The rooms were cozy and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of healthy options...which can be a scarcity when traveling. The shuttle service was so handy for getting to the ship for 10 dollars, and the drivers were so accommodating. The front counter was amazing! Her welcoming smile and positive attitude were such a breath of fresh air. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet hotel close to the ship.

My new favorite when visiting Miami! Fantastic service, clean and comfortable facilities, near Midcity restaurants/bars, and a nice hub to everywhere (Wynwood, Brickel, MIA, Miami Beach). My only suggestion: Give free parking to your guests! Other than that: felt I found my new home away from home.

At check-in, Eric provided exceptional customer service!!. He actively listened and addressed each of our areas of concern. His smile and warm personality were so refreshing! Further, I’d be remiss if I did not acknowledge the breakfast workers. On the very first day, I shared with the workers how impressed I was with the preparation of the food and cleanliness of the serving and sitting areas. For our three night stay, we had a five-star experience!

The sleek feel carries from the lobby into the individual rooms, and it is located right in the heart of Wynwood. Chantel and Travis took amazing care of me through check in and recommended a fabulous place for dinner delivery! Rooftop bar at hotel next door was a fantastic feature.

Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed its proximity to public transport and getting to the beach. The breakfast staff were on top of everything. Had a great room overlooking the sea. Stayed for 4 nights. Though the pool was cleaned daily, a better job of having additional pool towels were needed.

My guess is that all this five points reviews here rate the price to quality ratio involving location as a big part of it. But to summarize This is a standard 3 star hotel in a good location to explore Miami, but don’t expect 4 star rooms or premises, as all the enthusiastic reviews here may imply. It is adequate for one night but unless you’re on a budget, I would suggest other places (adjacent AC is one of them) where for 10 or 15% more per night you can find better options in the same area, and the difference may be justified if you like to feel really comfortable. But if you’re looking for just a good bed in a nice location, for a couple of nights or so, this place fits these needs

Reception amazing Rooms phenomenal Breakfast perfect Parking nice and secure but if you have a bigger vehicle it requires a bit more driving skill. Overall amazing stay. Since this place is close to downtown it gets heavy traffic but as soon as you get to your room you won’t even hear a thing.

When we arrived, Jasmine checked us in and she was very helpful and nice, too bad all the staff aren’t like Jasmine! I will get back to that later. The bed and pillows weren’t that comfortable but we were able to look past that. (They were too soft) Breakfast wasn’t that enjoyable. They need to have someone on the floor wiping down the seats and tables between people using them and it would be great if they offered other meats like beef or turkey besides pork. The pool was “out of order” our entire stay but we were able to use the pool next door which was better than the one at this hotel so that was good. The woman at the front desk accused us of being the ones who set off the smoke detector on our floor and when I explained to her that it wasn’t us and I told her which rooms we were staying in she demanded that I stay there at the front desk while she made sure that I wasn’t lying! That was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful of her and I complained to Hilton about what transpired and I haven’t heard anything from them yet. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton property again and I hope that they retrain the staff on the correct way to interact with guests.

Wanted to stay in the Wynwood area to see all the buzz about Miami’s art district. The check in process was very seamless and we were given an upgrade to a generous sized suite - a nice surprise! Jose checked us in and gave us a very friendly, warm welcome. I accidentally spilled my cup of tea in the elevator and alerted him - as embarrassed as I was, he said no worries and assured it would be taken care of by housekeeping. The AC hotel is next door and the pool is accessible to Hampton Inn guests. I had to get some over the counter flu meds, although they ran out downstairs, I walked next door to AC for some. Very convenient. This hotel is in walkable distance to so much good food - We tried Mr. Cachapa that’s just a 5 min walk away and was blown away!
