This was a last min trip and we are very happy with our choice. we stayed in building 6 in a 1-bed condo unit with a balcony (view of the parking lot), kitchen, dining living room, separate bedroom, and split bath, and washer and dryer in the unit. Excellent. it was perfect for two adults. the apt. was very clean and everyone we encountered was following CDC guidelines, know this means no housekeeping but not a problem with a washer-dryer if the towels need freshening up easy to do. the accommodations also provided starter packets of detergent, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, and sponges. a grocery store is just a 10 min ride away. the grounds are well maintained and check-in was super easy all done from the car. the key pick up does require you to go inside and you can say no to the condo sales tour then. towels are provided at the pool and you need your room key/ wristlet to use the facilities, the lazy river at the main building is a little longer and shallow you do not need to wear a mask in the pool and the number of people is being limited at each pool or lazy river. you will need your mask to walk the grounds. the staff at pools is being great about cleaning. And chairs are distanced and marked as cleaned or occupied than the second one which is a bit deeper and faster moving and seems shorter. They will call your room daily just don't answer the phone. The food at the poolside restaurant was quick and tasty. The building was quiet during the week and busy on the weekends. and yes, people cooking out on the grill smelled wonderful we will have to try that next time.
Dogs seem to be allowed not sure if they were service animals or pets but there were quite a few.
if you have allergies you might want to check if there are rooms where they are not allowed.
Now for a few cons, the pool at building 6 is only open on weekends. this one has a kids' play area in it. the other pools are only a short walk away bring your own float for the lazy river as these are not being provided during COVID. This resort has a lot of extras; several pools/lazy rivers, good food, miniature golf, ducks, Koi ponds, outdoor grills, awesome water slides, nice walk (1.2 miles) around the lake, game room for the kids, etc. A Wyndham employee at Destin-Majestic Sun (nice resort, too) told me about this resort. I've been a Wyndham timeshare owner since 2008; this is the best resort we've ever stayed. I enjoyed sitting out by the pool with the cool slide, with a bar that sold pizza & really good cheesesteak sandwiches (not the microwave junk; real food!). The Bell Captain (Adi) at building 6 was excellent; he helped with a parking/lock-out situation one night and also helped move us from one condo to another when a water leak problem came up (Wyndham promptly moved us to another condo; received a call from the manager later asking if all was ok & received a refund of some points). The rooms are very quiet; can't hear the workers outside in the morning with the gas blowers.
Cons: Wyndham 1 hour sales presentation/offer. We were told that we'd get a free week at another resort. When we got home & received our email/certificate (thru gocrv.com), we found out that it was not free at all; costs $199 in "fees" & $150 deposit. Never had Wyndham sales go this low before but here it is!
Enjoy this great resort but avoid the sales nonsense.

I was in a wedding hosted by this hotel. We were promised before arriving that all of these covid protocols would be followed, and then when we got there everything changed. Events that were supposed to be outdoors were moved inside. Options for outdoor seating, or boxed meals for distanced eating were not followed through. The hotel did not enforce a masking policy indoors. They even had staff members not wearing masks (yes, Wendy, the reception manager, I’m talking about you). At one point they purposely closed the doors to the ballroom to prevent air from circulating. Just a complete and total disregard for any measures to reduce the spread of covid. There was no excuse for it. You are in Florida. People come for the weather. You should have figured out how to run this whole thing outside.
And as if that reckless and irresponsible behavior wasn’t enough, they also had a few other colossal mistakes: they messed up everyone’s reservation—including not having a room with a king for the wedding couple; they lost an entire layer of the wedding cake; the coordinators were consistently late for meeting times and unreachable for the bride at key moments; they were late setting up for the ceremony; broke the glass during set up; and they couldn’t even wait for the guests to finish the cocktail hour before setting the pool back up...so there were random hotel kids running around in wet bathing suits through the cocktail party.
Avoid this place like the plague that it is. They will overpromise, under deliver and nickel and dime you on everything—$6 for a bottle of water—and on top of that you will get what ever new strain of covid is incubating in that cess pool.

