I absolutely love this property! It’s the perfect location for shops, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms are nice and clean as well so HUGE shout out to the housekeeping team! Also would like to note that when waking to find our room we saw some housekeepers and each of them said hi to us which is so nice. I love to see it! Nick at the front desk provided stellar service at check in as well! A very friendly young man. Thank you, Hampton Inn!

We joined a friend's family members for her 50th birthday celebration in NSB and 8 of us stayed at this hotel. Staff was very accommodating and hotel is clean with nice lobby decor and a courtyard in front for coffee or drinks. David working the front desk was terrible when we told him about housekeeping banging on our door when the do not disturb sign was out. He told us it was probably kids because they had a lot of kids staying there. Even after we told him his staff was seen by us outside of the door. We are diamond members and this was the worst stay we have had at a property. Don’t even think about grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning because you won’t find a cup to put it in. We ended up having to buy bottled water from David. I would think with the money your saving by not having the continental breakfast you could at least give your guest a bottle of water.

Due to the state Mandate, not allowing Buffets of any kind, we are doing our best to offer Items that are fresh and appealing. We are offering a Continental breakfast, that consists of Hot Oatmeal, Yogurt, Individually wrapped Muffins- Blueberry, Banana and Chocolate, Bagels with several different kinds of cream cheese, jellies and peanut butter, Breakfast Bars, Fruit and Water is available on the breakfast table. Coffee is available in the lobby from 7:-00 am to 12:00 noon. Most guests are happy with the offerings available.. Hampton Inns don’t serve breakfast or clean rooms during your visit. You can request towels and for breakfast they give you a paper sack with a bottle of water and something like a granola bar. Coffee is available.
Parking is $12 per night.
The experience is nowhere near as good as it was pre- Covid. I get the feeling Hampton is taking advantage of the situation by decreasing services while maintaining the same rates.
It’s depressing to remember what a pleasant stay Hampton’s used to be.

Being a rewards member and liking the Hampton hotels in general, we have stayed at this location numerous times in the past. This was our first visit since a recent renovation and I was expecting that some of the issues would have been resolved. The nightly rate for this time of year HAS been near half of what I was charged for this Sunday night which was excessive. The location of this hotel is in a beach resort town but the rooms still do not have refrigerators to keep water and other beverages cold or to store meal leftovers. This is a problem that I assumed would be corrected with a renovation. The rooms are quite dark which is nice for sleeping but not for applying makeup with natural light. My last problem is that when I checked out, I was charged a parking fee! As I stated before, I have stayed here many times and was NEVER charged for parking. It only makes sense that I would not ASSUME a change was made. And the fee was not brought to my attention when I checked in. I was only given an explanation as to how to use the code box at the gate and given a dashboard permit. This fee did not appear on the itemization of my booking email -- only at checkout! Guests should be informed of any additional fees at check-in. When I disputed this fee at checkout, I was met with indifference. This location has become quite a disappointment and I will not return. There is too much competition in the marketplace and many other comparable hotels offer much more for much less.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights. It’s in a great location, walkable to a bunch of great restaurants, and is generally clean in appearances.
My major gripes are that a) rooms don’t come equipped with a mini fridge or microwave, even if you request an upgrade to one of the few elusive rooms that apparently do have them, and b) many guests as well as staff walk around without masks. I know... it’s Florida, but staff not wearing masks at all (not even the feeble attempt) was pretty upsetting to see. We brought our own disinfectant and cleaned our room upon checking in, just in case.
Note, bc of Covid there is no maid service, but the kind maid gave us a refresh on towels and more toilet paper when we saw her in the hallway.
Overall it was fine, but don’t expect much but the basics when you get here.

The coffee pot was empty and the breakfast cookies were packaged. We can blame the lack of services on the virus, but let’s just adjust the rate and admit that the services were severely cut to save money. We went to Dunkin Donuts to get coffee after throwing out the coffee offered by the Inn; and thereafter drove to 7-11 to get a few newspapers. The free wifi was extremely slow, so we turned it off. The rooms were very clean and the staff was pleasant. The Roosters running around the parking lot were charming at night, but packed a punch in the early morning hours. You’ve lowered your standards, now lower your rates!

We stayed at this Hampton a couple of years ago and since then a lot has changed. They now charge $10 for guest parking and have added a lot of other fees as well. The coffee in the lobby was barely warm and our bottled water was barely cool. Will look elsewhere on our next trip.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Manager Mark is rude!! He doesnt care about guest peace and quiet trying to get sleep. There was Dogs on the third floor Barking on and off late at night since people sneak in these dogs cause they dont wanna pay pet fees. When i complained about me not getting restful sleep he wants blame me the guest for being sick with bronchitis saying i used alot of tissues to fill up the teeny tiny trash cans in room. He tried say i left room messy when my pile of used kleenex/tp was neatly stacked next to overflowing filled up trashcan. Cant help it if im sick and on meds from traveling. I need my sleep and your hotel failed honor 100% guarantee and to provide calming quiet sleep that night. Instead wants to reverse blame on guest for my concerns brought to your attention. My additional property review is breakfast was ok but needs better tasting food with more flavor and variety. The parking lot was messy and dirty looking with leaves all over ground and needs tree service for all low hanging trees. Wifi worked good and business center is nice. Pool was small not heated was cold and no hot tub so disappointing. Room decor was dated and needs modern makeover with more of a beachy look to it. Outside of hotel is cute with boutique look to it.

Since there is no other place to park, the car park fee is unwarranted. I have been using the hotel for many years, and parking used to be free. I can't answer about the refrigerator.

Not sure if the pool is heated but you can email the staff or call toll free and they'd be happy to answer any question you have.
