Stayed here with my wife and kids and not sure exactly how new it is but everything was extremely clean and they do a wonderful job with the whole covid thing going on. For example they have a sticker seal on each room door to let you know that it has been cleaned and sanitized, each TV remote is wrapped and in plastic and sealed up to let you know it has been cleaned, there are lysol wipes and hand sanitizer through to rooms and hotel.
The staff was friendly and eager to help. The hotel itself was not busy at all which was a nice surprise considering how nice of a hotel it is. From the exterior of the building to the restaurant and rooms it has a nice modern look to it.
The only suggestion i would have is for them to include breakfast in the room rate but it is a made to order breakfast and not a continental style so i can understand the separate price.
Would very much recommend staying here and will be back whenever we need to stay in the area!

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lutz! The hotel itself is gorgeous on the inside and we felt safe in this time that it was sterilized and safe. The counter staff was amazingly helpful and knew local places to eat that were not chains. And there are literally 30 places to eat within a five mile radius. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a nice shower and bathroom. Keurig coffee maker and microwave, everything you need! The have a meditation room which I found very interesting! Full bar and restaurant yet I didn’t Utilize them. DirectV I believe, tons of channels. My only suggestion is to mount the tv to the wall, it’s very difficult to change channels as the bed is high and it’s on the dresser. I would definitely stay here again and highly suggest it!

My husband and I are Hilton Gold Honors Members and have been for years. Honestly this was one of our best Hilton stays and overall hotels we have had. Since Covid staying at hotels have been a bit of a challenge. Finding one with any services available or any staff that seem to know how to treat a guess has been very allusive. Understandably, everything changed on a dime and we understand that restarting has been a challenge for everyone. Businesses are dealing with the challenges and hotels are offering limited housekeeping, extra measures to keep everything sanitized and bring back or hiring to fill positions that had to be laid off and we are sure it is not different at this Hilton, but it just didn't feel that way here . The people that are there make it up to you and over compensate and make you feel so welcome and happy to be traveling we did not even notice, From the moment you enter the surroundings are bright and clean and very well maintained, We were greeted with smiles and warmth and great service. We were concerned that we made an extra night reservation from our original three night reservation and wanted to see if we could make sure we did not have to change rooms. NO PROBLEM, she immediately took care of it and even offered us an upgrade. As I stated we have been gold members for years and we can count on one hand how many upgrades we have gotten. The room was great, clean, extremely comfortable. But it was the staff that Made all the difference. The greetings from Kay every morning and entering and leaving the property was fantastic, warm and genuine. The conversation with Heidi at the bar was fun and engaging and service was fantastic. Listening to the chef singing was fun. My husband and I found ourselves commenting so many times that this was our favorite Hilton ever and we would come back to this area just to stay here, We couldn't get over that this place put the fun back in traveling, what seemed like such a long time of not traveling, when we started it was sadly disappointing. It felt like the employees were happy to be there and we attribute a lot of that to management. We were able to meet Mr. Kidd the general manager and he was also a pleasure.
Honestly if you are in the area you owe it to yourselves to see how a great hotel is run and meet some of the nicest people there.

A nice hotel but very very cheap with their amenities. No housekeeping for stays of <3 days. Bottled water only provided for Honors members and then only 2 bottles per stay. No free breakfast but rather a $10 credit against a $13 price. Does not roll over so it’s basically designed to wring more $$ out of the guest. TV service has no way to show you what is on each of the channels available. No access to cable-based online service like Netflix. Insects found in the room.

Hello Richard! I'm so sorry we disappointed you! The Hilton policy on entering guest rooms anytime under 3 days (like almost all major hotel brands) is still in effect, this is true. However, we gladly come and service the room upon request, just takes a quick 10 second call or stop at the front desk. We are happy to give out more waters as well if requested, we do it all day every day for Hilton Honors members, I'm sorry you didn't feel comfortable asking us. We also have TV channel guides for all guests. Seems that we missed the mark on this stay but we will take your constructive criticism and work on improving on all areas. Kay the front desk manager was wearing 5 hats and provided superb service with a constant smile!
The room was clean and fresh smelling!
We used to pool it was very clean the only thing I didn’t have was any extra towels for us to use but we were able to get some out of the gym area without any issues.

