This was my husband and I's first time to PCB and we chose this place because it was an economical option. The room was decorated very cute with beach prints and trinkets hung up. We had a full size refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, a small stove/oven, and a dishwasher. We had no washer and dryer (room 1709) but were able to use the coin operated machine located on floor 15. We were beach front/beach view, which is a must for me. If I come to the beach, I want to be ON the beach! We had great views. The pool and hot tub areas were very nice and clean. The outdoor pool had a cool rock waterfall to enjoy. There is also a game room in the tower for you to enjoy as well- air hockey, pool, etc. The room was quite small though- the bedroom and kitchen were in the same room, and there was no place to put our luggage except the couch, which was the only place to sit besides the bed. The floor was dirty upon arrival (I get there will be sand, but sheesh), the toilet had a leaking problem, the curtains gapped open, and the shower curtain was COVERED in mold. We emailed the company we rented from, who came the next day to rectify the shower curtain situation. Unloading is a complete nightmare- parking is across the street, with unloading only available on the third floor (which is all reserved parking FYI). So unload your car, wait 15 minutes for the elevator, walk across the covered bridge, wait literally 45 minutes for another elevator to your floor, unload stuff, and repeat!! Even waiting for an elevator coming up from the beach took forever! We had to plan on an extra 30 minutes minimum to go out for the night. By the time we got an elevator, walked across to the parking lot, and got out of the lot it did add a lot of extra time. There really aren't a ton of places in the walking area, so be prepared to wait in traffic!

I made our reservation in May, 2021. I am a frequent visitor to PCB, and I have stayed at many resorts, Majestic included. We have had issues before, but not like this. When making the reservations I asked for things that I'd especially like to have. I realize this was a very busy week, but remember, in May when I called I was lead to believe that they would help me get the condo with the in room amenities that I wanted. I almost cried when I walked in. The commode was running non stop, I washed my hands in the bathroom and the whole faucet flew off the mounting. The drapes were so ragged, and had mold on them. There was no where to put our luggage so it sat on the one and ONLY chair in the room. The refrigerator and top of the stove were rusty. The only coffee maker was a Keurig..not good for balcony coffee drinkers!! Oh, the decor you ask? I couldn't tell you. No decorative pillows on the bed, in fact the only bedspread was the topper for a duvet. It looked like a white sheet. Back to the bathroom. Absolutely nothing in the way of decor. No pictures, trinkets, or anything. Bare walls painted an ugly shade of pale yellow. No rugs in the entire unit, none. I called and told the desk clerk how furious I was and I asked to be moved to another unit, I even told them we would move to another resort if she would find one. Nothing there. They did send a nice young man to our room with a Mr. Coffee, a miracle. I showed him all of the problems and he fixed the commode, he fixed the flying faucet, and he even took pictures of the ragged drapes. He said, "Mam, this is totally unacceptable." I will be calling the management company tomorrow and I will advise them to pull this unit off of their rental program until the owners take a little pride in their property instead of our money. What has happened to integrity? The No Tell Hotel probably would have looked better.

Property was nice & I loved the location & beach access.
The shower head could have been scrubbed of the pink bacteria & the shower curtain sprayed to remove soap scum. The floors could use a nice scrubber & steam mop. Everything else was nice & clean.

I've stayed at a few places on the beach, but Majestic Beach Resort is definitely one of the best. It's a good compromise on price and amenities between staying at a resort near Pier Park that's really expensive, or a complex that's a little farther from Pier Park that's less expensive. These condos fared really well after the hurricane, and I couldn't see any damage. Looks like the carpet and paint at Majestic have all been updated recently. The amenities are boundless, with 2 indoor pools, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs and 2 outdoor pools. Also, it has the nicest gym of any resort I've stayed in. Majestic has a movie theater, too, and a restaurant and a mini market serving all basic staples that you need for your room or a perfect day on the beach. This last time we stayed in unit #1014 in Tower 1. It's a 1 bedroom and some of the older reviews complained about carpet, but this condo has been updated with all wood look tile throughout, and I was surprised to find a king sized bed. There is a larger HDTV with DVD in the family room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook any meal for four people, but we ate out most of the time. The unit was clean and the patio furniture was really nice too. The floor (10th floor) and view were a good compromise between being too high up (where you won't see the beach unless you are out on the patio), and being too low in a floor, where you might hear voices from guests who are on the beach or walking hear the building. The resort location is great too, with several nice restaurants like Firefly and Dee's Hangout being within walking distance. Walmart is only about 7 blocks away as well. Usually, we walk to Pineapple Willy's which is about a 12 min walk along the beach, but it was closed for the season during our stay and normally doesn't open until spring break. I can't wait to go back and I plan to stay in the same unit if I can get it. The only thing I didn't like about Majestic was that the on-site restaurant was closed during slow season, and the mini market had limited hours as well.

