Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa garners praise for its spacious rooms with delightful ocean views and an overall elegant atmosphere, accentuated by a beach club vibe and live music. The staff's attentiveness and professionalism are frequently commended, although some guests have experienced slower service. While the spa and variety of amenities earn rave reviews, opinions on the hotel's value are mixed, with some criticism regarding special event organization and Wi-Fi. Travelers consistently applaud the resort's cleanliness and luxurious details.

My family and another family, including our 4 children together recently returned from a 8 day trip to this resort. The hardest part of this review is where to start as every aspect was amazing.

We stayed in a club lounge room which gave us access to the club lounge, that was always staffed by the most accommodating employees, philip, Myanar, barbara and kadijia. I am sure I am misspelling their names but they were all unforgettable. One night I asked Kadijia for a coke zero and she went out of her way to get it for me. I returned the next night unannounced to the club lounge and she had one waiting for me. I didnt ask for this she just knew I like to drink them and had made sure there was one for me when I arrived. I was blown away by this little gesture. Thats the type of service I received from the club lounge staff. The room is beautiful, immaculate and always clean, stocked with snacks, water, a good choice of liquor and a nice breakfast.

Our room was an ocean view which I never tired looking at. The room was cleaned daily, modern and updated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is a nice size.

Their are two pools, an adult only pool and a family pool, which is the one we used. The family pool is large ,clean and beautiful, surrounded by the ocean and palm trees! The staff is always available and we rented a cabana which was a really nice addition. The pool side dining is nice and the food is very tasty from Breeze.

The ocean is beautiful, water is clean and warm and the beach is very well kept.

Their are two restaurants, Angle and Polpo, both are a must visit if you are staying at the hotel.

We were so lucky to get to know the GM, Tim, while we were there, the most kind, caring man, who made sure all his hotel guests are well taken care of. I also met the assistant GM Tito who was very nice, Jaimie another manager was great, Joshua from concierge was always helpful. We had Kara as our waitress at the cabana who was amazing! On our last day we had Fernando who was super helpful as well.

We used the kids club for our children a few times and they asked us to stay longer so I know they enjoyed it. Michelle who is in charge is sweet but no nonsense and I felt like they were in great hands with her. Their is also a small arcade which is fun. By the pool they have a pool table, foosball table and other outdoor games which the kids liked playing.

Francisco is the hotel driver and was great as well.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful but its the staff, starting with the leadership that make this place 5 stars. Its a must stay.

We chose this hotel primarily because of the uniquely styled rooms which caught our eye and did not disappoint while the rest of the hotel is also very nice. The room décor was classic Jonathon Alder; retro chic, bold, and colorful. It was also spacious with a comfortable lounger, and nice lighting. The bathroom was just as bold and included double sinks, tub, separate shower and water closet, the latter two a little tight. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio with two café chairs and table, plus a fun to hang out in swinging chair. Our room had a partial ocean view and it was very satisfying. It was a double complimentary upgrade that was greatly appreciated and rarely received in a time when most hotels look to get every dime out of you and often ask if you would like to upgrade for a fee.

Besides the fun looking room, we also enjoyed the direct oceanfront location. Many hotels in Florida are set back from the ocean, but here you are right next to the beach and it is easy to hear the ocean from your room. Almost all areas of the hotel have ocean views. The beach itself is pretty narrow but when the tide is high you can sit in lounger chairs directly next to the beach on the nicely landscaped pool level of the hotel overlooking the ocean. The hotel actually has two big pools, a family pool, and an infinity edged adult pool with an ocean view. The open air casual dining spot Breezes also sits directly next to the ocean.

