This is the one time I will say that you don't get what you pay for. Beware this place, if you ask for a bottom floor, doesn't matter if you're crippled or not, there is an extra charge. I wasn't warned over the phone. Also, there's a $50 security deposit they don't tell you about until later too. Other than the hidden fees, it's not bad. I don't like the neighborhood, but it's a fairly large, hotel style room with a full sized fridge/freezer, a stove top, and a kitchen sink. Bathroom is tiny, I have to leave the door open to feel like I have room to breathe in there. They advertise free hi-speed internet here, but it sucks really bad. The internet is slow. However, when you're on a budget and have nowhere else to go, it's a good temporary home.

This shouldn't be called a hotel. This place is beyond disgusting.The so called kitchen is pure FILTH. Unless you have no other option and have no choice and can deal with ROACHES GALORE do not attempt to stay here.This place should Literally be condemned period. They do not refund your money so just pass this place by. MY first review of what I said could not be posted. Please do not bring your children here at all.

My family and I stayed at this establishment because of relocation. This hotel is close to I4, downtown Orlando, Disney & Kissimmee. The staff are wonderful! The price was on target. The rooms are clean but dated. The decor needs some updating (Side note: things were being updated as we stayed, the property is making steps to improve). At the time we stayed, we got what we paid for. We had not issues with bugs. The draw back is with this being an extended stay some of the people that are here long term are questionable but we did not have any issues. There are stores/restaurants near by, but nothing for children and there is not a pool at this location. There is free WiFi but the signal is not very strong, even phones lagged :(

The hotel is very cheap and it shows , pulled up to reserve a room for my daughter, and grandchildren couples were fighting and cursing in the parking lot, property was very ill kept. Went in to look at room stains on the carpet, cabinets falling off of the walls , beds had dirty lines still on them, kitchenette was dirty and had sticky reside on the burners. Bathroom had black mold and the shower curtain looked like it had been partially shredded. It looked like a room that should be featured in a movie plot from the bates hotel the roaches were even having a party.

need long term stay month+, went to check out rooms, dirty, outdated, toilet didn't flush, 3 cockroaches in bathroom. told manager not interested and he said well the toilets are old .....like us!!!!!!! Poor customer service to insult a client, especially one who writes reviews. all a/c's leak and have actually eroded the cement outside of the room. One view was a big trash pile and falling down fence. cockroaches and crackheads!!!!!

I booked a room well in advance-was supposed to get a renovated room-got there, none were available- my room was having carpet cleaned- chemical smell was awful-floor was soaking wet for next 2 days- everything in the room (except fridge) was very old and in poor condition-nothing in kitchen to cook with- two thin towels for the whole week, no maid service- outside was dirty-dog feces-asked to have it removed-never was- the worst place I have ever stayed, over past 50 yrs of business trips

I am currently a resident at the In-Town Suites Orlando/Lee rd. The office manager James and maintenance man Larry were inconsiderate, downplayed my complaint , and waited 2 weeks after complaining to the property attendant to come and assist with our fridge. Yesterday, (8/14/23) after 2 weeks of waiting to be helped with our non-working fridge. James denied knowing we needed assistance due to office staff (Stephen) not making him aware. Larry and James both came into our suite after banging on the door 3x (no patience). They checked the fridge and basically stated I would lose more food due to another fridge needing 24hrs to cool. I asked what am I to do with my food and we had to figure it out because they can’t/won’t store your food. I was taken back with the lack of compassion or care. After getting back to the room, Clarence spoke to them and declined the replacement due to not having funds to replace the food we just bought. We did have a kitten in our room, just like every tenant and was told that since we have a cat and not a dog we’d have to get rid of our kitten. Our kitten left with our mother-in-law this morning (5am with proof). Today (8/15/2023)I have kids on FLVS in the room and I am on the toilet doing #2. James (office manager) appears with no warning asking about the fridge, no mention of the kitten. I stated that Clarence my husband spoke to them yesterday about our discussion of not replacing the fridge due to food loss, and he said I also want to check the kitten. I said that is fine, but we’re no longer worried about the fridge. I stated after yesterday, I didn’t feel comfortable with both men in the room with me alone because they made me feel incredibly unintelligent about my experience with the fridge. Denied ever being notified of the non working fridge. So, I declined the replacement fridge, and still welcomed him in the room, but once I told him I was uncomfortable with how yesterday transpired he decided not to renew our stay. Which is incredibly unfair and something should be done. We’ve been great tenants, but as soon as a woman says a man made her feel uncomfortable, she and her family have to leave. I have the encounter on video, the MANAGER at least should be considerate.
