This hotel is great for the business crowds. On sight restaurant, free breakfast with custom omelets, free beverages and snacks in the evening to help wind down, helpful staff and clean enviroment. My room had a seperated bedroom area which helped with noise control when needed, Good Value for the Money.

Thank you all for yet another excellent visit.
This Embassy Suites certainly goes out if it’s way to make sure it’s guests are happy. The staff are certainly helpful and welcoming, it’s always nice to see familiar faces and for them to recognise you and remember likes and dislikes.
The hotel has plenty of facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and gym.
The inclusive breakfast has plenty of choice and the evening reception with a good choice of drinks is also a welcome inclusive.
The location can’t be beat, within easy walking distance of many attractions and restaurants, it’s own restaurant is also good.
So good we’re already booked for next year

Multiple issues during stay
1. Hotel policy of charging 50% deposit at time of booking even though room is fully refundable up to 36 hours prior to stay. Why not wait until then to charge me instead of making me pay months ahead of the stay
2. Check in clerk was not very friendly. First told me for $30 more a day I could get an updated suite, when I said I wasn't interested in that was told my room was not ready. After a little more interaction was told "I'm done with you, you can go". After waiting 30 minutes after official check in time asked how much longer it would be. Was told the room they had assigned to me was not ready but another one was. Had a screaming 2 year old in the lobby waiting you think you should have just given me first available.
3. was never told anything about happy hour or breakfast (it is included)
4. Breakfast food was really bad. Sausage was hard and crunchy like it had been sitting under heat lamps for multiple days.
5. Staff kept trying to take food plates away before we were done (breakfast sitting area was 75% empty so we weren't holding up table) actually took my 2 years olds plate away while he was still eating so had to go get him more food.
6. Time share people bothering people in the breakfast area.

hotel is in a great location where you can walk to lots of near by restaurants and rooms are clean and the suite where you can close the door to give privacy from the living room are great features but there are so many other hotels in this area I would not recommend this one.

We stayed 5 nights at the hold for a bowl game over the holidays. We have stayed at this Embassy Suites multiple times in the past, this visit was very disappointing, hotel has declined greatly

Pro’s
• Location – Easy walk to many fine restaurants and activities
• Room Layout – The suite layout is why we like Embassy Suites
• Breakfast – The breakfast is good, however this time the line for omelets often resulted in a 10 min wait.

Con’s
• Room was not very clean. Hilton is very proud of their “extra cleaning”, the bathroom door handle had dried glob on it that we noticed at check in. Other bits of small trash were in the room along with a streak of dirt on the door.
• Room will not be cleaned unless you complain. My daughter had another room at the hotel for 6 nights. At check-in, they were told cleaning would be every 3 days. After the 4th day of no cleaning, my daughter asked and the front desk said only upon request and requires 24 hours notification. The request was made; that room never did get cleaned during the entire 6 day stay.
• With no house cleaning, replacement towels were “available” upon request. You had to go to front desk, but they had none. Process was someone would then deliver the towels. Some 9 hours later we received the towels we requested. Delivered by an excellent employee Richard, who greatly apologized saying the delay was he was the only one working. Lack of towels (and toilet paper) was a common comment overheard during breakfast. People resorted to grabbing pool towels early in the morning resulting in none available at the pool.
• Without the house cleaning, trash was in the hallways and remained there for some time, often more than 24 hours
• Happy Hour has changed, now restricted to two small drinks per person per night with a reduced time frame of 1 ½ hours. The beer was served in a small solo type cup and was 1/3 foam as well. There was mention that you could “upgrade” your drink, the upgrade to a common Pinot Grigio was $7.95. Food only consisted of packages of cheez-it crackers. Claim of covid, however other hotel chains continue to have their previous complete spread.
• My bill had a charge for valet parking, something that the hotel does not even offer. This was then reduced to the $18 per night rate for self-parking

Nice family friendly suite hotel. Suites are great and spacious. The bedrooms are quite big. Bathrooms are small but adequate. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

Nice full breakfast buffet to get the day started. My granddaughter really enjoyed the indoor pool. Shuttle service is expensive to the parks and the time slots are not spotty at best. We made out much better ordering Uber or Lyft.

This property is in a great location on international drive. A car is really not necessary if your main purpose is the parks. Many restaurants, bars, family entertainment , along the strip that are walkable or a quick free trolley service ride away. The trolley runs along I-Drive until about 10 or 11pm nightly.