We had breakfast each morning at Temple Orange which offers a buffet on the weekends. The interior is very stylish but we enjoyed the nice outdoor terrace with of course more views of the ocean and the family pool. The food was very good, but our breakfast package fell a few dollars short of covering the cost of 2 buffets which we felt was unfortunate. We did not see the big fancy spa which costs $65 to visit if you are not getting a treatment, but I used the gym which was nice and offered up more ocean views, but the space could use a little more workout equipment and the room has a very sterile look which was not very appealing.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet mostly residential area, but with a small shopping plaza across the street with a grocery store and a few good restaurant options. Downtown Palm Beach is about a fifteen minute drive away passing beautiful mansions along the way.

The room décor of this hotel may not be to everyone’s taste but it worked for us and we really enjoyed being so close to the ocean even though this spot does not have a wide stretch of beach. There was no resort fee, which is a pleasant rarity and parking was $35.

Dear J_and_A_1, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review highlighting the décor and ambiance of our oceanfront property. Our captivating Jonathan Adler designed guestrooms, with elements of the sun, sand, and sea, make you feel as if you have escaped to somewhere in the Mediterranean without having to leave Palm Beach. The no resort fee lets you and all of our guests disappear into a world of what at Eau, we like to call "effortless living" to rediscover time. I sincerely appreciate the thorough feedback and do come back again soon for more #EauMoments Best, Tim Nard, General Manager

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the service was the best! The staff couldn’t have been better and anything we asked for was taken care of immediately. They didn’t miss a beat. The spa made a mistake with one of my appointments but made up for it with the service I received. I love spas and have visited many and I can say the Eau spa was one of the best spa experiences I have had to date from the facials to the massages including the salon and the whole environment. It starts with lighting a candle and making a wish! We stayed in the club level and I can’t recommend it enough. The club level offers great food presentations and a great liquor selection as well. Philip and his crew catered to our every whim and gave special attention to my 10 month old grandchild. The club room was great especially traveling with a baby. We went in every morning as soon as we woke up which was so convenient over going to the restaurant and prefer it over room service. Not only was there a full breakfast and lunch every day the food presentation was very good at dinner time as well. We ate in all the restaurants of the hotel and enjoyed them all. The sushi in the lobby was great as well. Overall this was a great vacation and worth the price. By the way, I feel our stay was the best five star value compared to other five star hotels. We never left the hotel the whole time we were there. It was easier to stay in because of my grandchild but also because we had everything in the Eau that we wanted and needed. Thank you again for a great holiday vacation.

This resort is entirely fabulous. From the moment you are greeted by the friendliest valet staff when you first arrive at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, you’ll fell welcomed into a world of luxury. The decor is so beautiful and decadent we couldn’t stopped taking pictures everywhere around this beautiful resort. We were very impressed by the hotel’s social distancing and sanitation protocol, we felt very safe and well taken care of. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable and we had an incredible ocean view. Another thing worth mentioning is the restaurant Angle, my family and I decided to try their chef tasting menu and OMG!!!! Every bite was absolutely delightful. The staff in this hotel go above and beyond to indulge their guests. Every member in our family agreed that we will come back in the future as we all had the most amazing vacation here. Absolutely 200% recommend staying here.

Perfect getaway visit. The grounds were immaculate; the service was attentive and refined with touches that left us to feel pampered—started with the doorman, remembering, and using our last name during interactions. Jason at the Front Desk poured us two glasses of champagne to get our stay started; we wanted to stay there and just what with him as he was so lovely. Bobby, the guest service manager, was personable and informative, giving us options for activities. The Poolside team was excellent and the best drinks and food. With the extra awareness for cleaning processes, we felt super safe with all the additional steps they took. Tim, the General manager, stopped by to say hello, even with such a busy role, be stopped to make us feel welcomed.
We will be back

I recently stayed at this resort over the Christmas holiday and I can say that it is NOT a five diamond resort and frankly not worth the prices they charge. They try hard and are usually nice but the service, facilities and the rooms are 3 diamonds at best. Rooms were dated and musty. Shower pressure was bad and shower was very small. Bed linens and towels were not soft. These are all things to look for at a five diamond resort and they fell well short. The breakfast buffet was overcrowded and they were not prepared for the holiday crowds. There is also very little beach to speak of even through the hotel is on the beach. This is just a straight forward honest review of the place. I stayed on the club floor and paid over $1,300 per night for three rooms. Total spend was over $30,000 for the 7 night visit and I feel like I did not come even close to getting my money’s worth. I will not be coming back ever and this will definitely be the last year that they have a five diamond rating. On the flip side I started my Florida trip at Acqualina resort in Miami which was about the same price point but very much worth the cost and a true five diamond experience.

