My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Beachside Village Resort in Lauderdale By The Sea In December 2022. The Owner of this resort and his staff have done such an incredible job maintaining and managing this resort. I could not see a detail that was not attended to. The grounds are impeccably maintained by the very helpful and friendly maintenance staff, Jay was exceptionally helpful to us throughout our stay as were Vicky and Jamie in the office. The rooms were absolutely spotless and serviced on a regular basis with a smile by the housekeeping staff. I have never had a vacation go by so quickly and I'm sure it was due to the comfort level we had staying at BVR, We felt like, and were treated like family, not just hotel guests. The location of BVR is perfect, it's a short 3 minute walk to the center of town where all the restaurants and bars you could ask for are located. The beach is directly across the street but we found the two heated pools were a perfect place to relax. The lighting, palm trees and manicured grounds as well as the rooftop deck and other seating and lounge areas give this resort a relaxing and tropical vibe. We usually spend our time away on the west coast of Florida but due to hurricane damage our plans were canceled so we headed east. I was tipped off to BVR by a friend in the hotel industry that stays here frequently and he assured me that we would love this Resort, he was definitely right. The Owner of this resort has a great formula for operating his facility and it shows in the enthusiasm and dedication of his incredible staff. Thank you to all of the BVR team and the Owner of for an incredible stay! We're heading back again next month and can't wait!

We have been staying in LBTS for over 37 years during the Memorial Day weekend. This is a time that friends I've know since grade school to college get together to remember the good ole days as well as celebrate those who gave all. We've stayed at various places near the pier for that time, but last year we discovered BVR. We were immediately treated like guest and given a tour of the facilities, shown rooms and provided with a floor plan of the building. Our group booked a dozen rooms. When we showed up this year we found a sign with our names, welcoming us to the resort and the desk staff (Vickie) was awesome and incidentally from our hometown. Our luggage was carried to our room by an employee and we were once again shown all of the great amenities BVR offers to include a laundry and library, two pools, cabanas, ice machines and a fire pit. Our room, a studio apartment was gorgeous and clean. The rooms are updated with sound blocking windows, newer bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens (if you get a room with a kitchen). The beds are extremely comfortable as well. They have a golf cart at your request to take you to the beach or area restaurants I have to say that I have never dealt with a more dedicated staff, even when staying at European hotels. These folks were up at the crack of dawn adjusting chairs, tables and cleaning up anything that might have blown into the area by the beach winds. A coffee bar, fully equipped is set up every morning at several locations and filled as needed. The staff is constantly cleaning and preparing for their guest. Impressive group of people and friendly to a fault!! Our host on check-in day was Vickie and she was wonderful, checking on us even on her days off and making certain our stay was great. We spent 7 wonderful days here and we will be back next year. Seriously, what a hidden gem!!

In a time when customer service and care seem to be a dying art, Beachside Village Resort is a bright light of hope in the hospitality industry. From the moment we walked into the front office, we felt an immediate difference among the other resorts and hotels we sought to host my 40th birthday celebration last July. The first person we met was Vickie, welcoming us with her warmth and offering us a cold cocktail from the mini fridge as she answered our questions. Vickie probably showed us 5 different rooms that day and she sold us on the beautiful Nantucket suite, which proved to be an excellent room to host a day long 25+ person pool party. We also booked three additional rooms, including the second floor suite with great views of the ocean. The rooms were clean and cozy, and nothing about the resort seemed to have sat without maintenance (they cleaned the poolside grills every morning and they were giving the large white rocking chairs a fresh coat of paint when we toured the property). Throughout our stay the resort staff was always two steps ahead with anything we needed. My family, friends and I had a fun filled weekend and everyone commented on the BVR’s charm and location. My 40th birthday was a success, and looking back, I wouldn’t have wanted to have it anywhere else. Thanks to Vickie and the entire BVR staff for a wonderful weekend!

My family and I just finished our stay at the resort. The first thing I want to mention is the staff's amazing hospitality! A few points that stand out: 1) There was a small issue with housekeeping one night (note: we were so excited to learn that there was housekeeping to begin with after being in multiple hotels for the past year and a half with not even light cleaning in our room- and BVR did a great job with the cleaning too), and Dave profusely apologized and really made it right for us 2)We called ahead to let them know we were traveling with little kids. When we got there, all the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen had childproofed tabs on them 3)We ordered boxes through amazon to be delivered to our room and when we got to our rooms they were there waiting for us 4) all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The resorts location is also great. We were right at the beach (the resort supplied extra towels, beach chairs) and walking distance to many restaurants. A few minor negatives: no breakfast (even during pre-covid times they didn't serve more than yogurt and a few pieces of fruit), but they do give out coffee around 730 am and our room had a full kitchen, the showers (no baths in our room) only opened from 1 side (which meant everytime I gave my kids a shower and turned on the water I got a little wet), and lastly one of our doors opened directly into the open pool area- we solved this issue by bolting that side so the kids couldn'topen it and only using the other door. This was our second time staying at BVR and we look forward to staying again!!!

We have been staying at the resort for many years, even prior to current owner. We keep coming back because the location is premiere and the accommodations are wonderful, everything you need is right at your fingertips. The staff is amazing! Jay and his crew keep everything top notch and are ready to assist at all times. Vicky and Dominque will greet you with a pleasant smile and a cold drink upon arrival. We had a late flight on checkout day and Vicky and staff were more than accommodating letting us use the facilities until departure. We will be back!

