I honestly didn’t know that there was anyplace left like this in Florida. Seashell Suites is all about its location on a deserted beach, amid nature and with abundant wildlife.
The suites are clean, comfortable, updated and have everything you might need. While there are nearby restaurants, we mostly enjoyed barbecuing outside under the Tiki Hut and cooking at home.
Every morning we would grab some free snacks and the available chairs and umbrellas, and go sit on the long, empty beach to swim and read for the day. You can walk for literally miles, collecting seashells and enjoying the crashing waves.
The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, clearly taking pride in their well-kept property in a spectacular location. Guests greet one another like long lost friends - which they may be, as most seem to come back year after year.
We can’t wait to return!

We had 5 adults and 2 kiddos in two adjacent suites. It was perfect! We could roam between the rooms (clean, spacious, and well stocked for cooking), beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys provided), pool (very clean), and the well-stocked breakfast/snack room. We grilled every dinner and ate outdoors under the pavilion. All the staff were responsive and helpful and the grounds well maintained. Loved it!

We stumbled upon this hidden gem. An eclectic 8 unit gated motel. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and a bath/ kitchenette and common living room area. The grounds are immaculate with a little refreshment bar that is stocked with cool drinks and snacks. Morning coffee and cereal/toast/fruit also available at no additional charge. Grab your coffee and walk on the boardwalk to the ocean literally at the end of the walkway. Grab a sun chair and umbrella/ boogie board and step onto a beach that is absolutely pristine. During the turtle nesting season it’s not uncommon to see 3 or 4 turtles coming to shore to lay their eggs on the middle of the night. There is a pool and sauna that is next to a covered barbecue area and picnic tables. This is a family owned business and they go out of their way to make your stay everything you want it to be....from staying put and just enjoying the R&R to directions on where to go kayaking/sightseeing etc. Wendall, Carol and Lillian....we will be back. Thanks for your hospitality and give the pups a hug from us till next time. 🐾👍❤️🐶

our second stay at this wonderful hidden gem. Little attached villas with 2 bedrooms refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker. Outside they have a little covered area with weber grills and tables. Nice pool we discovered there is a sauna that we did not see last time. A cute sitting area on top of the dune with beach lounge chairs and other padded seating to look out at the ocean. Private beach little to no traffic on the beach. A few of the rooms are dog friendly so we brought our three pups. Worth the pet deposit to bring as they have a little grass area behind the units and of course the dogs can go to the beach. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. they have a little laundry area where they keep snacks and in the morning bananas and muffins. This is my favorite spot on the east coast we will continue returning to this little piece of paradise. Just a note this is a place to come relax and hang not a lot of action happening around. There is a Publix grocery 6.5 miles up the road and some restaurants 14 miles up the road at the Melbourne beach or you can go the other direction to Sebastion they has several eating options on the river. If you're looking for privacy and relaxation this, is it!!!!!

What a lovely place to spend a birthday! Simply bring your food and the resort has everything else you need for the entire stay; the continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Plenty of chairs, sand toys, surf boards and rod holders are provided free of charge and make it easy to spend the entire day in the sand. I visited with two teenagers in tow who loved it here. Parents know how hard it is to satisfy teens and this place did that from surfing to pool to great WiFi all over. One warning to those prone to bug bites, the amazing natural setting means there are bugs around but I found a little bug spray over my sunscreen worked perfectly (I used a eucalyptus and lemon bug spray). No complaints from this happy birthday girl!

I spent a few days to rest and retreat! The resort is boutique high end w amazing amenities and 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ star service! The owner maintains the highest standards of any place on the the southern tip of the barrier island! The resort is an oceanfront to river private location w pristine scenery on wildlife flora fauna sanctuary exactly the way it was hundreds of years ago! It is peaceful and there is an amazing pool sauna w lounging area on and off beach! There are beach chairs umbrellas surfboards and fishing rods! It is close to the National seashore park pier golfing and just far enough away from excellent dining shopping siren salon spa and a plethora of mainstream attractions should you like to adventure and enjoy them! Lastly a double rainbow just like this one that I was lucky enough to see can be ordered up exclusively for you on any given day!! I LOVE SEASHELL SUITES!

We left the snow behind for a slice of warmth and paradise at the Seashell Suites Resort in Melbourne Beach , Florida. We enjoyed lots of sunshine , a friendly environment and a true place to relax and recharge in a beautiful beach setting. Mornings were spent sitting on the patio above the beach with coffee listening to the sounds and seeing the beauty of the waves on the beach made this extra special for our whole family.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The suites were comfortable and clean . I loved that our suites were named for sea creatures and the decor on the doors representational of the name .I enjoyed the lovely flowering landscape that with inviting and well maintained . The kitchen area was friendly to preparing meals if you choose . The location is within a short drive to the grocery store or market and you can enjoy barbecues under the outdoor covered seating area near the pool to dine . There are pool and beach toys for play in the water . Sunrise on the beach was spectacular . We even were able to see a rocket launch from the beach one day. It was such a wonderful week for our family to rest and connect with family ,friends and enjoy such a friendly environment . We loved our stay!

Our whole family (group of 18) stayed here last week and had a wonderful time! It turned out to be the perfect place for us because of all the amenities they offer. We never had to go out to eat because between our kitchenettes and the grills, we were able to cook our meals right there and enjoy them all together under the covered patio area. The covered patio area was also our favorite place to hang out in the evenings, sitting around the tables and playing games as a family. We really enjoyed the pool area and what a treat it was having our own private beach. The sundeck overlooking the beach was another great area to gather and the perfect spot to sit and drink coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean first thing in the morning. We didn't need to bring any beach items because the resort provided everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, boogie boards, and even beach toys for the kids. In the morning they provided breakfast items such as fruit, muffins, bagels, granola bars, and frozen breakfast croissant sandwiches and coffee. Another welcome perk that they provided, that we've never seen anywhere else, was cold drinks and snacks throughout the day. The whole facility, including our suites and all the outside areas, was clean and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating and always asking if we needed anything. My husband and I are already planning to return later this year and look forward to another fun and relaxing vacation.

A truly delightful, secluded spot along a pristine stretch of the Atlantic shore. Our two bedroom suite provided all the comforts of home plus the essentials for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, boogie boards and toys. Thank you Wendell and staff for your hospitality. A perfect combination of creature comforts and extraordinary care. And, don't forget to breathe in the salt air.

All quiet and peaceful. I was out of town for a few days, perhaps I missed the event. Maybe they put some sand on the beach north of us, where a house was very close to the beachline.

Most of the suits have a sleeper sofa. So if you book a suit with a sleeper sofa and 2 queen beds then you could have up to 6.
