We stayed here the night before our cruise. The check in process was quick and very efficient. We had two queen beds in a non-connecting room with a walk in shower and a flat screen TV. There are restaurants and a Publix grocery store across the street. The Publix had a sandwich shop inside that was an excellent place for a well made sub sandwich. The complimentary breakfast was very well done and there were several choices. We used a private limo service for airport pick up and cruise port drop off. We felt the complimentary vans were crowded and you had to wait for them to fill up before leaving. The added cost of the private service was so much more convenient and we did not have to wait for others. The hotel was a bit pricey at $846 for two nights. However the staff were very attentive and helpful and they also had a small pool available.

Very nice hotel in a great location. It was across the street from a Publix and several restaurants for getting food and anything you needed. Nice pool in the hotel. We came in on a Friday and we're invited to a managers reception. Very nice buffet and friendly staff. Breakfasts were included and had average Hampton Inn selections. Shuttle to the cruise pier in April cost $10 per person. Very quick and stress free ride to the pier. The hotel even offered us umbrellas to use while headi g over to Publix. There is a sundry shop that sold treats and even beer and wine. Free shuttle from airport to hotel. Our room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in Miami again . Very friendly staff at desk and during breakfasts.

First time to stay here. We were very pleased. We called the hotel shuttle after retrieving our luggage. Shuttle driver was very nice. Checkin was easy. The room we requested had not been cleaned due to earlier guest requesting late check out we were given a different room. No problem. Some of our clothing had gotten wet on the tarmac in Dallas. I needed to dry them. Hotel had a laundry room and someone brought an iron and ironing board immediately to our room. They even checked to ensure the iron worked. The hotel is located within walking distance to several restaurants, a Walgreens, and a Publix. Our room was clean. Hotel breakfast was standard fare. We requested a shuttle to the cruise port. The cost was $14 per person and was nice and clean. Best we have ever used. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, with convenient access to a Publix and various dining options just across the street. We arrived early on a Friday at 11am but unfortunately, our room would not be ready until 3pm as the hotel has a late checkout. This came in handy the next day as our cruise was delayed on Saturday. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff, both at the front desk and during breakfast, were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast options were somewhat disappointing as eggs and meat were mixed together, leaving no alternative for those who preferred just eggs. Additionally, there were no hard-boiled eggs, cereal, or yogurt available like in other Hampton's I have stayed in. Also, the coffee in the lobby was never changed or restocked. Coffee that was available in the evening was the same pot that was made late morning and there were no supplies available (creamer, sweetener). On the bright side, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the cruise port for a reasonable price but it was the same for me to take a Lyft with the number of people I had. Despite the breakfast and coffee shortcomings, we would consider staying here again if we find ourselves in Miami.

After a full day of air travel delays and running through airports to make connections, we couldn’t have found a more pleasant hotel to recover than this Holiday Inn. Willie who checked us in was very helpful and professional. Giving suggestions about the businesses close to the hotel. Our breakfast while sitting outside in the pool area was wonderful! A shout out to Nora, Maidaly, and Adriana, the ladies who maintained the breakfast area were constantly aware of any needs, keeping the area clean and stocked. We enjoyed a pleasant evening and morning there before we had to leave.

After arriving at the hotel via the airport shuttle which was prompt, I had already checked in via the Hilton app, but wanted to make sure there was nothing else I needed to do. I believe it was Jen G. at the front desk and she was very helpful. She set up the Port of Miami shuttle for my family and gave us our free items that we get as Hilton members (which is free to sign up for so I highly suggest it). All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I needed extra towels late in the evening and they were more than willing to assist. They also had paper plates and plasticware near their front desk if needed.
The free breakfast offered a large selection of waffles, breads, fruits, coffee, juices and many more items.
If you need anything last minute, there is a Publix store across the street. The street is busy, but there are crosswalks. Also nearby that you don't need to cross the street for are a Starbucks, Chipotle, Panda Express and some local places to eat.
I highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Miami area. If we cruise again out of Miami, it will be a no brainer where we stay.

This was the first of 10 stays (6 Hilton properties; 4 B&Bs) during a recent US trip. It was the best of many nice Hampton Inns we've seen. We were upgraded to a suite, and, unlike many older Hampton Inns, this one was truly a suite, with a very nice kitchenette and a separate bedroom. Everything felt both new and clean. The stay started with the shuttle ride from the airport. After going to a marked hotel shuttle location at MIA, I called the hotel and learned that we should go to another spot, and that the shuttle only ran hourly. We were pleased to find the shuttle waiting when we got to the door 21 location, and it immediately departed with us, nicely stopping at our original spot to find other riders to the hotel. We quickly checked in and went out walking to find many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The next morning, I wanted to use the "business center" to do some printing, only to find a hotel guest hogging the one computer. I recommend the hotel add another computer somehow. No problem for us, as the friendly people at Reception took our emails and printed what we needed. We left after one night, and the departures apparently exceeded the shuttle capacity, but Reception nicely arranged and paid for several Lyft rides. That was especially good for us, as the Lyft took us directly to the airport rental car center. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager, Jennifer Guillen and her super helpful staff.

I’m very disappointed with our stay this time around at this hotel. My husband and I stayed here 2 years ago and was very impressed by the hotel and its amenities. Recently we stayed at this hotel again and we were not happy with our stay this time around. The airport shuttle service was explained to us by the hotel staff so we were prepared to wait for the shuttle after gathering our luggage as it runs every hour. Once we checked in and ordered food on the 2nd day, we saw roaches in our room near the mini fridge. Also for two days in a row, the smell of marijuana was coming from the bathroom vent. The issue was reported to hotel staff on several occasions but never resolved. This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel so I’m not sure why this occurred. Unfortunately because of our recent experience and when we are in the Miami area again,we will be choosing another hotel for our stay.

GREAT location especially for cruises from the Miami port. Shuttle to the port from the hotel was 14.00 in Nov/Dec 2024. Shuttle for the airport was free. The airport shuttle leaves the hotel every hour on the hour so you can gauge when it will be at the Miami airport depending on the traffic; usually 15-25 minutes after the hour. The drivers during my stay, Hector and Jose', were friendly and kind. I stayed here for two pre-cruise stays. 2 days in November and 1 day in December. Both times I enjoyed the proximity to the Airpark shopping plaza right across the street. The plaza has several stores including Publix supermarket, Burlington Coat Factory etc. There are also a few good restaurants in the plaza. CVS and Walgreens are in close walking distance to the hotel; across from the plaza. Front desk staff, Gio and Jennifer, were super friendly, courteous and helpful. Other staff were equally accommodating. Staff seemed to take pride in both presentation and cleanliness of the facility. Both rooms I stayed in were comfortable and I had no issues. The breakfast buffet on the second floor was well stocked with the usual variety of items. This hotel is definitely my "go-to" place when wanting to stay in that area.
