Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is celebrated for its enchanting Disney theme and recent renovations that contribute to a comfortable stay. Guests commend the friendly service and value the resort's affordability and proximity to Disney attractions.
However, there is a desire for more amenities, such as a hot tub, and some travelers have noted the rooms can be on the smaller, noisier side. While the resort's cleanliness generally earns praise, inconsistencies in housekeeping services have been pointed out.

Within the budget hotels of the resort is a very correct hotel: the rooms, if you travel as a couple, are very spacious with several spaces (comfortable, furniture for food or shopping that you can do, the bathroom, a very comfortable bed and a huge table that if you go more than two becomes a second double bed), if you travel as a family then you may miss a little space. Please note that room cleaning service is offered day in, day out unless you request it, then you can spend each day. The whole hotel is digitized (like the parks and the rest of the resort), so if you don’t want to go through reception you can do all the formalities through the official Walt Disney World app (check-in, open the room, check-out...), in addition, inside the room you will find an Alexa device with Mickey ears converted into “Hey, Disney” through which you can ask reception for things that you lack or use it to discover Disney curiosities. The hotel is divided into several areas (each represented by a different sport) and it may depend on where you are a little far from the reception, the pool or the restaurant, but this is the United States, everything is huge and after all you stay where you are always going to be far from something. As far as the resort area is concerned, this hotel is in the Animal Kingdom area, so this park is very close to you, being the furthest Magic Kingdom, although it is still not important because the hotel has shuttle buses to all parks and Disney Springs with a very reasonable frequency. If you have traveled by private car or rented one, you should know that all resort parking (hotels and parks) are free for guests of Disney hotels. Finally mention the common areas of the hotel: next to reception you have a Disney store as well as an arcade area. Nearby you will also find the swimming pool, very large and will love the children (and the not so children) and the restaurant with various dining options (children, pasta, burgers, chicken, salads...) with very acceptable prices if we consider that we are inside a Disney resort. Undoubtedly Disney’s All Star Sports is an option to consider if you want to stay in a Disney hotel at an economical price although surely of the three All Stars (Sports, Music i Movies) is the one with the least Disney charm, Movies in this sense wins the game for the other two.

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to stay on Disney property. We prefer the deluxe resorts, but stayed here for a couple nights this trip also. It’s hard to not compare the two, so I feel more negative towards Sports than if I never stayed deluxe.
The hotel is clean and you’re taken well care of. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need (minus a microwave but there is one in the food court). Beds, including the pull down, are comfortable.
We were in the home run section facing the pool. We were far enough away that it wasn’t all that noisy from the pool though. The location was nice. A little far from the main section, but nothing too bad.
We do enjoy the food courts of the values. They have much better options than a lot of the deluxes do. Although they don’t have a sit down restaurant, but we had two meals there and a mix of food and we enjoyed it all. Buses to the parks were good for us. Didn’t have any issues, although we also weren’t trying to use them in the morning or evening major rushes.
Really the major downfall (even if you’ve never stayed deluxe) is the noise. The all star resorts (and values in general) are very noisy. Between the pools, the football field, and just all the kids/teens here in general it is very loud. We also heard our next door neighbors yelling at their kids multiple times during our couple days there.
We would recommend this place, or we would stay, for budget purposes or if you plan on spending very little time in the room. It’s nicely themed, clean, convenient, and you get all the Disney perks.

We have been frequent visitors to WDW over the past 2 decades. We spend many nights in an off property timeshare but you cannot beat staying on Disney property. We have stayed at all levels of resorts - deluxe, moderate and value. This value resort was one of our favorite stays we’ve experienced. We stayed in the Surf’s Up building literally about 10 steps from the pool and another 50 steps to the Food Court. Best location at the resort! You can tell our building was recently refurnished. We stayed at the Boardwalk a year ago and everything about this room was similar just a smaller scale and at a much lower price point. There are A BUNCH of guests here as evidenced by the jam packed food court in the mornings and also by the lines for the buses. But all and all everything went smooth. Plenty of buses and really did not have to wait more than 10 minutes while we were there. Even if you are not on a budget, give this place a try and put your savings towards other things. You can’t go wrong here. One small item is there is no hot tub. Normally not an issue but it was in the 50’s and a hot tub would have been nice 😃

