We stayed a few days here, our first time to Marco. We had a two bedroom. It was very spacious, clean and a full kitchen. We loved the screened in porch also. The resort itself is dated and lacks amenities. It would be great if it at least has a small bar area. There is access to the beach, and it is a beautiful, large beach. Pool area is small, but good. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We also loved having a covered parking spot assigned to us. The lack of amenities shouldn’t be a concern, as there are many great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If you like a quiet, slow, beautiful resort/area to go to, Marco is it!

I stayed here from 12/27 - 12/31 bringing along my 70 year old parents. As a small resort it was absolutely perfect, especially during a Pandemic. There were just a few people here even through the resort was fully booked. The second bedroom has two twin beds but I asked them to push them together the day before I arrived which made it better for my parents so they didn’t have to sleep separately. The pool view was absolutely perfect and the beach is just a two minute walk. I brought my own beach chairs but you can rent them. Sunsets on the beach were absolutely gorgeous.

No dining on property but there are plenty of restaurants close by to either walk to or drive to. I used Insta Cart and bought drinks, snacks and breakfast items from Publix that were delivered. So we only really ate out for dinner. I loved it here so much that I was going to purchase a week to come back every year. When I went over to make the purchase, I ended up purchases a few buildings down at the The Surf Club ONLY because I was able to get an ocean view during the week that I wanted. Otherwise, I would have purchased here and come back every year.

Club Regency was surely one of the nicest, cleanest resorts we have ever been to. It only has 32 - 2 bedroom units and is a short walk to the beach, nestled between the high rise hotels. Pool and grounds were very well manicured. People, both staff and tenants were always friendly. Although there are no restaurants affiliated with the resort, they are abundant in the area. Beds were very comfortable. If you are traveling with couples, call a day ahead and they will push the 2 single beds together for you! Just take your credit card and worry about it when you get home! Our saying for this trip was "you can't take it with you when you go!!" Our 2nd trip to Marco Island, and we'll be back!

We really loved Club Regency. Small, cozy resort. Well decorated condo and beautifully landscaped grounds. We appreciated how safe we felt in this difficult COVID season. Even if you don't get the oceanfront building the views from the other buildings are of a well done large pool area. I would recommend new mattresses--too soft.

Access to beach and walking distance to a few restaurants. Nice pool area. Our unit was clean, and in spite of being well maintained it showed signs of aging both in wear and tear and decor. No elevator access to second floor units. Covered parking for one car per unit. Our upstairs unit had plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings in the living room. Generous size screened patio with plenty of seating. Bathrooms are small.

Its small but we love it because we are on the beach or pool. The management (Hilton Grand Vacations) maintains the property well. We always see improvements each and every year. Great place for families or just couples to unwind.

Great for families! Just returned (Sept '03) after a great vacation.
Property is beautiful, small (only 32 units), quiet and perfect for families with small children. The property has easy beach access, and the pool is wonderful. Very clean, private and perfect for the family-oriented vacation. The rooms are adequate and updated except for the twin beds in the #2 BR. Overall, a great place and a "hidden" treasure at Marco. Will definitely go back!

Club Regency is a well kept secret in Marco Island. First of all, it is only 32 units- not all are beachfront. We were lucky enough to get a unit in the beachfront building. While the furnishings are quite typical of what you would find in a beachfront resort with high traffic, the views are wonderful. The units have very easy beachfront access. Bring your own chair and umbrella. Pool and jacuzzi area are nice, with wonderful gas fed grills for resident use. New resort next door has wonderful restaurant, but easy to fix all meals at the unit with the fully stocked kitchen. No tv in second bedroom. Small problems with unit were fixed immediately. Some noisy contractors onsite and yard men come early. No frills, but not fuss either. Parking under unit is reserved. Off beach units face pool and still have relatively easy beach access (no elevators). Very quiet. Great place to get away from hustle-bustle. Would have gone back there next year if available. Great for familiies; screened balconies with ceiling fans. Great sunset views!

Spending Thanskgiving week at Club Regency is the most enjoyable Thanksgivings we have experienced. You can eat your dinner in your unit, on the beach or off the sun deck and look at the sunset. The kitchen was more than adequate to make a Thanksgiving meal.

All units are two bedroom with a TV in both bedrooms and the living room. The pool and sauna area are beautifully landscaped. The new Weber gas grills are top of the line and placed on a deck over looking the pool.

Being one of the only two story buildings on the huge, white, clean beach, gives the resort a very quaint feeling. When you have had your fill of watching the dolphins jump out of the water you can enjoy the lighted tennis courts, chuffle board and a basketball hoop. The selection of near by golf courses is such that you could golf a different course every day of the week and still have others to try the next time you vacation at Club Regency.

Having vacationed throughout the United States, Club Regency is one of the best. Whether you want a quite vacation or an action filled vacation with plenty of nightlife and restaurants, this is the place to be.

This is not the first time that we had stayed at this Resort, last time being 11 years ago. When we visited this resort the week of August 8-12 we all enjoyed our visit and had a great time, especially the children.
The Resort has not change much, still is very clean and well maintain, we had an Ocean View two bedroom 2 bath apartment and everything in it was picture perfect. We all enjoyed the beach very much, they offer a variety of water sports such as waverunners, sailing, parasailing, and much more, also loungechairs rentals. One night we even went to the Movie theather which is only 2 blocks away for the Resort (is a small familly owned Movie theather, with a restaurant inside, and you can order and eat your food while watching your movie.).
We are now making plans for our return in the near future.
