This hotel is fantastic for families - rooms are very spacious, clean, and updated. Shower is large and contains large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Free breakfast is great - includes eggs, hash browns, sausages, as well as cold items. Location is about a 7 min drive from MCO, and they have a free airport shuttle that runs 24/7. Morning shuttles must be booked in advance FYI (do it when you check in).

First, a big shout out to Bill the shuttle bus driver who started his shift early to help out and informed me that hotel guests get 10% off at Carrabba's and 15% off at Bonefish Grill, two of the restaurants across the street from the hotel. As for the hotel, it's only been open since Feb '23 so everything is new and in pristine shape from the lobby and outdoor furniture to the throw pillows on the room couches. The staff is extremely helpful and I've never seen a housekeeping staff that is so diligent and happy. The breakfast omelets are delicious and the room rates are really reasonable. My only issue: The windows are not soundproof so you will hear the airplanes taking off and landing when you're in your room. I usually set the air conditioner to High to drown out noise but even on High the AC cycled on and off.

My husband had an early flight out so our family (2 adults 2 children) stayed here for one night. The hotel offers free airport shuttle like all the hotels in the surrounding hotels. What stands out to me is that this hotel is newer and offers EV charge stations. The EV charge is not free but at a very reasonable rate. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Some of those restaurants offer discount if you show the hotel room key to your server. Their free breakfast has an omelet station, and I really liked the boiled eggs were cage-free eggs. Pool area is nice and clean. Towels are well stocked. Cute pool side bar and BBQ grills on site. The only one small hiccup was when I checked in, they were out of two queen beds room (what I reserved). The front desk tried to put my family of four in a king bed room AND dared to charge us an 'upgrade' fee. Fortunately they were able to find a room matching my reservation in the end. I understand this is a new hotel and some staffs may need a bit more training, so it's no biggie to me. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself was clean and nice enough. There was a nice bar in the lobby for a nightcap and the location of the hotel itself was close to other restaurants you could walk to. The issues we had were that they advertised a place to charge your electric vehicle, which when we got there, was just recently installed and not working. When we woke up in the morning and went to the breakfast buffet, it was the worst buffet we have ever been to compared to all the other Hyatt House/Place breakfasts. You are better off going somewhere off property and paying for a good place to eat. Finally, the body wash/shampoo bottles were empty in the shower and not refilled. Quite honestly, this has been the worst experience we have ever had a Hyatt House/Place ever before and we won’t be coming back ever to this location! Do yourself a favor and stay next door at the Hampton Inn.

We were just as shocked as you to find out that it was out of service. Know this is something our contract team is aware of and are working with the appropriate vendor to have this rectified. Regarding breakfast, please know I am here if you would like to speak with me directly, as we do our best to provide all our guests with many options daily. We even offer an omelet station daily. As far as the items in housekeeping, I will address this with all of our housekeeping team at tomorrow's stand up. I am deeply sorry that the bathroom amenities were not refilled, as there is no excuse. This hotel served our purposes well as we stayed there on our way to Naples. It is clean, front desk people are nice and helpful and has a shuttle to and from the airport. Rooms are spacious with kitchen and living room space, it looks really clean although the bathroom in my daughters room had a bad odor. Another guests I met at the elevator told me she had the same problem in her room. Ours was fine though. It is within walking distance to restaurants and other hotels. The area is very nice. Breakfast is average. Omelet station takes too long. My husband’s was ready almost 45 mins after he placed his order… Price wise is not very expensive considering the area is in. The lobby/dining room are open and very comfortable.

I frequently need to stay the night in Orlando before and/or after flights from MCO. This hotel exceeded my expectations - we were upgraded from a regular den bedroom to a 2 room kitchen suite. Although I hadn't planned on doing any cooking, I will next time. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, even measuring cups.
I also very much appreciated the fact that the coffee supplies were more than just a token 1 cup of coffee.
The beds were comfortable, fluffy pillows and the shower had great pressure.
The staff was amazing from check-in to Alicia at the lobby bar. We arrived from the airport only 30 minutes before the lobby bar was closing, and she still made sure we were able to order food and drinks.
Definitely my go-to hotel for future trips to MCO.
I also very much appreciated the fact that the coffee supplies were more than just a token 1 cup of coffee.

This hotel was recently opened and I had the pleasure of staying there for one night. The name of the hotel, "Hyatt House" is extremely appropriate because each room is set up like a studio apartment. It is an extremely comfortable space, especially if you are traveling with multiple people. Guests can save money by cooking their own meals. Or they can choose to go out. The breakfast buffet is very good too.

Hyatt House is most definitely “hotel perfection “ and a five star hotel. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel rooms are very spacious, immaculately clean, comfortable, and well stocked. All the staff from Ally, the general manager, to the cleaning staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs and always with a smile. We loved having dinner at the outdoor bar with a very scenic view at sunset and with very reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet is the best ever! It is very handy to be able to leave your vehicle at the hotel and take the free shuttle to and from the airport when flying. We would highly recommend this hotel!!!!!

After a terrible travel day complete with cancelled flights my family (two adults and three young children) could not have been happier with our one night stay at the Hyatt House. It’s extremely convenient to the airport (only about two miles) and has multiple restaurants within a very short walk from the hotel.
Everything was brand new and the staff were amazing! They even gave us a complimentary connecting room when they realized a small mistake had been made with the beds available in the room we had booked.
If you’re traveling with kids there isn’t a better option in close proximity to Orlando airport.

The Hyatt House at Orlando airport is so awesome and we highly recommend it if you want to stay in Orlando, Florida. It is a new hotel that just opened in February 2023 so it is very modern and clean. The staff from the front check-in desk (especially Maurice) kitchen staff, Maintenance, and housekeeping are all outstanding and go out of their way to make it such a pleasant experience. They offer a free breakfast every morning and have a different variety to choose. It is very convenient when you are on the go or want to save some money. They also have amenities in your room such as a microwave, toaster, utensils, stovetop and refrigerator to make your own food. The service was fantastic and we were very happy with our stay, we will be back. We highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed. The shuttle was offered 24 hours a day. But I would verify with the hotel
Daily incidental holds are $50 a day.
We are a concrete building so sound is minimal throughout. Most guests share they do hear the planes.