The staff was friendly with the exception of one who should never work In the hospitality industry. Hotel was clean. Housekeeping was non existent unless requested due to covid but for our 3 nights we were fine.

I would also like to suggest that maybe in the future this property could have a live band playing holiday music a few days leading up to Christmas. The lobby and lounge area are huge with the big beautiful Christmas tree. Having some live music would be nice and festive.

Last but not least, it really baffled my mind how many people especially at this time during COViD, did not use the hand sanitizers or wear a mask before entering the buffet area. That should’ve been a mandatory requirement. It was disgraceful.

I sat there and watched one morning and out of about 30-40 people who entered the food area, less than 5 people stopped to use the hand sanitizer and it was right there!! I was floored. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. 👍🏽

Maybe after the Pandemic locked down of 2020 this hotel went down in refreshing the corners of the walls, the bottom of the door in this room bathroom. The lights in the atrium and the flat surfaces are dusty. The morning breakfast is still what Embassy Suites has been sliding into for some years now; with the new measures for crosscontamination not meeting the mark. Too many hands in self serve breakfast area. The evening drinks and snacks are up to the new normal of the pandemic with bag chips that's good. $18.00 a day for parking Over all it's still a beautiful hotel just need a bit of maintenance in some areas. Florida is having a hard time getting workers back to work, that will help everyone and everything get back to a higher standard like Embassy Suites has always had.

Visited Christmas week with my family (wife and 3 children ages 17, 7, and 5) for a six night stay. We have one more day here and so far, what a great experience here at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive. So many positives: Suite-style room, which has a separate bedroom from the "living room area". Always great for the teenager to have her space and the kids t hang around in general. Complimentary FULL breakfast (this comes in very handy when traveling with children, plus, who doesn't love breakfast?!). The hotel is situated right next to a slew of restaurants, shopping areas, there's even a Walgreens, all walking distance from the hotel. The staff here are all excellent and willing to help. One morning during breakfast, the coffee machines broke and I thought my wife was going to have a full blown heart attack, but a gentleman by the name of Gilbert I believe, worked tirelessly until he got them fixed. Just an example of how superb the staff here is.

I have seen some complaints here about the rooms not being cleaned daily, but they do make this clear upon check-in that daily cleaning may not necessarily occur unless requested, which we were absolutely fine with. I think it's part of their "Green Initiative" or something. Either way, we treated our suite like it was our home - cleaned up after ourselves, made the beds, put our trash out the door, etc. No one needs their sheets washed daily.

Points to consider: There is a daily parking fee of I think $21. There is a daily incidental fee of $50, which gets credited back to your bank if you don't use it. That's all I can think of for now.

Overall, extremely happy. Will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Orlando.

As my followers know, I have a very deep loathing for Hilton's omnipotent incompetency namely their petulant and cowardly leadership from GM levels up to Christopher J. Nassetta.

Given that, I am excited to tell you about this Embassy Suites location. Perhaps NOT branded /tarnished with the "Hilton" name on its doors and subsequent arrogant attitudes, I highly recommend this location with a 9/10 . . . 10/10 wouod have been given IF the outdoor whirlpool had been fully functional. Do be careful if u use the indoor pool as the decking can be very slippery and parking is $18.00 EVEN FOR HONORS MEMBERS :- (

I am a travel agent and I would definitely stay here again . Rooms are very large , linens crisp white , 2 areas to get ready with mirrors , huge window in bedroom , bathroom itself is a little small . I love the entry doors they are well maintained and have cute shutters on each side that you can open or close . Pool area nice too . Found a couple crumbs on carpet but nothing g huge . Great area location for attractions!

Hi, I'm pretty sure there is bacon there. I recall this when I was there with the kids. Please check your room carefully for bedbugs - we had this exact issue on our last visit to the property and I hope the hotel has taken measures to mitigate this.

Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were talking about the Disney hotels. From Embassy Suites the shuttles to the Disney Parks are not free. You now have to pay for either one way or round trip and they want you to do on the app. We were going to a Disney hotel but I still wanted to check it out. I asked the desk, and they were like oh here, and handed me a piece of paper to scan the QR code. I was thinking what about people who really don't like doing that. I found the front desk very cold.

No resort fee. But there is $20 a day parking and $1.30 a day state tax. If you have a car and haven't driven in Florida before, most main roads have tolls that use the car registration, so get a tag.