Stayed over the holiday weekend with my family. The breakers had a similar rate with similar concessions but this was closer to our house. I'm happy we decided to come to the Eau for a number of reasons.
1. Beach and pool staff go out of their way to make you comfy.
2. Kids club was so much fun my tween even wanted to go back for another few hours.
3. Food and drinks were delicious with incredible service.
4. Sanitizing serves seemed to come by every 20 mins wherever we were in the hotel or on the grounds.
5. All staff seemed so happy to be there and engaged with us often enough we felt at home.
6. All their desserts are worth every calorie.
Overall our stay was relaxing and fun. I wish we booked just one more day here.

If there would be 6 stars I would give it to them. Is hard where to start..... is a very nice decorated hotel, but it’s best feature is the ATTENTION! OMG! This people and I mean everybody from the pool/ beach staff, to waiters, house keeping, bell boys, front desk they go above and beyond to accommodate you, I saw several times very nasty-spoiled guest arguing about stupid things and no a single staff member I saw losing their temper, I’m not exaggerating. The beach and pool are very nice, We didn’t have to leave the hotel we ate at all 3 restaurants and they also serve food by the pool and beach, it was very good specially breakfast, for Angle you will need reservation but it was so worth it ! Didn’t get to enjoy the spa as it was all booked for the weekend. This where staycations do to Covid-19 and the cleanness of rooms, everyone wearing mask, spraying handles and pool/ beach chairs several times a day, so no worries about that. We will definitely go back.

Easily the worst resort I've ever stayed in -- in Palm Beach or otherwise. They were understaffed and the poor staff was so overworked that they couldn't do much of anything at all. They were simultaneously overbooked and the only restaurants on the property (and there is nowhere to eat within 15 min of the property) had wait times of about an hour ever day for every meal. The beach was tiny, overcrowded and littered with trash. If you want to relax by the adult tranquility pool, good luck, there's always kids in there. There's constant construction outside the hotel as well starting at about 6:30 am. The spa had no availability during our entire trip which is fine because everyone at the spa was rude to us anyway. The maids didn't clean our rooms 2 of the 4 days we were there, and when we brought up these issues to the hotel staff along with the facts that we didn’t have hot water multiple times and our toilets flushed about half the time, all they offered us was 2 extra nights. Like we would every come back here for any reason

Stayed for an anniversary evening and reserved a $1200 ocean front room and asked to be set away from construction. Was given a room on the south side of the property which is undergoing renovations. Requested a change which was provided although I was initially told that they could not provide a change. The supervisor at the front was less than helpful. Furniture in the rooms is dated and the furniture on the balcony is what you would find in a yard sale - old, small chairs and table. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the hospitality was less certainly much less than advertised. We had to ask several times for beach umbrella, for a small table to put drinks on. The pina colada at the bar was not very good. The beach area was very small giving you only about 15 feet from the ocean to the seawall. We ate at the Angle steak house and the food and service was less than expected. We had a waiter actually ask us to talk to a manager because they are frustrated at how things are being run currently. Spoke to the manager and found out they are currently serving "resort" food from a makeshift kitchen that serves the entire hotel including room service. The drinks are coming from another part of the hotel so the waiter was back and forth all night. I ordered was $75.00 rib eye medium rare which was charred and rubbery. Suffice to say that this was not a pleasant stay for an anniversary. All in all a $1500 charge for 2 star quality from what used to be a 5 star hotel.
