I randomly found this hotel online and decided to go check it out,. The hotel is Amazing and the staff are Fantastic! We chose a King room with a huge balcony and everything was over the top good. The attention to detail was fantastic and as a technology lover the room was very cool and interactive. The restaurants were of a higher quality and this is reflected in the prices. If you are a cheapskate this place may not be for you. Breakfast was phenomenal and the quality of ingredients used and the presentation was beautiful. Adrian, our server was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. We found all of the staff to be very motivated to serve and assist, which in this day and age was very refreshing! They are still building and adding to the surrounding location and this hotel will just get better and better over time. It is located right next to MCO airport but you do not hear the planes when in the hotel. The parking garage is very well lit, easily accessible and has electric charging stations for EV’s. We only live an hour away but this will definitely be a regular get away place for us to escape to.

We were excited to experience this brand new hotel. The lobby features a variety of artwork and Rosie, the beverage/food robot server. The hotel has a cool and hip vibe with the convenience of high tech. You can adjust the curtains, turn on the TV, adjust all the lighting, and request in-room dining and housekeeping from the provided digital tablet or from the hotel app on your smartphone. Everything in the room looks high end. Even the trash bins are made from leather. We loved the Toto smart toilet. It opens, closes, and flushes automatically. It also has a seat warmer and a bidet with a control bar on the wall. The shower has both a fixed shower head and a handheld one. There is a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a small refrigerator. We liked the fact that the room was very quiet. We slept really well on the comfortable bed and pillows. The in-room dining was delivered on time and the food was delicious. We will be back!

First off, the hotel is beautiful. I loved the art, the details, the architecture, the ambiance. Visually, it is very stimulating. My family and I only stay at higher end hotels, like the Four Seasons or JW. I wanted to give this one a try because it was new and the pics online were gorgeous. There was 4 of us, my husband and 2 girls in a double queen room. The room price goes up when you add 2 more people to a double-bed room, naturally. When we arrived there were ONLY 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. One person needs 2 washcloths. I had to call down for washcloths. Still didn't provide enough. The next day, I went to use the Ipad to request to have towels restocked. It was dead. So I hit the button near the door to inform housekeeping to stop by. When we returned that night, they had not serviced our room or provided bath linen. We were tired and went to sleep. The following day, I used the Ipad (it was now charged) to request housekeeping. When we returned, we were happy they came but I was extremely annoyed that AGAIN, they did not provide enough towels for all 4 people! 3 towels and 3 hand towels, no washcloths, and only one set of toiletries! I did not understand this! It is soooo easy to get this right! We were at Animal Kingdom all day and were ready to shower and I was ready to put my daughter to bed. Four people = (at least) 4 sets of toiletries and linen. The price I paid is for 4 people. Do not increase your price for extra people if you don't accommodate all 4 people! I had to call the operator and ask for washcloths and towels. 30 minutes later, they arrived but they told us they ran out of wash cloths. Never have I ever. I have stayed all over the country and have never had a hotel not provide more than enough bathroom linen or run out. All in all, this hotel is a nice place to take pictures for social media but that's about it. I really wanted to love this place because it's pretty but the quality of care and small attention to detail required to facilitate guest comfort just isn't there.

From the moment you enter "the living room" you feel right a home with the cozy feel of the décor and welcoming staff. This is not your typical hotel check in, but rather an experience unlike any other. The game room is inviting with chess, checkers, mind challenging puzzles and eclectic artwork with colorful comfy seating.
Step into the massive tropical sculpture garden filled with unique art, seating, massive bull each holding an interesting tale and history that will hold you captivated. Off the garden is the tasteful open theater kitchen of the BACAN restaurant, a Michelin recommended dining experience.
We took the teak like stairs in the mezzanine to the 2nd floor for a trip to The Haven Kitchen bringing a fabulous indoor, outdoor experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is fun and funky and the food delicious. We enjoyed some of the Chef's favorites including the Mini Haven Burger Slider packed with fresh tomato, lettuce and crisp bacon with a side of crispy fries. Berry infused water was a refreshing change of pace.
We also enjoyed several delightful courses including Shrimp Ceviche with smoked corn, sweet pepper, cilantro & Ceche de Tigre. Also pickled beets, orange, smoked feta and crispy quinoa, an unexpected treat coupled with a delicious fruit smoothie to clean the palate. Finally came the pork belly anchored with Kale and mint, pickled jalapeno, kale pesto and smoked salsa roja for a little kick.
The lemon meringue tort topped off the adventure in fine dining making this taste a tour a dream destination.
We also experienced the gorgeous penthouse over looking Lake Nona and beyond. This spacious area features a massive shower and innovation throughout. The amenities are endless and a true experience making you feel like royalty.
The Lake Nona Wave was truly an unexpected experience worth repeating.

