We had a fantastic stay and exceptional service! We switched to the Drury after spending 2.5 days at the hotel across the street, and I wish I had booked the Drury from the beginning for our 8-day trip. From the moment I walked into the Drury, I felt at ease. Kevin and the wonderful lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) were incredibly helpful. They managed to get our family of seven into adjoining rooms with a view over the lake, where we could see the fireworks from Epcot and Magic Kingdom.
The breakfast options were great, and the "Kickback" with a light meal and drinks was a pleasant surprise. My son has several food allergies, which can make dining at any hotel challenging, but the staff took the time to find meals he could have and made him feel special. A special shoutout to Jonathan, who works during breakfast and the Kickback; he was so kind and remembered my name, checking in on us regularly.
Our rooms were comfortable and clean, and we all enjoyed the live music in the lobby when we returned from Disney each evening. Everyone, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, went out of their way to assist us and ensure we had everything we needed. Although it’s a bit of a walk, it is manageable to Disney Springs. The shuttles were on time and efficient. I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel more than meets all the expectations of accommodation at Walt Disney World. Completely renovated in 2023 (part of the building is newly built). The service is great and the check-in is quick and efficient. The size and quality of the rooms is fantastic by American standards (daily cleaning can be requested, although deep cleaning is done once a week), they have a microwave and refrigerator and a fairly large bathroom. The hotel has breakfast and also a Kickback in the afternoon (a couple of hours with snacks: not very useful if you are in the parks until late because it ends at 7:30pm): both breakfast and Kickback are included. In addition, it has a fairly large and comfortable pool area, gym, bar and a mini supermarket to buy a quick dinner and some basics. When staying at Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area you enjoy the advantages of being an Official Walt Disney World Hotel (not being a Disney-owned hotel): you can take advantage of “Early Entry” by linking your reservation in the My Disney Experience app ( an extra half hour in the parks in the morning) and you will have buses to transport you to all the parks (although it is offered by a company outside of Disney and Drury, the schedule is constant and the transfer is fluid, we never had space problems on the buses or to go or to return). Additionally, the hotel is a pleasant walk from Disney Springs (15 minutes walk). It is absolutely recommended, we think it is a fantastic option that absorbs the best of a hotel with the Disney advantages, and the best of staying in a hotel from an external chain (mainly, the quality/price ratio). As a recommendation, rooms with views allow you to see the Magic Kingdom and/or Epcot fireworks (depending on orientation).

This hotel is perfect for everyone. ALL the staff are a credit to the hotel and chain, very helpful and friendly. We came here after four nights at Art of Animation and found staff far friendlier. On arrival they offered us a balcony room on 19th floor which the views would have been incredible although we are afraid of heights so they changed it for a room on second floor with no issues, this is a great floor for families or anyone with mobility issues as restaurant, laundry & gym all on this floor. Comfy beds and great big shower with good pressure. Huge rooms compared to Disney!
Breakfast and kick back were ideal for us, kids always found something they enjoyed. Free soda, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn was also a bonus! All food was hot and fresh and never had issues getting a table (which are all clean) Hot drinks are available all day and night as well as coffee facilities in room.
Bus drivers are so lovely, especially Victor (sorry if that’s wrong name) he gave my kids towels and water when we got caught out in a downpour! What a star! Really thoughtful of him, thank you Victor! Never had an issue catching the buses and parks aren’t far away if you need to catch an Uber. We walked to Disney springs across the bridge (world of Disney/bibbiti bobbiti boutique end), it took about 10/15 minutes, kids loved watching the lizards dashing across the path.
Pool was great, never had an issue getting sun loungers/parasols. Free towels pool side so no need to bring any with you. Had a pizza by the pool which was great and reasonably priced. Pool is perfect for kids and has a sun ledge to cool off and sunbathe.
If we’re lucky enough to come to Orlando again we’re definitely coming back! Thank you Drury!

This is a great three-star hotel option near the Disney parks. When I booked I only had the option for a two-bed room despite staying solo, however on check in I requested and was given a king room on the 17th floor of the tower. The room was very spacious, and I appreciated that unobstructed view over Orlando. The room was also clean and well maintained.
While there isn't room service (not that you would expect it in this category), I appreciated the little touches like the market store that sold yoghurt and granola that I could keep in my room fridge if I didn't feel like going downstairs in the morning for the free breakfast. I also appreciated that the in-room cups came wrapped for cleanliness and the in-room coffee machine was designed with cleanliness specifically in mind; making it one of the few in-room coffee facilities I felt comfortable using.
I caught the shuttle buses twice back from the Disney parks, which were convenient (although if you miss a time, then there is a significant wait between buses). I also walked back one evening from Disney Springs, which was pretty easy (about 15 minutes). The only minor bugbear I have is that my room was next to the ice machine and I occasaionally heard it dropping a load of ice at night. But overall, this was a great value hotel.