Have previously stayed in All-Star movies POFQ and Caribbean beach and decided to give the sports a go as our child wanted to stay there. The room was small as we were 3adults 1 child but for us it was just a place we slept as we spent all our time in the parks. Both beds were very comfortable we all slept well ,our towels were replenished very quickly after our requests on the Disney Alexa. We paid for preferred room but it’s not a massive resort so a standard would have been ok. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The buses were really good the only buses we had long waits were to and from Disney Springs the buses to and from the parks were very regular. The food in the food court was reasonable we ate there twice the family pizzas are great value. Definitely buy the refillable mug we had great use from these. My only gripe is when I stay in a hotel I expect my room to be cleaned daily and in the 10 days we were there our beds were made up twice I think Disney really need to look at this as you are paying a lot more to stay onsite in a value hotel at Disney than if you stayed off site. I would definitely return to the Allstar resorts as they are an affordable option to stay onsite.

Our family visited Disney with our two children, anticipating it would be tiring, but we underestimated just how exhausting it would be. We opted to stay within the Disney property for the perk of accessing the theme parks half an hour earlier than the public. While this early entry helps beat the crowds initially, it means waking the kids up at 6 am on vacation. The hotel rooms are quite basic and cramped, with small queen beds practically on top of each other. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired, as they're only cleaned every other day. The pools, though decent, are disappointingly cold with no hot tubs available. As for dining options, the hotel's eateries are reminiscent of a 1950s high school cafeteria, offering only fast food like burgers, fries, and pizza at inflated prices. Even a bottle of water costs as much as it does inside the theme parks. The lack of variety and quality in food options leads to high bills for basic meals, and the limited selection of fruit appears artificial. While Uber Eats is an option, it's also pricey and offers subpar quality. At the pool, there's only one bar with no waitstaff, so guests must fetch their own drinks served in plastic cups, with alcohol prices being exorbitant for the quality offered. The hotel's transportation service is free but could be improved with more frequent bus schedules and better lighting onboard. Overall, while Disney resorts offer convenience, there's room for improvement considering the high cost of accommodation and amenities. I highly recommend conducting thorough research before visiting Disney. Consider staying closer to better transportation options than just buses within the property. Stay updated on the latest apps for booking rides without waiting in long lines; during our visit, Genie Plus was the go-to option. Budget around US$100 for a family of four to skip the lines for attractions.

We live about an hour from Disney and decided to stay at the last minute after a night at Epcot as opposed to driving on I4 at night. When we called Disney (rather than booking online) we were able to get a pass holder rate of $150, and overall I think it was definitely worth that. My husband and I had stayed here many times when we were younger for our respective sporting events/competitions, but the rooms have been significantly upgraded since then, and I was more impressed than I expected to be for a value resort (and I’m fairly high maintenance when it comes to hotels). We stayed in a room with a queen and Murphy bed which, when folded up, has a nice table and chairs and fits the space well. When it’s down the room is tight, especially if you have something big like a double stroller, mobility device, or pack n play. There is a “beverage cooler” which is nice for waters, but not very large or feel, and not cold enough to be considered a fridge. There is a sliding barn door from the bedroom to the bathroom, and then another from the bathroom to the toilet/shower/tub which is nice if you have babies that need to sleep in the main room. It seems like they tried to optimize the small bathroom by utilizing vertical organizational space which is nice if you’re there for an extended period. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The AC is central but the vent in our room blew straight towards the curtains, so if they’re closed the room may not get as cold as you’d like (as born and bred Floridians we prefer ice cold hotel rooms). We did not notice any of the noise complaints other reviews have shared (we were in building 4, center court, 2nd floor; didn’t notice any teams since school starts back this week for a lot of Florida students). The breakfast was great for kids as they had Mickey cartoons in the food court showing, and also coloring. It also wasn’t as expensive as I expected it to be. The lobby also has a digital picture screen where you can take pictures with the characters and link them to your Disney account with your magic band. The hotel is next to McDonalds which we thought would be a quick snack after the parks closed but I guess everyone also had that idea last night and it took about 40 minutes so just be mindful of time if you’re on a schedule or have hungry little kids. Overall I’d say it’s perfect for a quick night or two if you’re looking to stay within budget. I probably wouldn’t stay for longer than that or pay much more than we did for what you get.

