The breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying. In the evenings from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, there was a snack time with a variety of buffet options that were quite filling, essentially serving as dinner for us. The hotel is centrally located, conveniently close to outlets and attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Parking was free. Right next to the hotel, there’s a plaza with various shops such as Ross, Wendy's, and farmers' markets. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was spacious enough for our family of four and was cleaned daily without fail, with fresh towels provided each day. Since we stayed for an extended period of 10 days, we also used the hotel's laundry facilities and were very satisfied with them. The hotel is a partner with Universal Studios, allowing us to purchase park tickets at a reasonable price. In short, we were extremely pleased with our stay. If I visit Orlando again, I wouldn’t consider any other hotel—I would choose Drury Inn without hesitation.

Stayed for a week. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff helpful, patience and friendly. The “kick backs” we’re more than filling we ate them four nights and enjoyed them. Breakfast was hot, clean and well organised. I loved the fact you could make a great cup of coffee and take it away. Housekeeping very good. No issues. Would happily stay again. Room was clean, fresh and large enough for two. Fantastic little fridge for holding snacks and drinks.

Stayed at the Drury Inn as a base for Universal and international drive attractions. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Rooms are ample size - two adults and two teenagers - with good storage areas. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi area which was clean and has a selection of pool towels available. These are free of charge to use. The inclusion of free breakfast and free ‘kickback’ from 5.30-7pm were a godsend in terms of saving money on food. The selection is fairly limited and similar each day, but it was more than enough food for us! The breakfast included all the usual cereals, toast, fruit plus some American traditionals like Waffles and ‘Biscuits and Gravy,’ which were great. You can also get unlimited tea and coffee all day, plus there are soda machines, water fountains and free popcorn. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the restaurant staff Vicky and Tara - they recommended we visit WaWa to get some American snacks and we loved it. Cesar on the check in desk also had an excellent manner. All round exceptional customer service from everyone we encountered. The location is great, less than 5 minute drive to Universal, plus the hotel runs a shuttle service. It is also very close to the I4, if you are looking to head on into Disney. Car parking at the hotel is free of charge and there is plenty. Would 100% stay here again in the future.

This was our first time staying at this hotel chain, and it was amazing. The rooms are your typical hotel rooms furniture wise, they were clean and very spacious, but the staff, I have never in all my years of traveling stayed in a hotel where every single employee I met was so friendly and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. The breakfast buffet was great and had options for everyones pallet, but the most unexpected thing every day was what they called cocktail or mingle hour (something like that) from 5:30-7:00. It was a full course meal and 3 free drinks per person every day. Our first night there it was chicken Alfredo, mixed vegetables, salad, and baked potatoes, plus they have hot dogs and nachos every night and free popcorn you can take to your room for a snack later. The menu changes every day. This saved us enough money on meals to be able to extend our stay. We were so pleased with our stay here, and I just have to reiterate that the entire staff was amazing, and that makes a world of difference when you are traveling.

Having looked up a few different hotels and weighed up the pros and cons I was delighted to have chosen this one for our family holiday. We spent 11 nights here the end of October/start of November. Location is ten mins walk from international drive, there is also a 7/11 outside, a supermarket across the road and also a Wendy's and Chick Fil-A. We used Uber/Lyft everywhere instead of hiring a car which worked out way cheaper. There were 3 free shuttle buses (which you must book) in the morning to Universal which we used too. The free buffet breakfast here sets you up for the day, it's great. Likewise after a long day in the park the free supper and drinks came in handy when we used them. Kids loved getting their own popcorn and soft drinks and I must say all the staff who work here are really lovely. We stayed in a suite which had lots of room for us (2 adults and 2 kids) The laundry on the seventh floor will save you bringing clothes for everyday too which has a great help. We used the swimming pool one day and it was clean and quiet, not enough sunbeds if it was a bit busier. If you're a light sleeper maybe ask for a room not overlooking Turkey Lake Road at night. The bar has its own kitchen which has regular fresh favourites until it closes and was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel to any family coming on an Orlando holiday, I'd stay here again of I ever come back.

We have been travelling to Orlando numerous times every year and apart from a few special occasion trips to pricey hotels this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are as you would expect but the beds and pillows are amazing, so soft. The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff are the friendliest I have experienced in a hotel. The breakfast is adequate. Coffee was always red hot and soft drinks and popcorn on demand. The kickback was very welcoming. The food was really good. We always eat out when travelling but had 3 meals in the hotel as it was that nice. The 3 free drinks are a lovely bonus as well (try the cherry sour) There was a load of groups of kids there on our first week, I was a bit worried when I saw them all but not a problem at all. Good work by the hotel, i don’t know if they are on a floor by themselves but we never heard a peep from them, when they all got back late afternoon they all played in the pool which was lovely to sit and watch. The pool doesn’t have many sunbeds but again this was not a problem for us. There is a Wendy’s next door and a chickfilla over the road, there’s also a Ross and a golf shop next door. Thank you to all of the amazing staff. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed seven nights at this hotel . The rooms are spacious and clean . They offer a free breakfast they have cereals fruit waffles sausage scrambled eggs fried potatoes toast muffins . At 5:30-7:00 they do something called kickback you get 3 free alcoholic drinks , as many soft drinks as you like , free food hot dogs or a main meal different every day , this is ideal for families with children. There is a free shuttle bus to universal theme parks and the prices of the rooms are great value . All the staff are friendly and will do anything to help to make your stay more enjoyable. If you are coming to Orlando on a budget and want to spend your money on enjoyment rather than steep hotel bills this is the hotel for you !!

Great value for this hotel. For a very reasonable price, our king room on the top floor was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and also drinks and snacks in the afternoon. It was crowded when we were there, but the staff handled it most efficiently. I would definitely stay here again!

The competitive price, location to Univeral Studiis and Icon Park restaurants and bars were first choice for inexpensive Uber rides. However, the facilities' amenities blew me away.
