This is our fourth visit to 1 Hotel and like always, everything was great. VJ and Ian delivered fantastic service on the beach! The vegan burger was fantastic as was the mahi mahi. We will be back in 2022!!

I have just returned from the 1 Hotel South Beach and can only say that the entire stay was perfection from start to finish. I am very discerning when it comes to hotels and I was hoping that this hotel would live up to its photos and reviews. The 1 not only lived up to them but surpassed them! For a large hotel, the service- everyone from the valets to those at reception to the pool staff- made it feel like a warm and intimate space. Everyone we encountered had a big smile, a warm welcome and could not do enough to get whatever it was we needed. A special shout out to Orlando at the Sandbox bar who greeted us by name every morning, remembered the drinks we liked and went above and beyond by getting us our morning coffee from the hotel lobby. Watr, the rooftop bar and restaurant, is a magical setting at night and even better for people watching. Our room, a one bedroom suite, was HUGE; it felt like an apartment and was immaculate. And, lastly, the hotel's center pool has to be, hands down, the most spectacular pool in Florida with an unimpeded view of the ocean that most hotel pools in Miami do not have. If you are thinking of staying at the 1, do not hesitate... you will not have any regrets…
