We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel, from August 11 to 15, room 334 located south of Orlando, near the Premium Outelt; friendly and friendly staff, maximum cleaning both in the room and in the common areas, breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory and free parking. Reasonable hotel. Room good sized with mini kitchenette - didn’t use it but noted a dishwasher. Sofa bed creaky. Reasonable breakfasts - not the best but not the worst - always love a Mickey shaped waffle. Coffee very nice. Pool basic shape but good though towels tiny - kid sized. Room clean and tidy. Staff not overly friendly at breakfast but we’re on reception. Would go back.

The hotel is well located near Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and several restaurants. The space dedicated to the breakfast is small and there are large lines to pick up whatever food is left, which is a reduced set. The worst is the rooms cleaning, when you reserve you don't find any previous advice of how the cleaning works but when you arrive they let you know that the make the bed and change towels every other day and that they clean the bathroom and kitchen every 4 days (like I'm going to a hotel carring cleaning products for the bathroom). In our case even in the 4th day they didn't even do the full cleanup. When you complain about that they are very polite to tell you that they'll take care, but nothing happens.

On behalf of our entire staff, please accept our sincere apology for the unpleasant experience you had at our property in regard to the housekeeping service and our breakfast area. Our property has adopted the Hilton Cleaning Policy, which prompts housekeeping to clean each occupied room every other day. For example, if your reservation is set for 4 nights, then there would only be one cleaning after the initial cleaning when you check-in. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused you especially, with the room not being cleaned to your satisfaction on the fourth day of your stay. It is our hope that this does not discourage you from choosing us in the future. We stayed here for 5 days/4 nights while attending a Hilton Grand Vacation Club presentation; they booked us here because their resorts were full. It was fine; nothing exceptional; would not stay again.
Location is convenient for our daily visits to WDW; easy drive. It is right across from an outlet mall, which we only visited briefly. The room was fine; bed was comfortable and room was clean. The USB port in the headboard did not work.
HGVC told us there would be no housekeeping during our stay. A sign on the mirror states that housekeeping is offered every other day. We received housekeeping on Day 2 and Day 3, but not on Day 4. They changed the towels which were hanging, but never changed the dirty bathmat.
The breakfast was possibly the worst I've ever encountered in a complimentary hotel breakfast. There was a poorly-stocked bread station, with most platters empty. After the toaster was a selection of cold eggs and meat - some weird egg patties, spicy sausage patties, canadian bacon. They were supposed to be warm, but they were not. After that was a platter of cold cheese slices. Apparently the idea is that you make a breakfast sandwich out of these selections. A sign on the toaster stated in English that only bread was to be put in the toaster; apparently a common problem as the toaster was clogged with globs of cheese, ham and egg which guests were trying to warm up to make their breakfast sandwich. The breakfast attendant behind the counter was busy talking on her cell phone both mornings that we visited the breakfast; she was very, very busy with something other than attending the breakfast. Given the number of international visitors (we overheard many languages other than English), perhaps the toaster instructions should be written in Spanish, Italian, French and German. On our second morning we went with cold cereal and milk, and discovered that the two cartons of chocolate milk that we tasted were putrid. The front desk was advised. After that we ate offsite.
There are many hotel options in Orlando; I would not stay here again.

I stay at the Home2Suites by Hilton I-Drive every time I’m in Orlando. the rooms are fresh, clean and the staff is always working hard. Brooke at the Front desk greets everyone with her million dollar smile, and always tells everyone have a great day upon departure. Fun fact: Brooke can perform magic😂😂!! Esther was a tremendous help to me when my neice left an item in the room and had already departed the hotel. I told Esther what happened and not only was she able to retrieve the item but also provided shipping information. If you’re looking for a great hotel with an awesome staff, and clean rooms I highly recommend Home2Suites by Hilton Orlando I-Drive South. Keep up the great job!!

We wanted an inexpensive hotel close to Epcot and Animal Kingdom for ourselves for one night and family members who stayed for 5 nights. I have always had good experiences with Hilton properties, so I chose this hotel because it was very reasonably price and the location was very close to the Disney parks that we planned to visit. It was perfect for us. We had a nice clean room with a king size bed and a sofa. There was a refrigerator, a dishwasher and dishes, glasses and utensils and a coffee maker in the room. The free breakfast was very good. There were a lot of choices so everyone could have the type of breakfast they like. We were able to sit and enjoy it with our family members before heading out to Disney. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a hotel that's convenient to Disney World without spending a lot of money for amenities that you're not going to use because you'll be spending your days at the parks. It does have a swimming pool, so if you do want to take a break from the parks and relax for a couple of hours, you can do that.

The best part of my stay was the complimentary breakfast!! It was very organized, and good variety. The lady in charge of the breakfast, Águeda, was super friendly and very helpful!! The room was good and very specious. The lobby could have been a little cleaner, the entrance rugs needed to be vacuumed.

I give this property 5 of 5 stars. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing. With a full fridge, microwave, sink and dishwasher it helped save money on eating out all the time. The rooms were bright and had a lot of space. Our room had a king size bed and queen pull out couch and it was perfect for my family of 4, including 2 teenage daughters. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was always fresh. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and willing to help in anyway they could. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, it continued right through the 2 weeks we stayed here.
The only thing I would say is that the shuttle buses that run to the parks do not run multiple times a day. The shuttle picks up one time in the morning and a return shuttle picks up one time early evening.

On a whim we decided to hit Disney after a weeklong cruise down in Port Canaveral. It was my wife and our family friend - just three adults. So we needed just a clean bed/room before making the trek back home to Charleston. Since all we needed was a few hours sleep, I wanted a less expensive option. The reviews on those options were less than stellar so I chose the slightly more costly option of Home2Suites. I’m glad I did. We checked in after the fireworks around 10:30p. Dee met us at the front desk and was awesome! She was cheerful, helpful and a perfect brand ambassador for Hilton. I’d come back just from the way Dee treated us. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfy. It was a great night’s sleep! I will say that the room was more of a studio apartment than a suite. I’ve stayed in suites before that are two rooms, this was just one room. A VERY large and spacious room though. The bathroom was clean and set up nicely as well. The next morning we hit the free breakfast (6a-9a) before getting on the road. They had your usual cereals, oatmeal, bagels, toast while also serving egg patties, sausage links and patties, cheeses and fruit. There was coffee, juices and water to choose from to drink. Not bad options to fill up before your day. I enjoyed our stay at the Home2Suites and would recommend this option to anyone wanting to stay in the area. It was close to Epcot as well.