Brilliant location, within walking distance to Disney Springs. Shuttle service to the Disney parks was excellent. Breakfast offered a good variety, which was the same every day. Kick back served a hot main course every night, along with salad selection and hot dogs and nachos nightly, along with soft drinks and 3 alcoholic drinks per adult per night. We had a Disney view with balcony and were able to see the fireworks from Epcot and Magic Kingdom. The room offered a fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. We used the laundry, which was $3 per wash and €3 for dryer. Washing powder and dryer sheets were available to purchase at $3 each from a machine. Small shop on site, which was fairly expensive. The pool was nice, although it did get busy late afternoon and there were no sun shades for the beds. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

We were allocated a room on the 15th floor of the Cypress tower, the room had an unpleasant smell of popcorn every afternoon/evening. The rooms were very well equipped if a little bland, the wardrobe was tiny so not very good for a 2 week holiday. The 5.30pm kickback was like a school canteen, full of unruly children & unappetising food, in theory the kickback is a great idea but in practice it’s far from ideal, breakfast is also frantic and the food was not very good. It’s great for families with small children but not for a couple of discerning adults, maybe the 5.30pm drinks could have been taken somewhere other than the canteen? Things got worse in our second week as the hotel filled up with large groups of teenagers on spring break trips, the pool was full of unsupervised kids throwing balls around and jumping in & out of the hot tub. The best thing about the hotel were the shuttle buses, they were really good, on time & efficient with friendly drivers. The rooms were not serviced until late afternoon every day which was very inconvenient, when this was queried at reception we were told in no uncertain terms that they can clean up to 8pm as they have a lot of rooms to clean, deal with it! It was a 15-20 minute walk to Disney Springs along a good pavement, the location of the hotel is pretty good but I wouldn’t revisit due to the reasons listed above.

We really enjoyed our stay here as the staff were so friendly and helpful. We checked in early having driven up from the gulf coast expecting having to leave our luggage and wait until 4pm but we were given our room immediately (it was 12:45).
The room was fresh, seemed newly decorated with a fridge, microwave and an additional sink area - the other being inside the shower room.
The included breakfast, drinks and snacks are a nice touch although we only had the breakfast as we were out in the evening. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide variety of cereals, fruit, Mickey waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, potatoes (always confused by breakfast potatoes) bagels, muffins etc.
We asked for a later checkout and were able to keep the room until 1pm and I have to compliment the desk staff - nothing was a problem, and they were so happy to help.
Overall, for location, the lovely staff, great facilities and breakfast, I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay of 8 days at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, easy in and out parking (you get a discount on the parking fee if booking a package through Disney). The hotel and rooms are extremely clean! Breakfast and Kickback was always excellent and plenty of seating. The bus system is contracted through Florida bus service I believe and was overall good. I will say there was one day coming back from the park that the bus did not show up. I waited over an hour and decided to call the hotel. They immediately sent an Uber to pick me up, very impressed! I also very much appreciated housekeeping respecting the “do not disturb” sign on the door and not entering my room while I was away. They were awesome to bring me some towels towards the end of my stay. Lastly, the only issue I encountered and it wasn’t a big deal, but the shower head only worked properly for about 3 days. I think it was a little clogged and the pressure went down. Some of the water would run down the wall and into the soap/shampoo dispenser. However, overall my experience was excellent and I will absolutely be back! Thank you Drury for making my vacation great!

We were there on our 2 week honeymoon. Had a room with two queens and a balcony. Very nice modern rooms, more the standard we are used to from Scandinavia. We first had a room by the parking lot and road, but found it a bit noisy, but there were no problem switching to a room overlooking the pool. With the new room we could also se the drone show from Disney Springs and fireworks from Epcot and sometimes Hollywood studios. Little to no noise from rooms next to ours. The breakfast was ok. There were not a big selection, but it satisfied. Same with the kick-back. It was nice to have the oppurtunity to have a free meal in the evening, though it was not very good. It was ok. The line for the three free drinks were waaay to long, we only enjoyed the free alcoholic beverages 3 out of out 14 days because of the long lines. It was great to have the option to dine at a restaurant at the hotel or have pizzahut in the hotelroom when we did not like food at the kick-back or managed to get to the kick-back on time. Pool is very nice! It was nice to have the shallow end and the edge to lay in the water. It was also great to have the option to order drinks and food by the pool or by the bar. Amazing to borrow towels by the pool so you don’t have to bring your own. We used the laundry room, it was great to have the option to wash clothes. I would like to have a drying rack on the balcony to hang wet clothes and swimsuits. The free buses to the Disney park were great! It was especially nice that we sometimes got free small water bottles on the ride from the parks. It was nice to able to walk to Disney Springs, took only 15-20 minutes. It was a bit crowded in the pool at the end of the stay because of a conferance, could have been nice to know from Drurys website if there were any events going on at the hotel. It was a bit expensive to park at the hotel. Wished it was free, as many other hotels in the area are.

An amazing value for WDW, especially since you receive early park entry privileges in the same fashion as if you were staying on a Disney property. Conveniently located in Disney Springs, you can take the back roads from here to all the parks except Magic Kingdom and avoid traffic on Buena Vista Rd. The hotel is new, clean, comfortable, and has an onsite bar and restaurant, which you probably won't need, since like every other Drury property, you receive complimentary breakfast and "kick back" happy hour every day of your stay. The breakfast options here are a bit broader than their other properties, and the evening happy hour includes the customary three adult beverages (including mixed drinks, beer and wine) and what can be your full dinner. During our stay, dinner was fettucine alfredo, tacos and pulled pork, and they also serve steamed hot dogs and buns for the kiddies. Very nice pool area, and buy booking directly through the Drury website (instead of booking through Disney, which you can do), we saved about $350 per night for our two night stay. Candidly, the bus service is sketchy, and not worth waiting for unless you happen to hit the schedule exactly. We saw folks waiting 40 minutes for the bus to come, and there's no reason not to drive if you're going to Epcot, Hollywood or Animal Kingdom. If you're a family with little kids on a budget, you must check this place out. You will not be disappointed, and it is easy on your budget (we're seniors and cost mindful as well). An amazing value in a resort area where values are few and far between.
