We stayed here for a week including Easter 2024. We had a one bedroom premium apartment with a balcony. The place was clean and tidy and relatively well equipped, although like all Sheraton apartments there seems to be an assumption that you won’t need more than 4 cups or plates, which I find quite annoying. It forces you to use an almost empty dishwasher far too often. Considering we were there over the holiday weekend the place felt remarkably quiet. It isn’t a big resort and has no amenities apart from the pool area, but it is close to the golf courses and not too far from the coast, so we expected it to be busier. On Easter Sunday we had the whole pool area to ourselves for over an hour in late morning ( which was lovely) and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. Most days there were just a handful of people enjoying the pool. The resort is located just off the I95 and is close to a shopping area. A couple of miles down the road is Tradition which is an attractive purpose built ‘village’ with another good shopping area. Port St Lucie itself was nothing to write home about; we found Fort Pierce more interesting and more appealing, with plenty of things to do, and only a 10 minute drive away. If we could transport this little resort to other parts of Florida we would always choose to stay here.

The room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed being able to cook and wash our clothes! No fun taking dirty clothes back home from a trip! The grounds a beautiful as well for a nice walk or run. I recommend if you are looking for a home feel and easy access to 95.

Spent 3 nights at the Sheraton PGA in late July and really enjoyed it. The quality of the property is of a very high standard and similar to other Sheraton Vacation resorts. The 1 bed apartment was perfect and very clean and well presented. The staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful to support all our information needs. The resort is a perfect location to explore the east coast beaches around the Treasure, Jupiter island and Palm beach areas. Would definitely return

Our 2 bedroom 3rd floor unit with balcony and golf coarse view was very nice and very fully equipped. We found the unit very nice, clean, and comfortable. The pool with hot-tub was a large area with a separated pool area for small children and was closely located to all buildings. There were no restaurants within the hotel grounds, however plenty of places to find food, groceries, shopping, and entertainment, etc. could be found nearby.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My recent stay at the Sheraton PGA Hotel in Port St. Lucie was an absolute disaster, thanks largely to the two girls at the reception desk who seemed to take pride in making the guests experience miserable. Their attitude was beyond unacceptable—combative, dismissive, and dripping with condescension. Instead of offering any sense of hospitality, they treated every question or request like a personal inconvenience.
This hotel is an embarrassment. The front desk is supposed to set the tone for the entire stay, but instead, it felt like checking into a hostile environment. The staff’s lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was staggering, making what should have been a relaxing visit feel like a battle of patience. The entire complex a long with the rooms are completely outdated and rundown.
Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else. This hotel doesn’t deserve your money or your time, unless you’re into being treated like a burden from the moment you walk through the door.

I almost cancelled our stay after reading some of the reviews. I’m so glad I didn’t. I do want to address some complaints I read. If your expecting a bells & whistles resort that resembles a “Disney area” stay...forget it...you’ll be disappointed. However, the pool here is very nice. The entire property is gated, well manicured & super clean. There are only three buildings & the clubhouse area with plenty of parking right outside of your villa. The bathrooms are not 5 star fancy that’s true. But they are very clean & perfectly fine with lots of counter space in both.
The unit is fantastic. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit on the first floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. The furniture looks brand new. The screened patio was really nice for morning coffee.
The most important thing I want to share is that the unit was clean. I mean spotlessly clean. During this time of Covid I came prepared with Lysol spray, wipes & disinfectant cleaner. Yes, I wiped everything down (but I do that everywhere we stay) but I didn’t see anything that made me concerned about the cleaning standards here. The tv remotes were all sanitized & wrapped in plastic as well.

We really enjoyed our stay and the only reason I’m giving it 4* rather than 5* is because it’s an old property and needs a bit updating. We stayed in a premium one bedroom and it was a nice size. It was clean but the sofa was very uncomfortable and needed some scatter cushions. The bed was also uncomfortable, not up to the Sheraton/ Marriot standard for sure. We like to cook breakfast but found kitchen utensils lacking so this was difficult. Nice resort, very small and quaint. Although we stayed over Memorial weekend the pool was always very quiet which we enjoyed. Our next door neighbours held a very loud party one night however staff did shut it down at 11pm which was good. Would certainly stay here again as it was a nice base to visit the beaches nearby.Hopefully by the time we return the mattresses will have been updated.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was excellent, it was spotless and so well kept and clean which is very improtant to me, Mela at the front desk is teriffic and so pleasant and so helpful and always willing to take the time to answer any questions or give you information about the area. Mela is excellent and always such a pleasure to deal with. I always enjoy my stay here and its so convenient to golf, resturants and all other activities.

A lovely location central to many things. Parking is easy (cost $15US a day) Situated overlooking the golf course.
Melda on reception from New York is an asset to this resort, accommodating, friendly, very informative on the local area and overall lovely !
Easy check in Secure repairs with card access to get in. Pool area was lovely
We had a self contained apartment and it was big Dining area Lots of storage Kitchen with cooking facilities Lounge Bedroom 2 x TVs Bath Two vanities/ sinks
Very clean but this particular room has a smell 3205 which never went away possibly a drainage/ spillage to carpet or something that has gone sour. We tried airing it but let staff know on leaving so hopefully they have found it and rectified it.

We checked in at 4 pm into this small resort. (Three 3 story buildings)
Very Clean, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms.
Washer dryer in the units is very nice and in our 2 bedroom unit 3 TVs.
The small staff is really nice. Good sized pool with a small gated kiddy pool 1 foot deep. It also has a great Hot Jacuzzi type pool that seats 6 people. It was about 104 degrees great for our aching bones after two rounds of golf.
That Jacuzzi pool has a hydraulic lift chair to give handicapped access.
The Pools and Hot tub Jacuzzi type pool is open at 9 am until 10 PM. That pool area has a nice ping pong table, a pool table, and an excellent grill.
The nearby 3 PGA golf courses are in EXCELLENT condition. The greens are to die for, and the fairways grass is like a carpet. Best I have ever played on.
The beds one King and two queen are so-o comfortable with four pillows each bed. We slept like hibernating bears!
Plenty of pots pans dishes glasses and silverware. Phones and alarm clocks in the bedrooms and living room.
Full size stove with Full oven, Microwave, and full size fridge, Toaster.
Vcr on the main tv. Small screened balcony with table and two chairs.

Hi there, yes I believe so - just check with reception and I believe they can sort for you. However the pool at the Visitana was not as nice in my opinion - the beach was too choppy to go in the sea and not enough space around the pool so we returned back to our hotel.
There are more places to choose from in the Port Saint Lucie area.
