the end. We had to interrupt her to get the menu scanner, then she never came back to see if we wanted to order. She did not give us the BOGO happy hour, charged full price but we just paid it and went to the local restaurant down the street. There we spotted a gentleman we saw at the bar! While we waited we started talking and he said he was there with his family because of the same experience with the bartender! Otherwise I would not hold this against the hotel, highly recommend, we will be back.

Room was never cleaned on any day of a 4 night stay until we called and specifically asked for it to be done (as it had been missed during the day). Every single time we were told we must have left “do not disturb” sign on door (we did not). For three days in a row our keys needed to be re-coded as we got to our room and they did not work. Again, we were blamed for keeping them near our phones (that was not the case). Coffee cups were not washed when we did finally get someone to come clean room — just dumped out. Room very noisy, so they keep a noisemaker in the room to drown out the fact that you can hear neighbors conversations. Really nice people at front desk — but not cleaning rooms seems to be a strategy and not an “accident” (we knew other people staying in same hotel with same issue). It’s really too bad this was not a better stay as it is so close to FSU that I’d prefer to use the hotel again. Unfortunately, I suspect they know they can cut corners and the hotel will still fill up.

I was in Tallahassee moving my son into FSU and found this hotel had just opened 3 weeks prior. Beautiful decor, extremely comfortable bed and immaculately clean. Not to mention They use Aveda products! Staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I’m visiting my son. Parking is basically the same amount for valet and actually $1 less to park in the garage adjacent to the hotel. Wish I booked an additional night to really enjoy the hotel. Next time I will!

I reserved the Presidential Suite and a double bed room for two nights. The service was exceptional. Heidi, front desk manager, Lina, Assistant manager and John, Food and Beverage director were all involved in making the stay memorable.
Heidi went out of her way to welcome us and get us installed into the Presidential Suite before our family gathering. Lina stayed in constant touch throughout the weekend to ensure we had everything we needed for our event. John was attentive during all our meals in the dining room and went out of his way to ensure we all had the best time.
The presidential suite was spacious, well appointed and easily accommodated the party for our group of 12. Both rooms were located on the top floor, which guaranteed a larger room and additional security.
I highly recommend the Hotel Indigo - say "HI" to Heidi, Lina and John!

Staff wasn't very friendly. Only one coffee pod and a 2nd that wasn't even for the machine you had. The only hotel I've stayed in Tally that has a parking fee.
But most importantly the rooms are paper thin. When we walked into our room we could clearly hear an entire conversation the room adjacent to ours while just sitting on the bed. Same for conversations passing in the hall. The location of the hotel is great but the super cheap construction makes this hotel a mad choice for anyone that wants privacy and a quiet nights sleep.

Stayed here during graduation week. Our rate includes breakfast. When we came down for breakfast we were told they were no longer seating anyone because they were too backed up. Mind you there were over 7 tables empty that had not been cleaned. How can you include breakfast in a rate and then say you’re too busy? Knowing it’s graduation week and you have a packed house there should have been extra servers and cooks in place. They’re logistics is completely off. Also no room service in the rooms. They say because of covid however I’ve been in other hotels and that is unheard of. First time staying here and probably my last. Very disappointing.

Fantastic stay. The room was fabulous (and we were upgraded to a suite for having IHG elite status-which practically never happens). Very high ceilings definitely added the luxurious feel to an already perfect stay. The bathroom was so large, you could host concerts in there :-). After a week on the road in so-so 3 and 4 star hotels, this place was definitely the winner.
Breakfast portiins are very large, it was almost enough to have 2 meals. The area is nice and walkable. Parking at the hotel is $18 per night but we were fortunate to find a metered spot right next to the hotel.
