Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Gotta be the worse hotel I’ve stayed at. For the price I wasn’t expecting much but the rooms are dirty yet stink of bleach, the fridge looks like it has never been cleaned, broken drawers, brown stains on both comforters, shower was clogged and water was backing up, all of the doors to the rooftop pool were locked for half our stay I tried calling the front to ask about it 3 speratr times and nobody answered, be prepared to here Spanish music for the entire day as we were on the third floor and could clearly hear it from the restaurant down below. The only good thing about this hotel is the relatively decent location.

SCAMMERS. CHEATERS. LIARS. DO NOT STAY HERE OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATE HOTELS. They led me to believe for weeks that I would be receiving a refund. They told me to contact the customer service of the place that I booked with. This happened on the phone multiple times when we contacted them. The third party responded back to me that they were willing but YOU, the hotel, were not willing to give me the refund. It seems like you are just trying to keep your funds even though YOU told me at first that you would give me a refund. This looks like you and your company are going back on your word and are scammers. We are often in Miami going to conventions with friends, family, and extended family from Argentina. Since I was lied to by you and your company, I will have to take this matter to my bank and let them know that you are a fraudulent company. And I will make sure that every single one of my family, friends, and their friends and families do not bring their service to your hotel. I will not be taking a loss on this amount of money and I will see it through and CONTINUE to spread the word that you are LIARS, CHEATERS, AND SCAMMERS. You stopped responding to my emails as well. Extremely unprofessional and again, I will make sure everyone I know and everyone they know do not stay at any of your companies and affiliates.

So, the price we just paid for air bnb at the Dorset was disappointing. 1st the room floor was chipped, the bathroom had mold in corner and the ceiling tiles in the toilet room well you shouldn’t look. Second why for the price did I have to hunt down coffee in the morning?? The room had a mini bar prices as one would think for it. Didn’t touch it but for a bottle of water which again. Even at most hotels they give you water. The carpets in the hall need a scrub. And finally why at the high price we just paid should I have to go between buildings in the alleys to get ice? Which leads me to another point the window view was a a very disgusting dirty alley and the windows were horribly dirty between the grates.

DO NOT COME HERE! This hotel has a very bad mold issue. Rooms are very filthy and unacceptable. Their refund policy tell a lot, non- refundable. They don’t care to upgrade or clean their rooms because they receive your money anyway. Its a 1* hotel.

The rooms are very dirty, hairs on bathrooms and sheets. Very dusty, the dingy minibar has never been dusted. You can see mold on the showers walls, disgusting stains splashes on the walls. Clearly not properly cleaned. The furniture is old and dingy. I payed $600 usd for 3 nights And they ask for a $300 usd deposit for any casualties.

Stayed here two nights, first night was jet lagged so just slept in very comfortable room.Room was at end of corridor which was great as furthest away from street so nice and quiet. Only drawback was that Wi-Fi was very patchy indeed so had to go to lobby for messaging etc. Hotel split into three buildings. Had breakfast at Maxine’s which belongs to the hotel which was very good. Ate there in evening and had a nice meal sitting outside with a very good singer giving some atmosphere. All the staff were very pleasant.

I went with my husband for an end of year getaway. The hotel (room) was moldy, so my husband got sick (reparatory) and my face swelled up (allergy), so that wasn't a great way to start... When you go to your room, you have to trek your bags through a very crowded restaurant (Taco Taco ~ our least favorite meal for the whole trip), which was very awkward... every time you come/go from the hotel, same thing. The front desk promised there was no mold (though we could smell it) and affirmed that we could have trash removal daily, plus house keeping every 3 days. We were there for 6 nights and had our "please clean" sign out, but no one ever came to refresh towels, toilet paper, trash, etc... ever (after day 5 our sign disappeared from our door). There was no coffee in the room or a lobby area, so you have to walk several blocks just for coffee. BUT, there are some amazing Italian pastry shops down the way. SO GOOD! I really wish I had better things to say... I simply don't. This was our experience. For the price, was NOT even close to being worth it.

My credit card was charged a fee for consumed beverages in the mini bar. My partner and I never took any item from the mini bar. I called and was given the email for the assistant manager. He is not returning my emails. No refund has been given. You just don't expect a hotel to steal from you...

This hotel is TERRIBLE, the room was not stocked with towels, oil was on the floor that I went down to the front desk and requested housekeeping to take care of. I’m on a cane and almost fell. No one corrected the problem. Then after I checked out they charged my card for a RedBull in the mini bar that I never touched. No one answers the phone at this hotel and neither do they respond to emails. I’ve called at least 10 times and emailed 3 and no responses. DO NOT STAY THERE.
