We stayed here for a weekend while attending a wedding in Winter Park. The hotel is in the middle of a business park and is obviously aimed at lower level managers visiting, trainees, or interviewees. The lobby is nice and the staff are friendly but the room and bathroom are very dated. It gets the job done but very basic rooms. It is about a $12 Uber ride to Park Street in Winter Park.

Overall, a nice hotel but we were there for a two night stay. Room was not made up on Saturday, December 15. Night front desk clerk said it should not have happened and gave me towels. Day clerk the next morning, at check-out, said the hotel only has maid service every other day, and we would have been told at check-in, and they were sorry if the person who checked us in didn’t tell us. He was silent when I told him he checked us in and did not say anything. Since the night clerk did not say it, he obviously lied. Nothing in any of the reviews indicating this. No compensation given.

Surprised at the negative reviews, I found hotel easy to get to, just have to listen to gps and take 3rd exit at rotary. Signage could be better. I wasn’t sure if I was at right place.
I stayed here because I had LASIK eye surgery next door and couldn’t drive. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfy and it was quiet. Hotel was sold out, lobby area and bar was active, I was on 2nd floor and heard nothing.
Breakfast is a cost but they have things like lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes. I’d rather pay for that than have free powdered eggs.
I’d def stay again. Not taking away from others experiences, rather saying mine was quite different and I’d be happy to stay again.

This hotel is UNDER RENOVATION: What that means to the guest? Bistro Closed, Fitness Center Closed the hotel is a complete mess.
The outside of the hotel looks like a dump, overflowing dumpsters, trash all over the place, it looks terrible. The new rooms are nothing special, a very basic room the bed is comfortable but the pillows are terrible, bring your own pillow. The way the bed is set up it is a very uncomfortable position to watch TV in bed. The balcony had no furniture but full of cigarette butts. The new bathroom area is poor. The lightening for the mirror is poor, the shower is very narrow and uncomfortable. They put two shelves and one the shelves has a rough edge so when you turn or try to move you hit with your back or arm. They should stop Renovating this hotel and fix this problem. Elevators are all a mess.
Construction-workers not wearing masks, the heavy chemical smells, overall Marriott Failed again. This hotel should be closed to the public until completely finished.

As retired disabled military veterans, it’s disgusting and disappointing the way we’ve been tested here Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland for a business conference 23 Feb-25 Feb. 2023.
The reservation was made under my name but while I was unloading the car, the front desk lady checked my husband in and said “I’m not supposed to do this” but checked him in and gave the keys to the room even though he wasn’t in the reservation. We were surprised and concerned she would breach security.
Immediately after checking in, my husband left for a state-wide conference and I went up to the room. We had driven 6 hours to this hotel, our conference hotel. I discovered the room #314 was right next to the elevator and requested to be moved. The lady on duty moved us to room #224 and I went to bed after driving 6 hours so my husband could attend the conference. My husband arrived back at the hotel around 11 pm and I was already asleep. The lady at the front desk never informed him the room was changed. He went to room 314 but thought I had left to stay with relatives. He went downstairs to get water at 3 am and at that moment the front desk lady informed him he shouldn’t be in that room and needed to vacate the premises at 3am!!!
My husband is a 20 year disabled US Military veteran who needed guidance but instead received a threat to be thrown out on the street. We’ve been Marriott Bonvoy members and would never take advantage of the situation. This is a grave miscommunication among all parties, particularly the front desk staff. Manager Angela Cox admitted they should have closed out room #314 after moving us to room #224 so there wouldn’t be two reservations or two charges.
We are here representing a national organization with thousands of members, many staying at the Courtyard Orlando Maitland with us. It’s very embarrassing and disappointing to have this happen to us as we’re meeting local and state media about military initiatives in the local community here in Altamonte. We’d have to disclose this misfortune to the local and state leadership on how we’ve been treated as Veterans at the hotel.
We kindly asked the hotel to please remove the charge for room #314 as we only had one reservation which is now in room #224 and as military veterans we cannot afford the mistake of being charged for two rooms. The hotel refuses to refund the second room. We cannot afford two rooms. We’ve contacted corporate and the media who is interviewing us for a news story on our stay at this hotel.

The hotel is terribly run, I had an issue with my room in regards to an air conditioner, that was making a loud noise, and leaking which I would of never noticed the leak, by chance i had a paper shopping bag by it and it was soaking wet, I had to use the towels in my room, which left me none to shower with, so I asked front desk if I could have some and she replied that the laundry person is not In right now but she could have some sent up, no towels arrived.
I checked out at 8:30 am and was told that the General manager doesn’t roll in until gone 10am so I can call back later, I waited until 11am and I was told to wait as she was in a call
She eventually came to me with maintenance guy and housekeeping manager
I felt like I was being bullied on a play ground I had the maintenance saying that theirs no leak coming from the air conditioning unit, that I was lying, and then Tracy the general manager saying why are you waiting to tell me these issues
And why didn’t I come down stairs and ask for towels if you didn’t see them,
And when I told her I was recording what you guys have said, she started to try and twist it that everything said has been heard wrong from me, i said can you ask the maintenance man to leave as he keeps staring at me, weirdly
And she said well don’t take any notice of him he is German what do you expect
I was shocked 😳
This is nuts she clearly said he can talk to a woman that way because he is German.
When I asked her for a refund she could not work the computer asking me to look on the screen with her, to see how she can refund the night, and after all that she said she would put points on my Marriott account and should take no longer than two days after in week still nothing. Stay away from this hotel they are unprofessional and rude.

Big room, good food, nice location, value for money. Offered freed breakfast coupon for a day and water bottle during check-in.
Cons - During checking in I was charged the full amount (1350 USD) for 10 days and that includes all taxes , I was reassured that that's the final number I will be charged. However while checking out I was charged USD 1680 , I think this needs some improvement, What I was charged finally was fare but then they should have communicated this at the time of check-in.

This was undoubtedly the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I have seen in a hotel in a long time. It was like sleeping on cement. In addition, the hot and cold faucets were reversed, and you have to pay for breakfast. All in all a very poor choice given the number of hotels in the immediate area.

This was a last minute booking for a 2 night stay and it turned out great. The hotel was recently renovated and it was a proper renovation at that -- no loose outlets. Everything was crisp and clean. Staff were always friendly. We were even surprised to have our room serviced after the first night, a rarity with Marriott properties these days. Plenty of FREE parking, a rarity in Orlando these days.
We'll definitely keep this location on our list of places we stay in Orlando.

Pretty nice little spot hidden back among office buildings so it’s VERY quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fitness room equipment is either new or has been maintained really well. It’s also very clean.
