Beautiful beach view, ocean swim and surf, clean fresh water pool if you need it. Located on a wide stretch of sand south of Daytona Beach in a long strip of homes, condos, hotels, and eateries. What you can't walk to is a short drive away. Kitchen has all the tools. Outdoor grille is a plus. "Quiet hour" rule at night ensures a good night's sleep.

Thank you for your kind remarks. We try to have all our guests enjoy the place..that is why we have the "Quiet Rule". From 11 PM to 6 AM is a nice time for all to be wrapping up their day. Our facility is on an island with only 2 access roads in or out...makes for more quaintness. Hope to see you back again!

I just returned home after my annual visit to NSB. What a difference management makes. I used to stay at another facility close by but they changed management a while back and it shows. My apt at The Atlantic Plaza was very clean and well taken care of (note to seniors, the toilets in my unit were not high so be ware when you sit the first time..LOL) The management was very accommodating. They had several outings for the residents and guests while we were there. The reason for my 4 instead of 5 was because someone below me was a smoker and I was unable to enjoy my balcony as much as I would have liked to. I will definitely make this my go to place on the future.

Friendly and convenient location. Great for a few friends or small family. The comfortable 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom suites are great for a couple and two more. Rates include one parking space and a second car can be allowed (fee). They even keep a stock of beach and sand toys for guests. Wonderful pool. Beach front balconies.

We recently stayed 4 nights in an ocean-front unit. The unit was older, but very clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean was stunning and just steps from the building; this property is on the beach. The water was clear and the waves big!
The building manager was professional and accommodating.
We will come again.

We have been to the Plaza in the past and decided to go back for a 3 might stay (minimum stay) and WoW were we pleased with our Condo #302! The Plaza is located within walking distance to Tony and Joes and Flagler Ave shops. It was VERY clean and appeared newly remodeled. The whole place looks and feels safe and clean. We will definitely be returning.

filthy dirty nasty, and thats just the elevator. maybe we got the only 1960’s time capsule condo with mr coffee, scary linens, awful pillows and moldy smell. one roll of tp, 2 trash bags and no beach towels or chairs. old tvs, shoddy internet. non functioning sliding doors.

We enjoyed another great stay at the Atlantic Plaza! I got married on the beach right in front of the condo! Ed, Donna and their team treated all of us like family the entire time! Their hospitality is top notch. The complex is clean and the staff is friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what they have me, my new husband and family friends. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Ed, Donna and team for another amazing time!

This was our first stay at Atlantic Plaza – and I hope to be back for years to come. This well-kept property is perfectly located right on the beach and the oceanfront view from our balcony was amazing. Not only is the beach convenient but we were also walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants. The best part of the experience, however, is the staff. Ed, Susan and the rest of the personnel are so pleasant and helpful. Ed is also a wealth of information and gave us wonderful suggestions about things to do while in the area. We loved our stay at Atlantic Plaza and hope to return very soon!

The place was OK. Not very clean at all and the staff was nasty. One of he housekeepers was on their phone harassing someone and using vulgar language. Very unimpressed!!!!

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. Management would have been more than happy to address your concerns during your stay with your family. Vulgar language by an employee or a guest in public areas is not tolerated by our property. We try very hard to maintain a family-friendly environment for our guests. This issue was discussed with our staff and their desire is to take this "negative" and turn it into a "positive".

This small 22 unit condo/hotel is the perfect spot for those who desire to feel at home while on vacation. From the first conversation with Sue to check-out,every need is managed by the Rubys. Ed and Donna Ruby are the perfect hosts who treat every guest with care, courtesy and warm down-home friendliness. Any desire or problem that a guest may have is dealt with in a professional , courteous and timely manner.
Rooms (apartments really) are spacious, meticulously clean and comfortable with every amenity one could want. A full kitchen and dining area is a treat for those who do not want to go out for every meal.
Naturally, the oceanfront hotel has a beautiful vista and is on New Smyrna's pristine beach. The Plaza also has a fresh water pool with a comfortable, neat and clean deck. Landcaping blends the hotel to nature and gives one a homey impression. Parking is ample and secure. The entire hotel is Wi-Fi served and one can view their email on a guest computer.
But, the real stars go to the Rubys who oversee each guest to make sure that their stay is the best it can be. Quite simply, they are the perfect hoteliers who will treat you as a part of a very diverse, extended family. Their vast knowledge of the New Smyrna Beach area and surroundings are unmatched to give their guests an unbiased and truthful recommendation from attractions to restaurants to shopping. There is a reason why so many guests return to the Atlantic Plaza every year.
The next time that you want to stay at the ocean around the Volusia County area, you owe it to yourself to stay at the Atlantic Plaza and..........you will return.
However, the true stars of this show are the Rubys. They are quite simply, the perfect hoteliers. You become an extended family here.

ALL rentals at the Atlantic Plaza have 1 assigned parking space with their rental. We do have a few additional spaces that we rent on a first come first serve basis. New Smyrna Beach in general on beachside is a popular place...parking therefore is limited. Thank you for your question and have a great day!

I don't own the condo, just reserved it. You can call Atlantic Plaza, I think they are owned by individual owners and they rent for the owners. They have everything you need and the balconies all pretty much have a view. Great place to stay. quiet. No jacuzzi though or umbrellas at the table. Umbrellas would be a nice touch. very clean
There are more places to choose from in the New Smyrna Beach area.
