Really good overnight stay at AC in Wynwood. The room could have been a tiny bit cleaner (just a bit of dust in corners, etc.,) but the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure in the bathroom was great. We enjoyed a lovely morning in the small pool, which we had all to ourselves! In particular, though, we appreciated that every staff member we encountered was smiling and lovely and ready to answer any questions. Our extra special huge thanks to the women servers in the restaurant for breakfast - they diligently attended to our kids’ food allergies, which is so enormously appreciated. I wish I had gotten the young waitress’ name - she was wonderful. <3 We would stay here again!

I stayed at multiple Marriott properties across the Miami area and I have to say that was by far my favorite.
The hotel has one of the best treatments of Marriott Silver/Gold/Platinum etc members. I was upgraded to a very clean and spacious corner room and had no problem requesting the Platinum 4pm checkout even during one of the busiest weeks of the year (Art Basel) when they were sold out. On top of that they give Marriott elite members 2 free cocktails a day!
They do have an amenity/destination fee like most hotels in Miami but they actually give you a food and beverage credit equal to this fee and their food is both high quality and reasonably priced.
The bartenders I dealt with at both the rooftop pool and in the lobby bar were extremely friendly and helpful, and the front desk staff were great.
But by far the best thing about the hotel is the help they provided in getting back some valuable and important personal items I left in my room after my stay. Firstly they phoned me to inform me they had found the items even before I realized I had left them. In many hotels, the items would have just "disappeared". On top of this, they were extremely patient and helpful in working with me to Fedex the items back to California.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I have stayed at this hotel four times now and would not consider another hotel in Miami! The staff goes out of their way to provide a very memorable experience and all the amenities of the hotel are all you could ask for! Great location and rooftop pool just add to the ambience! The management team will also go out of their way to make sure that you’re given the white glove treatment while there and it’s why this is the only hotel I will stay at in Miami!

I was disappointed in my recent stay at AC hotel Miami Wynwood. The price is listed while I was making. My booking did not include a $30 per day destination fee. Is there a hotel room that is not a destination? There are certainly better destinations in the Miami area! I’m scared to know what those fees would be. I spent the Christmas holiday there with my adult son. when checking in on the app, I was given the option of no maid service or every other day maid service. Everyone should be aware that this is the best that they offer. On arriving, we found only three towels and two washcloths in the room. I asked the front desk later that day if they felt like that was an appropriate amount of towels or washcloths. I was told they would send more up. They did not. I was told there would be no towel service on the days there was no maid service. I saved my washcloth until the morning of the maid service. After the maid service that day, I found that while they did take away the used washcloth, they did not replace it with a clean one! Orherwise, the maid service was excellent. I suspect this is a management decision. I was also disappointed that I was not able to choose my room or at least the side of the building that my room was on. Other Marriott properties offer this. We were on the noisy side of the building. There was significant road noise.

Arrived in the morning from a long overnight flight and the amazing front desk person, Sherly, welcomed me warmly and found me a room so I could shower and rest a bit before working from the room for about 7 hours. Wifi worked fine for Zoom meetings and accessing work servers. Room was comfortable and had plenty of space for luggage and to set up my work desk. Easy Uber pick-up/drop off, restaurants nearby, about 10-12m to the cruise port (if your Uber doesn't miss the terminal...). Really liked this hotel and will most likely be booking this as my pre-cruise hotel in the future.

We booked the hotel because of the location and proxitity to Midtown and the Design District and on the part it was great.
The room was very comfortable. After the second day, we were told that the rooms are cleaned and serviced only after the 3-4 day, so basicaly in a 3 day stay, the room was never cleaned.
We requested some packages delived to the hotel from amazon, and when i went to pick them up, the told me that there was a charge for receiving packages, and it was not a small charge. I have stayed at AC and many other Marriot Properties before and was never charged for this, so that was not something i apreciated and it was never writen in any of the reservation confirmations.
In summary, its a nice hotel, with a good location, but service wise, needs to improve.

Thank you so much for sharing your most valuable feedback regarding your stay. We deeply apologize that the expectations that you had for service were not met during your stay. Our operations are slightly different due to the impact of Covid-19. Nonetheless, each guest is provided with a welcome letter upon arrival that outlines how Housekeeping services are performed. If you did not receive or review this letter, I can understand how frustrating this process could have been for you. Due to limited storage space for packages, we have initiated a small holding fee based on size, and number of packages received. For more than a year we offered free incoming packages as a new property, unfortunately this was discontinued. Nonetheless, I would have been more than happy to help with the charges if made aware, We are happy to know that you did enjoy our property's location, and the comfort of our rooms. We hope that you will consider staying with us again sometime in the near future.

My wife and I enjoyed our 3 nights here while on a short trip to Miami. Our room was very nice and stylish with with a super comfortable bed.
The food and drinks at the rooftop hotel bar and restaurant were also very good and since we are Bonvoy Gold members we were given 2 free cocktails every day of our stay and the daily $30 resort fee was redeemable at the bar/restaurant
My only gripe is was with one of the front desk staff who was insistent that we were already given and signed for a package that was delivered to the hotel when we did not receive it. She refused to go look for it and finally another employee intervened and found my package within a minute

Sorry for the delayed review. I’ve been so busy. But I wanted to post a review because Flavia is doing such an amazing job of managing the hotel. I feel like she made sure that all of my needs were met. Also, she clearly explains how the $30 Destination Fee and credit works. Most Miami hotels charge a destination fee but they do not credit the fee back to the guest for us to spend. I enjoyed this since I had to eat anyway.
The hotel is clean and if you have any problems they will fix it. I also want to say a big thank you for being so nice but also professional to the employees that I met and chatted with. I wish that I wrote down names. My stay was very nice and I enjoyed it. I used to stay at another hotel nearby but I’ll stay at this hotel in the future.

It is our five year anniversary and we were a little nervous to leave the kids at first.
I have to say this has been the best anniversary staycation so far
Freddy at the front desk and all the other staff at the front desk were so welcoming and thoughtful. They wished us well. Gave us complimentary drinks and we couldn’t be happier
Felix at the bar mixed a wonderful drink had great stories to share and was incredibly attentive
