From the moment you arrive and are greeted by Dave the owner you know you have made the right choice. We traveled by boat and appreciated the ability to dock our boat right outside the inn. They had carts to help with the transport of luggage and helped us get our things to our room. The main living area is beautifully decorated and inviting with soft music and lovely decor. The room we chose had its own private balcony which was an additional treat. In the evenings they stock their freezer with multiple flavors of ice cream for all of the guests to enjoy and I happened to mention a flavor which miraculously appeared the next night to my delight. Breakfast in the mornings was made to order by Nathalie and was delicious! My favorite are her breakfast sandwhiches on sourdough! The location is perfect for a nice walk in the morning and evening to the town with quaint shops and restaurants. Overall a wonderful trip and we will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Night Swan. Our room (Stinson) was comfortable and clean. We felt very much at home as there was a small kitchen off of the living room where we could make tea or get a cup of coffee, bottle of water or a midnight raid on the ice cream. The common rooms were stylish and comfortable with large arrangements of orchids. It had a unique style that reflected the personality of our hosts. Natalie's breakfasts were excellent and served cheerfully by their sons. The locally roasted coffee was so good we dispensed with our usual, cream. I had arranged with David to have a particular bottle of champagne to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Natalie and David were very accommodating arranging it in an ice bucket with champagne flutes and served at a location of our choosing. There are so many sweet spots on the property to enjoy champagne or just to relax but we decided on the Adirondack chairs at end of the dock along the inter-coastal waterway. The location of the Night Swan was very convenient for trips to the historic district as well as the beach. We highly recommend the Night Swan and hope to stay there again.

Our family stayed at this wonderful Inn after my daughters wedding for the weekend. Each room was very quaint and there are rooms that face the river with a balcony and very clean. The complementary breakfast was absolutely delicious we had fresh made quiche, muffins, scones, pancakes for the kids, orange juice & coffee it was delightful . The prices were very reasonable from a basic room to a suite with a common kitchen area which was stocked with free ice cream and cones. They also provide rooms that are “pet-friendly” for your fur babies. Water bottles were provided in the fridge for a nominal donation. At our wedding venue I could not find any serving utensils for the buffet and I called in desperation to David at the Inn and he said, “sure of course you can have anything you need” and provided all of the serving utensils I needed ...he saved the day for me!❤️They have a beautiful porch that at least 15 of us sat on till practically midnight, we tried to keep our voices down and he was very congenial and had us lock up the door after we were done with our family gathering . Natalie and David who are the owners were wonderful hosts and we felt very at home there. We would definitely recommend this Inn and will return for a vacation. They also have a dock across the street from their Inn where you can put your boat in their slips for a reasonable charge per day. Thank you for a wonderful stay David and Natalie.

Probably my favorite thing about the Night Swan are the owners, they are just so sweet. They call you by name and treat you like family. We always bring our boat, the dock is in perfect shape and never have any issues with leaving it there overnight. The breakfast is always top notch; waking up there this Mother's Day was a treat! We have stayed in the carriage house with our 2 children which is perfect with the little sun room for them to sleep in and a small kitchenette. We most recently stayed on the 3rd floor of the main house in the Captains Room. Very comfortable beds, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The only downside is it's on the 3rd floor so don't forget anything or back up you go! HIGHLY recommend the Night Swan... it's amazing!

I've been staying at the Night Swan for 5 years now and it's only gotten better. New(er) owners David and Nathalie Glenn updated the decor to a hip surf bungalow style, but still with the historic charm of New Smyrna Beach, complete with gorgeous original architecture (including the huge front porch with swings and chairs for taking in the water views!). The rooms are comfortable, roomy enough for a few night's stay and you always feel at home to put your leftovers in the fridge when you get back from dinner. Breakfast is a treat (and they will accommodate vegetarian preferences if you request). Blueberry lemon scones with a decadent glaze, quiche, coffee, juice, yogurt and granola - all served by the couple's polite and friendly sons. The Glenns created a warm and friendly family atmosphere, where they remember you and welcome you with big smiles - and it truly enhances my stay every time.