We paid for an upgraded balcony lake view room. It was never told to us the “lake view” is also the “pool view”. We were only 6 floors up so the pool noise was horrible. I would much rather have the cheaper side because you could not even enjoy the balcony you paid extra for due to the noise/screams from the pool area. They also play music, which is fine... if you were not trying to go to sleep at night. Bathrooms are a shower only and the water took 10 plus minutes to warm up(literally). Pillows were extremely thick and hard. We called and asked for new pillows and a fan to help with the noise and were told they did not have any. We will not be back here. Very disappointed in this place.

Had a good stay as usual, everything was average except for Julio. Julio went above and beyond daily making sure we were having a great stay. This man deserves a raise, he runs around the pool area ensuring everywhere is sanitized. There was not a moment where I questioned the cleanliness of our seats or the pool despite COVID, thanks to Julio. He really made our trip and no matter what we needed he was there for us. Excellent employee, Wyndham is lucky to have him!

Let me say, this was my go to while in Orlando! Highlights enclude lazy river and many pools💕Free parking and minimal fee for activities 😁 Food available on site! Convenient shuttled bus and so close to Disney! Unfortunately our vacation was not optimal in January.
On our last day I saw cockroaches, in hallway and recycle room. I also had tiny bugs crawling out of the tub. The rooms we're extremely dusty, the lights had thick layers, and many dirty dishes, pans, and silverware we're put away dirty! The elevator had broke with a person inside. 😲 I am thankful for the parking garage, the handicap parking was sparse. After park days it was difficult walking the distance. The pools and lazy river were dirty😮band aids, hair, bugs, leaves...3 different days
Not the fault of the resort! Extremely loud music young Adults in the hallway with loud !@#% laungue, I would say, arguing. Security did come😶Children in the hallways telling and running, slamming doors. All hours, throwing garbage in the hallway. Yes, I asked several times, where's your parents? Please use inside voices, etc...never saw parents! Unruley children running, throwing rocks, parent sleeping, sad to say but some type of kids club is needed. Grub hub ran directly into my DD as he run out of the loby! She was carrying a dozen of eggs. You guest it all over her and about knocked her over. He didn't even stop to say, sorry😐
We had a great Flordia vacation and I want to believe the issues we had were 1:million. So many years of great vacations with family members!😊

My family stayed at the Wyndham Grand during a trip to Disney (MK) for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. The resort has the hotel, which is extremely clean and easy to navigate, and then 5-6 other timeshare towers around a lake. Each tower has a special amenity on the ground floor like a playground, mini golf, pool, lazy river, restaurant, stage, etc. There is no lack of entertainment at any age!
All service staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Parking & the shuttle to Disney were very convenient. The driver was great!
My only negative remark would be on the food. We ordered room service on Saturday night. The service was great and they delivered the food faster than estimated BUT my burger was way overcooked, like eating a dry piece of cardboard.

The hotel was lovely. Clean and modern rooms. The restaurant was able to accommodate food allergies. Shuttle available to the Disney parks. Beautiful pool area. On-site spa available. Room service was good but a 22% gratuity was added and the person delivering got none of it. Tip required on top of gratuity. Buy your Disney tickets at AAA or at the park. Don't buy them at the hotel, they charge too much.

We, myself, three college kids, stayed at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek this past week. it was during their soft reopening from being closed due to Covid for the past few months. We had the best time.
The Service from the moment we pulled on teh front drive to checking in to all the interactions with all the staff we were taken care of and service was outstanding!
With all the little things with the new guidelines with plexiglass at front desk and at the Barista grab and go. but that did not deter the amazing service we had. The other little things we noticed were the sanitizer in the elevator which was nice to see. to all the signage throughout the entire resort. everyone obeying and being courteous. The Concierge at the pool was great touch to make sure everyone was spread out taking us to our spot with our towels.
All food outlets were great. Food has always been top notch and the yummiest and it still is:)
They have the best Chef. Every meal we had was fantastic. nothing was lost due to all the new guideline which is great to see.
Sleeping rooms were clean and looked great. Housekeeping was not done while we were there so if needed anything we just needed to call and they came quickly.
only thing not open was the spa. Hopefully it will be soon!

Yes, there is a couple of waterslides, one is fashioned in a ship, and it is suitable for teens of adults.