Was in Orlando on a 3 day business trip this week and stayed at the Wave Hotel on a recommendation. Was thoroughly impressed! The rooms have great guest friendly technology that was well thought out and implemented (whole room lights & curtain closure buttons on headboard), motion activated "under bed" lights that come on when you get out of bed & head to the bathroom. Huge shower. Rooms are quiet as well, no noise from nearby guests and the AC is whisper quiet as well. Every staff I interacted with seemed genuinely engaged and interested. From the valet, front desk and management, everyone greeted me with eye contact. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The shower in our first night’s stay was awful. Water was all over the floor in the bathroom after our showers. It reached all the way to the hallway. For a room that was created for disabled guests, this is a huge liability! Thankfully we saw the water and had extra towels close by to lay on the floor to soak up some of the water to prevent any slips or falls. Guest services brought more towels to soak up the remaining water. We also noticed a black soot like substance on our luggage and personal items while in the room. Since we have been home, we have been congested and coughing this stuff up. It’s gross and unhealthy. The front desk did accommodate us and moved us to another room for our second night at the other end of the hall. This room was much nicer and we did not have any further issues. For nearly $400 a night, I was expecting an exceptional experience but unfortunately it was not quite there. We’ve stayed at the Hard Rock Guitar hotel for about the same price point and that was well worth it. The property itself is beautiful, beds are comfortable, toilet and technology in the rooms was fun. I don’t recommend communication by text within the app, the response time is very slow. I asked about ice and ended up calling the front desk instead. I also asked about late night food at around 10:30pm but received no response until 6:30 the next morning. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food and beverage prices are a bit high. Food was good. Overall, we enjoy ourselves but I don’t believe we would recommend.

This hotel is very eclectic and has a fun vibe to it. I really enjoyed the decor and outside garden area. The hotel is High Technology driven; motion lights in room, an automated and heated seat toilet, and iPad to control room functions. The problem was using these items to your satisfaction....motion lights came on without a clear way to change that setting or turn off in the middle of the night, Ipad died quickly rendering controls useless, and toilet made 'noises' all the time. There are several bars and restaurants. The Haven had some fun cocktails and service was good in the evening. We tried breakfast at the Haven and the food was average, very expensive and the service for breakfast was extremely slow. The host seemed annoyed when we asked for more coffee and then forgot to bring the sugar, cream, etc. I was not expecting too much for a $30 eggs, toast, potatoes and bacon when asking for coffee and water refill. This new hotel has promise and I will try again- hoping these small details are resolved.

It’s a strange location, in the flight path of the airport, walkable only to a handful of restaurants and medical centers. But the hotel itself is phenomenal! Stunning decor and well thought out atmosphere. The sculpture garden is beautiful and an attractive space to hang out.
The rooms are luxurious with intuitive high tech features. Although the poolside conversations get interrupted by the frequent roar of a plane overhead, the sounds inside are muted and did not interfere with a quality good nights sleep. The shower was rather small, but you get to use the fancy toilet (with heat, jets, dryer, etc.)
The on site restaurants were also very nice. Pricey, excellent quality, but we wish they had better plant-based options for a more eco-friendly stay.

Overall a great hotel with a great location. Excellent value for the money. Rooms are very spacious, elegant and high-tech. Price of room service is very high and food is still delivered in cardboard boxes. If the price for room service is going to be high, the expectation is that the service and experience should meet the price -- plates, silverware, etc.

I don’t recall looking for those particular items, but I would not be surprised. I would call the hotel and ask. To an individual, the entire staff was exceptionally helpful and informative.
You cannot hear planes inside the hotel but you can hear them at the pool depending upon which runway is being used. They fly over very quickly so 10 seconds and a pretty epic view, and then they are done!
Hello, while there is no hotel shuttle to the airport, the hotel has Lyft Concierge available and access to drivers for private airport transfers, and are happy to help arrange your transportation.
We do have a pet fee. The fee is $150 for a standard room, and $250 for a suite. This fee goes to cover the deep cleaning of a pet room preparing it for the next guest. We would love to welcome you and our pet to Wave.