Economy category hotel, comfortable and clean. If you have a child and want to live the magic of Disney in your lodging, you will feel when opening the door by the app, using the Alexa with the Disney theme, walking through the hotel enjoying the very well-careful landscape, the theme that decorates and entertains the exterior area. Anyway, thematically they give a show. Another convenience: in times of high dollar, using the buses to the parks is a big deal, after all the park parking costs 30 dollars. Negatives: The hotel is very large, prepare to walk a lot from the parking lot to the bedroom and from the bedroom to the restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. All paid in part, good for those who like American food, with a lot of bacon, eggs, fries and Waffles in the form of Mickey.

This is a great budget option if you are looking for an alternative to one of the premium resorts which Disney has to offer.
Great location, with free and regular shuttle access to and from the parks. The furthest being Magic Kingdom (a short 10 minutes) and the closest being Animal Kingdom (5 minutes)
The rooms are spacious, clean, full of all of necessary amenities such as hairdryer, coffee machine, fridge, body wash, shampoo and many of the rooms were recently renovated which gave them a fresh and modern feel.
The staff are friendly and helpful. My only observation/recommendation would be for them to ensure they properly refrigerate medical fridge items. After a day we requested to change rooms due to a connecting door and volume and had to pack up our luggage/ fridge items and store them with luggage services.
During the time the fridge items were with luggage services they had been properly stored . however upon return to the new room my medical fridge items were left outside of the fridge on the table. I would have expected the staff to realise that fridge items (including medication) should be stored in the fridge. This was disappointing, especially after emphasising the importance with both reception and luggage services.
On arrival we were initially placed in the American football section of the hotel. Whilst walking to our room, we had to make sure to carefully avoid upwards of 50 kids playing American football on the field, dodging multiple footballs that were flying towards us. We understand that this is a family friendly hotel with lots of kids (and adults) excited about their holiday. Turns out that these large groups of children were as a result of a flag football competition. Apparently the hotel hosts lots of big groups for local competitions so I would bear this in mind before booking the hotel if you don’t like large groups. Unfortunately, because the large groups weren’t supervised, they were banging doors and running away and shouting until gone 11:30PM at night. We were moved to the tennis block which was much quieter and put our stay back on track.
The shop on site is convenient, and has the basics such as food, medical supplies, and merch.
Overall, I would recommend a stay here but I would make enquiries with the hotel as to whether there are any large groups staying before you book your trip.

During our Thanksgiving visit to Orlando, my sister and I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep after busy days exploring the city. The hotel's location was ideal, putting us close to all the major attractions and making our travel around the area convenient and stress-free.
One of the highlights of our stay was the reliable shuttle service. The buses were always on time, comfortable, and provided easy access to the various theme parks, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The service and amenities offered by the hotel were top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable, giving us great value for our money.
We are planning to visit Orlando again and are eager to stay at this hotel once more. The excellent experience, exceptional service, and wonderful prices make it a perfect choice for our next trip. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Stayed here 3 nights with my 12 year old twins. We really like it here but we always get a preferred room. This ensures the shortest walk when getting back tired from a day at the parks.
Wish they had a couple of more food options but there are options. You do pay Disney prices for the food.
All staff are welcoming and everyone says good morning or hello when you pass them. There are activities for the kids - most free but some paid near the pool throughout the day.
Housekeeping is currently every other day but you can request trash and towel service every day by calling them.
Cute Disney Alexa tablet now in the rooms.

Sorry I know this is a late response to your question. I believe the last buses leave 1 hour after park closing. So each park would be different depending on when they close that day.

I found it fine. I know a neighboring room needed the route rebooted once.
I didn’t count the sockets but they were each side of one bed and another couple over the sideboard (and that’ll depend on your room, I think) but we brought a multi-USB plug too which are so handy! We had more than enough for three people and multiple devices.
There are more places to choose from in the Orlando area.