This place is a gem! It’s a family owned B&B and the owners are extremely hospitable and accomodating. The food is great and truly homemade. The location is also perfect, on the Indian River, and only minutes from Canal Street, Flager Ave, and the beach. I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our 2-night stay at Night Swan! David and Nathalie couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. When we arrived, they upgraded our room to the Dolphin Domain room, so we could enjoy a view of the water (and we actually got to see some dolphins from the dock). The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the sitting room facing the water was a nice touch. We were traveling with our dog and they were able to recommend several pet-friendly restaurants in the area. And the
the breakfast was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

From the start of planning 15 months ago, until the day we departed yesterday 3/20/22, our experience with Nathalie & David Glenn owners of the Night Swan was perfect!! We rented the entire place, all rooms in the Main house, both rooms in the Cottage and all the rooms in the Cygnet House for our daughter's wedding 4 day weekend. David & Nathalie helped us assign the appropriate room style for each family member, wedding party member, or guest. They were available to answer every question we had, answered every phone call and email very promptly!! When we arrived for check in the Bride and Maid of Honor and Parents were served champagne and they helped us sort all the keys for each guests arrival...as some were delayed due to airline problems late into the night. Each morning we were greeted with warm lovey service and hot yummy breakfast with coffee, juice and options for each guest. It was so delightful to just enjoy our time and not have to worry about driving everyone to a restaurant. Our wedding venue was "The Grand Ol Barn" just down the street, and on the wedding day when time was tight in the morning, Nathalie made take out boxes for the wedding party to take breakfast with them to the venue. Each evening all guest came back to relax together in the courtyard or on the amazing porch with swings and tables and chairs. As a special treat, David and Nathalie had ice cream sundaes and cones available!!! This was a very busy time of the year, during central Florida Spring Break week and the rates at Night Swan were a super value. The rooms are so warm and inviting, clean and fully equipped with anything you need. They even provided beach towels for out of town guests that flew in and did not have room in bags to bring them. Overall, like I said above, the entire 4 day weekend was PERFECTION!!! David and Nathalie truly treated us like family and we THANK them so much!!

If you love a wonderful bed and breakfast, Night Swan is the place to stay in New Smyrna Beach. The home is beautiful and inviting, and the owners David and Natalie (and their wonderful sons) do everything they can to make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, and take you back in time with warm wood and beautiful water views. They have a dock dedicated to the bed and breakfast so for boat travelers, this is a great stop. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the B&B is a short trip to local boutiques and restaurants. If you enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, the front porch with it's water view and comfortable seating is a great place to spend some time. Can't wait to head back for a second trip!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at this lovely B&B. Our stay was during the Christmas holiday and the entire property was beatifically decorated. We enjoyed meeting the owners, Nathalie and David, and their two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Bru and Stella. This B&B is pet-friendly, which is very important for those traveling with their beloved pets. We did not have a pet at the time of our stay, however, should we have one in the future, we would definitely feel comfortable enjoying Night Swan and the surrounding area with a pet. We stayed in the Manatee Sighting Suite which was very nice and and offered a great view of the Intracoastal. The bed was very comfortable and provided great sleep. We spent a lot of time enjoying the long dock directly across from our room. It was so exciting watching the porpoises swim and feed in the water surrounding us. The porpoises put on quite a show shortly after the sun comes up in the mornings. The sunrise is spectacular as well. Due to a pre-planned engagement, we only had breakfast on one of the two mornings. The breakfast was amazing and delicious and we enjoyed it on the front porch of the Main House. This was our first visit to New Smyrna Beach. The quaint New Smyrna Beach Historic District is very close and is not too far of a walk from the Night Swan. We completely recommend Night Swan Intracoastal Bed and Breakfast and have it on our list for a relaxing getaway as we live about 2 1/2 hours away.

Absolutely. Quiet street with an occasional resident. Nothing commercial on the street, so traffic is what you would expect in a small neighborhood

Is there dockage for an 18' boat?
Answer from Brian H
Fort Myers Beach, Florida61 contributions14 helpful votes
Yes, there is certainly sufficient room for an 18-ft boat. You can dock on the inside of the float on the north side of the dock, or even under the 2nd deck. We spent two nights there with a 27-ft boat, and it was a bit big for the dockage, but your 18-ft boat should be fine. Be sure to check with the management about space for the boat.

I am sorry it has taken me a few days to get back to you. All the room on 2nd Floor of the Cygnet House-Osprey,Blue Heron and Pelican are Pet Free and all the rooms in the Main house are also Pet Free. All rooms have thermostats to control the temperature. There are not individual units in the rooms. The Cottage rooms and The Turnbull Suite have separate units just for those rooms. The Turnbull Suite also has a fireplace. There is a fireplace in the Main House living room. Thanks for contacting us. If you have any other questions let me know. We would love to have you come and stay with us.
