Seashell Suites is a true gem along the treasure coast. A quite, safe property, with colorful attention to detail around every corner to make your stay fun and memorable. We loved being steps away from the beach for peaceful morning strolls and evening fun. Covered patio area with grills made dinner easy rain or shine. Property is well taken care of, it's evident that this property is loved. If you want the comforts of home at the beach and enjoy cooking your own food, this is your place. Fresh towels for the beach or pool are always available, beach chairs and umbrellas are easy to access. You can hear the ocean from suites closer to the beach. The beach is a great spot to watch SpaceX launches, especially in the dark. You can even feel the rumble. Awesome shelling in both directions. Except for a trip or two to the grocery store or bait shop there's no reason to leave. Great place to make memories that will last a lifetime.

I honestly didn’t know that there was anyplace left like this in Florida. Seashell Suites is all about its location on a deserted beach, amid nature and with abundant wildlife.
The suites are clean, comfortable, updated and have everything you might need. While there are nearby restaurants, we mostly enjoyed barbecuing outside under the Tiki Hut and cooking at home.
Every morning we would grab some free snacks and the available chairs and umbrellas, and go sit on the long, empty beach to swim and read for the day. You can walk for literally miles, collecting seashells and enjoying the crashing waves.
The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, clearly taking pride in their well-kept property in a spectacular location. Guests greet one another like long lost friends - which they may be, as most seem to come back year after year.
We can’t wait to return!

I spent a few days to rest and retreat! The resort is boutique high end w amazing amenities and 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ star service! The owner maintains the highest standards of any place on the the southern tip of the barrier island! The resort is an oceanfront to river private location w pristine scenery on wildlife flora fauna sanctuary exactly the way it was hundreds of years ago! It is peaceful and there is an amazing pool sauna w lounging area on and off beach! There are beach chairs umbrellas surfboards and fishing rods! It is close to the National seashore park pier golfing and just far enough away from excellent dining shopping siren salon spa and a plethora of mainstream attractions should you like to adventure and enjoy them! Lastly a double rainbow just like this one that I was lucky enough to see can be ordered up exclusively for you on any given day!! I LOVE SEASHELL SUITES!

Came down for an anniversary and I couldn’t have been happier with the choice. House keeping was on point with keeping all toiletries stocked and always made sure we had fresh towels. The resort is in such a great spot too. When you go out to the ocean, it feels like you’re living that millionaire lifestyle with the private beach. And most of all, the owner Wendall made my wife and I feel right at home and welcome.

We left the snow behind for a slice of warmth and paradise at the Seashell Suites Resort in Melbourne Beach , Florida. We enjoyed lots of sunshine , a friendly environment and a true place to relax and recharge in a beautiful beach setting. Mornings were spent sitting on the patio above the beach with coffee listening to the sounds and seeing the beauty of the waves on the beach made this extra special for our whole family.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The suites were comfortable and clean . I loved that our suites were named for sea creatures and the decor on the doors representational of the name .I enjoyed the lovely flowering landscape that with inviting and well maintained . The kitchen area was friendly to preparing meals if you choose . The location is within a short drive to the grocery store or market and you can enjoy barbecues under the outdoor covered seating area near the pool to dine . There are pool and beach toys for play in the water . Sunrise on the beach was spectacular . We even were able to see a rocket launch from the beach one day. It was such a wonderful week for our family to rest and connect with family ,friends and enjoy such a friendly environment . We loved our stay!

our second stay at this wonderful hidden gem. Little attached villas with 2 bedrooms refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker. Outside they have a little covered area with weber grills and tables. Nice pool we discovered there is a sauna that we did not see last time. A cute sitting area on top of the dune with beach lounge chairs and other padded seating to look out at the ocean. Private beach little to no traffic on the beach. A few of the rooms are dog friendly so we brought our three pups. Worth the pet deposit to bring as they have a little grass area behind the units and of course the dogs can go to the beach. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. they have a little laundry area where they keep snacks and in the morning bananas and muffins. This is my favorite spot on the east coast we will continue returning to this little piece of paradise. Just a note this is a place to come relax and hang not a lot of action happening around. There is a Publix grocery 6.5 miles up the road and some restaurants 14 miles up the road at the Melbourne beach or you can go the other direction to Sebastion they has several eating options on the river. If you're looking for privacy and relaxation this, is it!!!!!

My wife and I just stayed for the fourth time at Seashell Suites Resort. We Love coming here for its old Florida feel, surrounded by natural beauty. The pristine beach hardly ever has any people on, and those that are there, are other resort guests. Accommodations are always clean and comfortable, making for a very relaxed stay. The owner Wendell and his staff are most accommodating, making sure all our needs are attended to. I can't wait for our next visit!

There is a handful (at the time of this review) of places on the east coast of Florida where you can find a property like Seashell Suites. Many days you feel as if you have the resort to yourself even with it sold out, especially the beach.
The crashing waves break before the shoreline into a serene ebb and flow as the tide dances with the sun and moon.
Being dog friendly was a relief as I have a service dog and was able to walk the property with zero issues.
Wendell the resort owner will entertain you with tidbits and tales and engagement on a variety of subjects that we had many laughs over.
Bottom line is Seashell Suites is a great place to get away from the pure insanity that grips us in every day life in this world and especially the country which feels under siege. You felt like when the gate closed behind you, you were escaping to somewhere beyond America while still technically being in it and that everything was going to be alright.
That's what you pay for. Peace of mind and rest and relaxation for your body and soul.

This location is very quiet, private, secure, and gated in the evening. There is plenty of native plants around, giving the feeling of a rural tropical paradise. The suites here are the ideal size, with plenty of room. Notable, is the full-size kitchen, giving us the ability to make some of our own meals.
We used the community grill to make a steak, and it turned out perfect. The free breakfast was great with plenty of choices. We also enjoyed the snacks and beverages offered all day long. The beach and the beach deck were beautiful; any needed beach equipment is provided. The overall atmosphere is very peaceful, and the all the guests are very friendly. Many return every year, and we could understand why.
Additionally, the staff here were excellent and immediately addressed any needs we had. They even went above and beyond to fill a “wish” request. I will return, and hopefully bring my family to enjoy this little slice of Florida heaven.

We had 5 adults and 2 kiddos in two adjacent suites. It was perfect! We could roam between the rooms (clean, spacious, and well stocked for cooking), beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys provided), pool (very clean), and the well-stocked breakfast/snack room. We grilled every dinner and ate outdoors under the pavilion. All the staff were responsive and helpful and the grounds well maintained. Loved it!

All quiet and peaceful. I was out of town for a few days, perhaps I missed the event. Maybe they put some sand on the beach north of us, where a house was very close to the beachline.
Most of the suits have a sleeper sofa. So if you book a suit with a sleeper sofa and 2 queen beds then you could have up to 6.
