Had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady did a great job. We only stayed two days and she cleaned our room after the first night. Most hotels have limited cleaning service. We were very surprised when we returned from Disney and the room was clean.
Hotel is in a great location if you are going to the parks. Restaurants are very near too. Minutes away from Portillio’s which was a huge plus for us.
Very nice breakfast buffet. Lots of choices for a free buffet.
Thought it was a nice touch that they did a customer of the day. Each day they had a surprise bag for one selected guest. The first day it was to welcome a guest who had a birthday.

This was great birthday girls trip to Disney. I cannot write enough good things about this hotel. Everything was top notch from the front desk staff—Sashane and Veronica to the breakfast staff-Andres, Maria and Lupe, who constantly kept the breakfast bar clean and well stocked and the tables clean and floors swept…they never stopped and were pleasant to talk to. We enjoyed the offerings at the breakfast buffet each day. They had eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, Mickey waffles with all the fixings (Yum), bagels , muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit—including chopped melons, oatmeal, cereals, milk and juices. It was a great way to start the day before heading to the park.
I have to really shout out Graciela, who cleaned our room every day! I am a clean freak (I bring in Clorox wipe to wipe everything down and check the beds). The wipes were spotless, no mold in the bathroom area, no dust on the tables, the furniture was in good shape AND the room ALWAYS smelled good and clean! I usually never take my socks off and walk in carpet in the hotel, but one night after a long day at the parks, I wasn’t thinking and took them off with my shoes and after walking in the carpet, the bottoms of my feet were clean! I think that says a lot about the cleanliness of this hotel. The common areas were also clean. I think the cleaning staff often get overlooked, but they work so hard and are a huge part of making a hotel stay great! Thank you, Graciela! Another positive about the room is that the beds and pillows were comfortable and we did not hear any noise from the neighboring rooms.
We received water bottles upon check in which was a nice touch. The rooms had a small refrigerator and microwave. We took a Lyft or Uber to the parks which was cost around $16-$25, but it was a holiday weekend and the parks were busy. Also, I like that this hotel doesn’t surprise you with any added fees once you arrive. That’s a definite plus for the Orlando area. Such a great hotel! It has definitely been added to the top off my list when staying off Disney property.

Very nice hotel. The beds are comfortable, the water in the shower is always hot, and they offer a free shuttle to Universal Studios, Seaworld, and all of the Disney parks. Sashane at the front desk is amazing! She really goes above and beyond

Upon arrival, Palm Drive was very pretty. Area seems nice, not run down and not bougie either. Hotel parking was lit very brightly. Front desk staff was very friendly. I wished staff would have e advertised the free shuttles they provide on the night of our arrival tho.
Room 524- Rooms were clean. Ac worked great. Beds comfy. Sheets and bathroom were clean. Carpets and furnishings were in good condition with no visible stain or excessive wear.
The pool area was clean and neat. Towels were provided. The pool water was clean but cold (January). It would have been nice to be heated or heated more. The hot tub was clean and had timer for jets, which took a long time for the air to come out. I would have preferred the hot tub, water level being higher, the jets being stronger, and the water temperature being 5° warmer.
The breakfast area was almost double the size of a normal Hampton and having two lanes. There was plenty of seating. The areas were kept clean.
Parking was free and I felt my car was safe nightly.
Numerous restaurants are near by and it’s a good location close Epcot.
No you can see the fireworks very well from the top (5th floor), only the highest fireworks which are few so don’t count on that for entertainment.
Windows crack open only slightly. Highway noise isn’t heard that much other than big rigs and children with loud exhausts on their wanna-be race cars. My room facing pool however can get a little noisey with kids playing in the pool past 10 o’clock can be a little annoying, but it’s not that loud. Certainly with ear plugs. Ha.
Tip: Disney Springs Watermelon lot does not charge daily fee. It’s on the west end by Cirque du Soliel. You can walk a little to the Disney spring, shuttle, buses, and ride to any major park and some other resorts. All Disney transportation is free.

This was a replacement trip. We were supposed to go last November but I ended up in the hospital. So it was myself, my wife, and our son (40) for his birthday trip-- a day at Universal and a day at Disney, then down to visit grandchild in south Florida. I have to start with a shout out to Nicole Casas. While I usually set up reservations through the app, I called to see if I could do anything about the increased rates (from last November to now). Granted I didn't have much in the way of expectations, but NIcole was an absolute delight to talk to, and she did the absolute best she could to help me out. In this world of seemingly constant complaints about customer no-service, Nicole is a treasure, and a real asset to Hampton! It is truly unfortunate that I only got to talk to her on the phone, I didn't get to meet her!
The Hampton was as expected. Comfort is paramount in the room, everything clean and fresh, great water pressure and temperature, quiet in the hallways and rooms. Not only was breakfast great, but they usually had two people making sure everything was replenished and clean. Four waffle makers (and two flavors of batter), so almost no waiting.

The rooms are very clean, the hot buffet breakfast offers fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, sausages, delicious hot coffee, assorted juices, French toast and Mickey waffle. Rolled in late on a Saturday night before embarking on a Disney visit and wanted to see why this Hampton Inn is one of the top hotels in Orlando. Basically, I've probably been in 50 different Hampton Inns in my life at this point, and this is the second one I've been in Orlando. This is MUCH better than the other Orlando Hampton Inn I stayed at.
Hampton Inn overall is a strong brand, but it's been around for a while, so as a result, if you stay in a random Hampton Inn, it's much more likely to be old, as opposed to staying in a random Home2 Suites. Overall, the free breakfast, clean rooms, and consistency usually makes Hampton Inns a good gamble.
This Hampton is nicer than most. Microwave, refrigerator, and furniture that was in reasonably good shape and of course, clean. But even subtle things are nicer - the owners invested in a TV system that displays your name (like a fancier hotel might have) and is responsive - I've stayed in more Hamptons that just had a simple cable offering and wasn't particularly nice. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is a nuance.
Staying on the 5th floor made it seem quieter and the blinds were nice. The heater didn't have any dust in the filter (I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons that had run down blinds and dirty HVAC units). I can see why this Hampton has so many good reviews.
Finally, at check-in, we were greeted by a really lovely young woman, Baraa, who was effortlessly charming. "Hamptonality" as a culture in the brand is something I generally see from Hampton to Hampton; most Hamptons are smart enough to put people in front of house that are friendly, and this one was no different. Baraa offered to help provide tips on where to eat and how to navigate the shuttles with a warm smile that felt genuine. I often see friendly Hampton employees from property to property, but definitely not always, especially at night shift. This evening, Baraa was perfectly lovely and I'd wager that the other team members here are well trained enough to also offer friendly service.
There are free shuttles to different locations in the morning, but they are on a fixed schedule (e.g. Magic Kingdom 0900, Sea World 0930, etc.) which may or may not work for you.

Best Hampton Inn In Orlando. All is perfect! The Staff, breakfast, and room service. The best room service I have ever received in a hotel in Orlando, led by Maearia. An amazing person! Hey , its in morning starting at 9:45 for Magic kingdom , I don't think they have for Animal kingdom though. You need not to make reservations in advance. Message to hotel front desk they will send you the details. I never used lyft/uber was good with average $10 ride on way.
