- Hotel is fairly new. Room was very clean - even behind the furniture and around the edges, although some dust under the bed. - Comfortable bed with firm mattress. - Microwave and refrigerator in the room. - Good Location - Plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby. Easy access to the main roads. - Large HDTV with a good selection of cable TV channels and good picture quality. - Hot Breakfast with eggs, sausage and other items included. - Plenty of counter space in the bathroom, shower had good water pressure. - Friendly and helpful staff
Cons:
- The refrigerator did not have the small freezer area on top like most do. I like to partially freeze my bottled water so it stays cold on the beach. - The thermostat controls were hard to adjust. I could not get the A/C to exactly what I wanted no matter how many combinations I tried. Also, the window does not open in this hotel. - Price was a bit high, even for a Hampton Inn, but well worth it in my opinion. I have stayed here 3 times and plan on staying here again.

We were visiting family this past weekend for the first time since COVID hit. I have not left the house to do anything and this was my first venture out. i was very nervous to say the least. However i was blown away. The hotel was immaculate , The staff had masks on the entire time. No one was allowed to congregate in the lobby . There was never anyone else in the elevator at the same time with us and due to not having a buffet during this time there were brown bags with breakfast treats and water available for free in the lobby as you walked through to exit. I felt so safe . i was able to settle in and enjoy. Aside from all of the particulars surrounding todays very specific scenerio....the Hotel itself was incredibly clean. The hotel provided recycle trash cans next to every garbage can which is HUGE to me. The room was beautiful, roomy, clean and perfect for what we were looking for. I really cant say enough good things.

We spent 3 nights here during the Covid 19 problem and had to leave early to get back to the UK. The hotel was spotless, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was the best Hampton breakfast we have ever had. They served smoothies and good quality juice. On our final morning they put extra precautions in place and 2 members of staff served us our breakfast. There was a pool area which got the sun from midday and they cleaned this area thoroughly. There were toilets outside and again these were spotless.
The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable.
The hotel is situated near a busy road but we did not hear any road noise. The whole area is full of new restaurants and shops and you are not too far from the Tampa Outlets. We wished we could have stayed longer to explore the area more.
Unfortunately we had booked through a 3rd party so we will not be able to recover the cost of the 2 nights that we didn’t use, should have booked through Hilton!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we hope to be able to visit when we can get to Florida again. Thank you and we hope everyone is okay during this crisis.

This is a new property! The staff here is awesome and working quickly to establish this hotel as a premier place to stay when visiting the area.
The hotel is very very clean. I observed the staff cleaning late at night when I came in from an outing. The gym is a welcomed on-site amenity. You can tell the equipment is cleaned daily. The pool is big enough for you to swim in your own section without the worry of being crowded.
The hotel is within walking distance of a spirits/cigar store. There are plenty of eateries and shopping opportunities within 10-15 driving minutes from the hotel. The hotel is right off a major highway which makes it a great choice too.

I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions while visiting family in New Port Richey and have been thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, comfort of the rooms, and robust continental breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the grounds are well kept. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a new hotel and it was very nice. The breakfast was really good for a continental. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. but they also had fresh juices which was great. The room was very spacious and had everything you would need.

The AC unit was too loud and ran all the time - no "auto" setting for the fan. It would be OK to add some white noise so other rooms' noise did not come through, but this was TOO loud and was just noise. Tough to sleep through.

We stayed at this hotel because we had a wedding nearby. It had what we needed for a one night stay.
Even though we stayed after (1 day after) Hurricane Helene, we were surprised on how cleaned the parking lot was and everything else. You couldn’t tell a major cat 4 Hurricane passed through there.
I checked in through the phone so we didn’t even have to go to the front desk. Agent didn’t even say hi when we went by. Cool thing is that they have sangria, champagne and something different at the desk for you to grab.
The app gave me my room number as well as the key. My husband didn’t like that because my cellphone was the key and I had to give him my cellphone every time he left the room. I’m sure we could’ve gotten an actual key if we asked though.
Room was clean, and very comfortable, it included a fridge, tiny coffee maker and a microwave. King size bed, tv, desk (no pen) chair. The bathroom was very clean. White. It came with lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Sufficient towels were provided for 2 people. One of the outlets next to the bed wasn’t working unfortunately.
The reservation also included breakfast. Breakfast was good. There’s no bacon or scrambled eggs but you will find waffles, frittatas, assorted bread and bagels, potatoes, cereal and juices. There’s coffee in the lobby 24/7 and you can make your own iced coffee as well.
Check out was easy. Again, through the app. We didn’t really have to talk to anyone.
Parking is pretty horrible at this property. My husband and I came back from the wedding at like midnight and we couldn’t find anything. We had to park at the dollar tree right in front of the hotel, after an hour my husband had to go back down and look for a spot again. We eventually found a spot.
This hotel was enough for what we needed. If we ever have to go back to Odessa we would stay there again.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Sun Coast Parkway and has multiple restaurant choices in proximity. Parking area well lighted. Entire property was clean. Staff welcoming and cheerful. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with both hot and chilled options available. Television channels and access to premium options abundant including Showtime and HBO and multiple live TV options through an easily navigable remote.

While staying at the HAMPTON INN ODESSA TRINITY in Odessa Florida, I was bitten in the calf by another guest’s dog while in the lobby. I had four punctured marks and was bleeding. I informed the manager of the incident and a report was done detailing the incident. The owner of dog was apologetic and gave me his information in case there were any medical bills. When I had checked out I was surprised I had not been offered some kind compensation for the incident. I requested a discount on my stay and was told the manager would submit a Hilton Guest Assistance Case Number to get approval for the request discount on my stay. Since I did not receive a follow-up email, test message or a phone call regarding the incident I called Hilton Guest Customer Service for an update on my discount. The representative informed me she couldn’t reach the hotel manager and was informed to call back tomorrow. I did this several times with the same results each time. Today was the fourth phone call and this time the representative stated a refund was approved the same day I had checked out. I stated I was confused as I was informed it had not been resolved. She further stated a check would be processed and mailed out within 30 to 60 days. I stated this was unacceptable and requested the refund be added to my credit. She stated she could do that. I requested an email to state the refunded was approved but she stare she couldn’t do that either. At that point I requested to speak to a supervisor in which she stated she was the last line of communication for this situation. This by far has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a hotel
