Hotel's Favourite
We got here late at night, and there was still great service. They helped us find places to eat and settle in. We then all slept like a rock and woke up to a great breakfast. Since we flew in the night before, we wanted more time in the morning to swim. They were very gracious with extending our checkout time for a bit.

I have been here for 5 nights for a work stay, I was at another hotel last week, here this week and need a hotel for next week business as well. I travel at least once a month and have stayed all Over the state of Florida! The room was a little smaller than I first imagined but after seeing how amazing the staff have been I forgot about the size of the room. They have been so kind ever since check in. The digital key has been such a convenience for me not worrying about losing another room key. They have attended to every detailed need and request I have sent in the Hilton Honors app. Patricia and Lina have been quick and efficient in passing along my requests in a timely fashion to my room. One morning I had to leave for work before my trash bags and items were brought to me and they left them in the room and went above and beyond to make my bed, replace supplies and towels while in the room. Every morning at breakfast everyone is tentative and cleaning and making sure everything is filled and replaced. The housekeepers actually smile and say good morning on my way to breakfast. One housekeeper saw me get off on the wrong floor one evening after work and ensure I knew where my room was. I came down with a little Illness while here and Patricia assisted to ensure I had what I needed to feel better and wished me well. I would recommend this Hampton in. A heartbeat. I also needed to extend my stay an extra night and called down to the lobby and it was taken care of with no issues instantly. Cause for a worry free stay! It is also close to tons of restaurants and I have had to no problems with food being delivered! Thank you to this amazing staff and the people who have helped train them well. Sorry I don’t know everyone’s names but the app helped me remember a few of them. I havent had a complaint yet ( which is unusual for me) so kudos to the entire team and thank you again! I check out Friday but am reserving for next week as well! -Brittany Hall room 330, thanks for all you did!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great! The hotel is so close to everything...restaurants, gas stations, and UCF. We had items in our vehicle that we were worried about, but the hotel is in a very safe and well-lit area. Our room was very clean and modern. The only thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom was separated from the beds by a pocket door so that it didn't seem to have much privacy. We had a mini-fridge, which was nice as were the thick bath towels. The beds were so comfortable and the room was super quiet. The front desk staff was nice as were housekeeping when we asked for fresh towels and extra shampoo/conditioner. Because of COVID, the breakfast was modified although it was 100% better than what most other hotels were offering. For example, they still had the waffle maker and hot breakfast sandwiches. We were craving ice cream one night and it was super convenient that they sold Haagen Dazs pints in the pantry by the front desk. Overall we had a great stay and will always book this hotel when we are in town.

It used to be one of my favorite hotels.
They have a new feature where you can check in choose your room and order a digital key all in advanced so according to Hampton Inn you can just park, use your digital key and go straight to your chosen room. I LOVE that option. BUT! On 3:00 PM after several attempts to use my digital key I realized it wasn’t active. I went to the reception and the guy told me the room I chose is not ready yet but he can offer me a room just like that only on the 2nd floor not the 3rd. After I decided to decline and to wait for my chosen room he told me that the room is actually ready. He was very polite and activated my digital key and showed me the way to the elevator.
The elevator wasn’t clean (pic attached)
The room seemed clean but before I left I’ve noticed an old cookie on the floor between the bed and the nightstand.
The bathroom was shining clean.
Some of the pool furniture seemed to be broken which raised a question of how safe are the rest of the pool furniture were for use. It also raised a question about how concerned is the management for the guests safety. See pictures)
The pool water was full of dead bugs. Maybe not a big deal but really took away part of the fun of swimming in the really wonderful pool this hotel has.
Stuff members were all very polite and the location for someone who visits UCF is perfect. The pool hours are long and if it was cleaner it would be real treat in our COVID-19 era.
I was disappointed

Dear NissanC- We are so very sorry to hear of your great disappointment with your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for any/all inconvenience that your experienced. The Hilton Digital Key option is a wonderful option for our guests and we are depended upon Hilton’s system to work but there are times that the system goes down. Again we apologize for the inconvenience. We are absolutely mortified to hear your room did not meet our cleaning standards as that is totally unacceptable and sincerely regret you have lost confidence in us as a result. As you know, that is most unusual and our hotel has consistently rated very high in cleanliness. Thank you for your important feedback so that we can identify the issue and correct it. We truly appreciate your valued business and your feedback. We hope you will return so that we can earn your confidence back. Thank you again. Sincerely,

In all my experience 20 years work travel experience Have I ever had such horrible Customer service. Front desk manager Rachael so uncooperative that I needed to start yelling. The issue was created by Blanchard her manager who Needed to move me from my handicapped accessible room for another room when trying to extend my stay. Blanca didn’t understand to not check me in and to let me use the digital key. I wanted to keep distance from staff and not touch a key. I was very specific to this. She had me sign the paper for rate and knew full well who I was. I received a text from Rachael late in the afternoon welcoming me after checking in. Problem was I hadn’t checked in. Once at the hotel I called the desk and Rachael Answered, explaining the situation. She told me she couldn’t fix, that I had to come to desk and check in with ID..this was the entire situation I wanted to avoid. Wanted to use digital key and keep distance. After arguing with her I told her she could come and see my passport. After reviewing she said she would take her time fixing the check in. After 30ish minutes I called Hilton customer service to remedy the situation. She refused to call Blanca at home to fix. It took approximately 45 minutes for Rachael to unlock the digital key. I get being upset and a delay of 5-10 minutes, but 45 minutes, unacceptable. Finally I was put in the very last room down the hall. Really great for a handicapped person.

We stayed in room 145 which is a handicapped accessible room
It has grab bars next to the toilet and in the low tub. It is on the first floor next to the outdoor pool. It is a suite with 2 comfortable queen beds, a sofa bed, table with chairs, microwave, TV, etc. Everything seemed clean and well maintained. Staff members were friendly. The free breakfast included the usual tea, coffee, juices, cereals, and some hot items. This building has elevators.

Anyone who runs a hotel should stay at this location and see how it’s done right. I wish every hotel had the staff that delivers like this location. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. The morning breakfast had a very selection of options and a staff constantly servicing the area and guests. 10/30

This hotel is close to the airport, circa 20 miles in the University area and away from all the theme parks . The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright and comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat in the local area. A good breakfast is provided including coffee, orange juice, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast and hot food that was regularily topped up by the staff.

If you are in town for a night this is perfect. It was very clean, and seemed fairly new. However, we didn't like the layout of the hotel. The elevator placement is odd. We were in a room where we had to walk down the hall to get the elevator and then walk down the hall once we got to the first floor to get to the lobby. Not a big deal, but sort of a pain. The first room we had was perfect location on first floor, but the window looked out to a brick wall and the air conditioners were there so it was very noisy, we asked to move which they complied with... Point being just try to get a room location suited for you. Would stay again, nice area by UCF, good shopping and restaurants nearby, friendly staff.

There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It's about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic.