The room has a May closet with a ironing board and iron and also a blow dryer for your hair. There is a coffee maker and minimal coffee supplies and a couple of cups to use however the water cost two dollars a bottle if you decide to have bottled water. There is also a refrigerator and a microwave oven the beds are comfortable plenty of pillows!

This hotel is not really a cut above your basic Days Inn. Our room was very dark - 2 lamps didn’t light the room well at all. Several items were in need of repair or replacement. To their credit, they replaced the inoperable shower head as soon as I mentioned it. The toilet paper holder was sagging off the anchor. The blinds were stained by I don’t know what. The breakfast was no better than the ones you get at a breakfast included bargain hotel and at $12.95 it just wasn’t worth it. I got an omelet one morning that was dry and over cooked to the point of being nearly burnt on the edges. That was enough to scare me away from ordering another.
Staff was very nice and helpful but whoever runs this place needs to decide if they want to live up to the Hilton name or be average.

Hello and thank you for staying with us and reviewing our hotel. I run the hotel and I really appreciate your feedback to be sure. I checked your room myself and did notice two of the items you mentioned. The decorative shade had overspray from the air freshener sprayed in the room by housekeeping, we took that off immediately with a quick wipe and I apologize that we missed that. The toilet paper holder is built into the sink fixture and is just slightly lower than level, nothing much we could do there as it is tight, just 5% slanted. And our all you can eat breakfast is typically a hit with guests (omelet's cooked to order, eggs made to order any way you like them, french toast made fresh, pancakes made fresh, waffle station, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage on the buffet (above brand standard), hot oatmeal made fresh (not packets) with all the toppings you could want, pastries, breads, bagels, OJ, apple juice, fresh made smoothies (above brand standard), fresh fruit, chef special of the day, etc. etc. etc.). Again, all you can eat for $12.95; I don't know of any other restaurant in the world that offers that honestly. But if we bring it out dry and burnt, that is not OK. We have ranked in the top 20 Hilton Garden Inn's in the world (not USA) the past few years and if we want to keep it that way, we will need to improve on your comments and stay. I am a returning customer to this location. For all the pilots out there attending training at Flight Safety, you can’t beat the value of this place. It’s an easy walk to the Simulator building and it just across the the street from a variety of good restaurants.

We had a wedding celebration weekend for our son and I can not recommend the Hilton Garden Inn enough. We chose to hold the rehearsal dinner in the banquet hall and Caitlyn walked me through the entire process. She answered every question, gave excellent advise, and was a great listening partner through a cancelled wedding in May due to COVID and the rescheduling. The whole staff was so welcoming and made sure all our family was well taken care of. We had 15 rooms booked for our party, rehearsal dinner provided by restaurant, free shuttle service provided to the wedding venue, and all amenities. The entire staff went above and beyond to make a wedding to remember!!

We were in town for a weekend and decided on staying in the 2 BR suite vs 2 separate rooms. The hotel itself was very clean with friendly employees. The room was clean with very comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave. There were a few issues not a deal breaker, but I wouldn't stay in this type of room again. The 2nd bedroom, USB plugs by bed, did not work, the shower heads in both bathrooms really need to be replaced ( the full coverage setting just wasn't good), but the biggest issue is the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The main bedroom, you could not shut the door as it became unbearably cold on a setting of 68 while the 2nd bedroom was like an oven with door closed. Not sure how they can resolve this issue. The living room area was comfortable. I would try this hotel again, only if staying in a regular room. The other negative, is no free breakfast, but they do offer a little buffet with cook to order food for $12.95 for adults.
