Stood 3 nights and my fiancé and i are pleased with our stay. Brie at front desk brightened our day with her kindness and smile. The whole front dest staff was very welcoming and helpful. Also had interactions with the cleaning people and they were warm and kind. I always try to remember names for my reviews. I do remember a gentleman named Marcos that was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay at Hyatt Regency again.

This Hyatt is right on the bay and close to the port. Was greeted by a very friendly staff and given a very nice room overlooking the city and bay. Rooms were spacious and pretty clean. Every staff member from the restaurant, front desk and bell captain desk were always friendly smiled and wanted only to help with any questions. Free people mover adjacent to the hotel that takes you to the port and can explore the food and people. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a downtown location. We were thee for a convention at the hotel.

I stayed here using one of my Hyatt free nights and was delighted to find out that valet parking was included in the stay. As an Explorist, I was upgraded to a larger room with great views. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom could use an update, though. I loved having the pool all to myself. The cafe in the hotel was surprisingly good and very reasonably priced. And the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - one of the highlights of this hotel and one of the biggest factors why I will stay again!

Great hotel to stay at. Very close to the beach, friendly personal. Fast valet parking, close to stores and restaurants. Luggage service was very fast as well, they had everything I requested for on my reservation day.

Booked this last minute on 2/20 evening FOR 2/20. Little pricey for a last minute booking but most places were more expensive or simply no vacancy. I wasn't disappointed! Somehow we ended up on floor 21 of the total 24 floors. The view was spectacular facing the city and the room was very clean, updated bathroom, great water pressure and very comfy bed. Will definitely look to stay here again next time I'm in Miami