My husband booked this condo, Rm 313. , which was a trainwreck. Overall, we were hoping for some good beach fun and nice condo, but that was not what we got. When we entered the condo, the kitchen was dirty and the cable to the tv was completely disconnected. Also, the floors were absolutely covered in sand and dirt. I had to wash my feet frequently and wear socks. The living room couches were extremely dated and uncomfortable. The outside chairs were extremely old and had nasty cushions. However, the view was quite good since it was oceanfront. The bedroom is ackwardly in the back of the condo and was quite noisy being close to the elevators. The bed was advertised as king, but we got barely had a queen size. The bed, was sadly, very uncomfortable. We had alot of trouble getting any quality sleep . Also, the kltchen was missing a coffee pot. The colors of the wall were pretty and the decor was pretty good. But there was a serious issue with outlets , some did not work properly and in the bathroom, the hair dryer did not fit into the outlet. Honestly, this place could be so much better if they simply invested in new mattresses, update the furniture, provide more plush towels , and fix the outlets . We seriously considered shortening our 3 day trip due to the shortcomings of this condo. Also, the people who worked there were very nice, especially near the pool area. We paid in total about 300/night, including 90/night cleaning fee. Way over priced for what we got.

Majestic Beach Unit 902 Tower I Very disappointed! This was absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed in PCB!
When we arrived entry door was open and balcony door was left open. The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. We called to complain, they basically did nothing, offered to have someone come over and spray air freshener. The condo was disgusting very dirty. It needs a thorough deep cleaning not just wiping over sinks and counters. Refrig would not get very cold or cool properly. No working ice maker no ice trays. Coffee maker broken. Bunk beds broken, held together with tape. Wood slats fell on our son while sleeping in lower bunk. Balcony bench furniture broken. Coffee table broken, legs barely held together, don't bump into it. Living room furniture was disgusting. The off-white couch and blue chairs have stains all over them. Kitchen was Not fully stocked with usable dishes. Pans were dirty. No complete sets of anything to use for a family dinner. Needs cooking utensils. Master closet is used as a storage room for previous things that have broken or gotten worn out in the condo. Also had old work buckets, used painting supplies, and caulking tubes dead bugs. Just gross would not put our clothes in there. Would not recommend anyone rent this unit. Elevators are also extremely slow in this complex.

This unit was absolutely disgusting. From the very 1st day the bottoms of our feet were black from the floors being unclean. Clumps of previous guests hair were on the pillows in the master bedroom. Baked on food was still on the supplied pans & had to be rewashed before use. The unit was minimally stocked with only 2 rolls of TP for a family of 7 for 5 nights. Multiple issues with doors sticking & not closing. Dryer damaged many pieces of our clothing due to venting issues causing excessive lint balls to stick to our clothes only to be removed by a fabric shaver. Would not recommend to stay at this property.

BEWARE! We do not get the room we paid for. The shower filled up with at least 3" of water within minutes. Bar stools were broken. Floors were nasty, I would not go without socks. Air went out due to a faulty door sensor according to maintenance. Parking was ridiculous. Woman manager on duty 5/29 and 5/31 was incredibly rude. If that was not enough, when we asked for toilet paper the manager informed us that they did not supply toilet paper and suggested that we go to Walmart. We had a roll and a half between the four of us for four days. She also let us know that not all "resorts" have amenities like house keeping. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head then maybe this 1 star motel is for you.

Was awesome. Property very clean. Lots to do at resort, movie nights, swimming, games, and fitness room with sauna.
People working there very friendly and helpful.
Price is reasonable and beach is pure white sand and waters are emerald green. A little taste of island life in Panam City Beach. We are returning next year.

My family and I went there this past weekend for a long weekend. We did not receive the room that we booked and the unit was not thoroughly cleaned. The beds, linens and toilets were clean. Luckily we had taken our own cleaner and sprayed down everything we'd be touching. A long hair was stuck to our table, as well as one on the bathroom wall. My granddaughter noticed a toenail under her chair on the balcony. The balcony had only 3 chairs for a unit that supposedly sleeps 8. The elevators are a nightmare. We were in tower one that has more than 20 floors. They have a bridge that connects the towers to the parking garage and everyone is shuffled in and out on that one floor. There was sometimes a wait of up to an hour to get an elevator, especially since 1 of only 4 was broken. They have a sign up that says to social distance but that is being enforced nowhere. People cram into the elevators and most are not wearing a mask. When booking we accepted a non refundable rate to get a better "deal". Well, the "deal" was that we got to pay an additional $260 when arriving. $30 of this was for a pool pass...really? I put a review on Google yesterday and I saw many of the same complaints. Today, they show 2 google reviews giving them a rating of 5....ha! All the bad reviews have been removed. Don't stay here....we won't ever again!

We didn’t even use ours because they said due to Covid they didn’t require them. I’m sure you can get them from the front desk. Our owner charges $10 if you lose one.

Call the front desk and ask them if they are open now. The beaches were closed this last week. The towers are kept very clean. Rooms are pot luck meaning you will need to clean them to your standard. Higher rooms are quieter & less people in upper units. Within a mile there are many places to eat if open. Sunrise a block away is very good a block away.