I've had my eye on Beachside Village Resort since I first visited LBTS. It is really beautiful and has such a retro vibe. When Liliana went to work here from a neighbor resort, we just had to try it out and I am so happy that we did. We had an amazing upstairs room that had an eating area, LR, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and extra sink in the bedroom. The room was so clean and fresh. The kitchen was well-equipped and the dishes were clean. We ate all but 1 meal in our room and it was a very efficient set-up. It was so quiet and so close to the beach, just a simple walk across an easy to cross street. I loved walking to the Farmer's Market, town center, Publix, etc. They have a golf cart that will take you but the resort is so close to everything that we didn't need to ask about the service. Breakfast on weekday mornings was yogurt, fresh fruit, biscotti and really good coffee. We really enjoyed visiting with the man who did the coffee each morning (his name escapes me right now!) The pool was clean and quiet. The resort was very tidy and well maintained. They've done an awesome job remodeling and creating a very cape cod feeling throughout. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. We saw our beloved Liliana and met the owner. Honestly, I felt like they thought of EVERYTHING to make a super nice vacation spot. We cannot wait to visit again. I wish I was there right now!

We needed a place to stay near where we were hosting my mom's 75th birthday surprise party. Boy did we get lucky booking at BVR! Our rooms were beautiful with cold a/c, great water pressure in the showers, and a full kitchen to prepare some of the food. The kids got to enjoy the beach right across the street, and my husband and I loved having a cocktail and unwinding on the rooftop terrace. Loved all the nice touches, and the staff was just wonderful. They even drove us down to the nearby party venue on the golf cart, so Mom wouldn't see my truck! We will definitely come back to BVR the next time we visit LBTS!

Our stay at BVR was fabulous from the moment we walked in the office. Vickie was so welcoming. The check in was quick and there were drinks offered! She walked us to our room. The room was very clean thanks to Amanda. The layout made sense and had lots of storage for clothes and personal items. There were even two sinks-one in the dressing area. The kitchen set up was perfect. There were dishes, pots and pans, cups, silverware and cooking utensils. There was also a Keurig and coffee pods as well as coffee by the pool. The beach is just steps away and beach chairs and an umbrella was provided. Thanks Austin! There are two pools. We used the one that our room overlooked. Towel, floats and sunscreen were provided. The pool cabanas have outlets and there was plenty of seating available. There is even a grill and fire-pits. We have not been so relaxed in a long time. The bed was the perfect firm and the pillows were great. We slept soundly. The entire resort sends out calming relaxed vibes. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance and the resort has a golf cart if you need a ride. We only have positive things to say about BVR. We can't wait to visit again!

Enjoyed a fantastic first visit to Lauderdale by the Sea for a long weekend March 12 to 15. We found Beach Village Resort was a comfortable and friendly place to stay. The grounds were very nicely landscaped along the walkway and it was enjoyable to walk around. Room was clean and comfortable. We found the staff to be warm and helpful always giving us their complete attention when we stopped in with questions. They truly made us feel very welcome and at home. We enjoyed the rooftop seating area and spent some time in one of the warm pools. The location was convenient, loved the fact there was an empty lot across from the resort which allowed you to view the beautiful ocean and sunrises without leaving the resort. It was an easy stroll to the main street of Lauderdale by the Sea which had quite a few restaurants some of which had live entertainment. The coffee in the morning was much appreciated (although it would have been nice if available earlier). Unfortunately due to Covid there was no continental breakfast nor the Friday night social, which would been a nice way to meet some of the other guests and get to know the staff a bit better. The tiki bar was also not open during our stay but we were offered refreshment upon arrival. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to experience the Lauderdale by the Sea area. We are planning to return for a longer visit next March and would not consider staying anywhere else.

My husband and I recently spent five days at the Beachside Villa Resort. I had been there previously with my sisters; however, this was my husband’s first time. From the moment we arrived, we felt like special guests. Upon registering in the office, there was a personalized welcome sign at the front door. The receptionist, Lily, could not have been more accommodating. We had initially reserved the Woods Hole room. It was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The small fully equipped kitchen was an added plus. While I was taking a walk around the property, I noticed that the Nantucket Suite, two doors down, was available. I inquired with the front desk and they told me that indeed it was available. The suite was amazing! In addition to the full-size kitchen, there was a beautifully appointed living area with a Murphy bed. The large bedroom, with a king bed had plenty of space. Being from New England, and having stayed on Nantucket many times, we couldn’t believe how much the charming decor reflected the actual island. As it turns out, the owner, Dave, had lived on the Cape for many years and the authentic decor clearly reflected it. Each room was named for various towns on Cape Cod, each with a different theme. If not for the palm trees and flowers, we never would have believed we weren’t, on Cape Cod! During our stay, we enjoyed time on the beach, which is just across the street. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Every morning we sat outside our private patio which included plenty of seating and even an outdoor TV! It’s clear there is a love affair with all things New England. Surrounding the pool are two signs - one proclaiming “Patriots Country” and the other Red Sox. The outdoor TV streamed Red Sox games 24/7, an added treat for N.E. sports fans! We thoroughly enjoyed our time so much that we ended up staying for an additional night. Upon check out, we had the pleasure to meet Dave, the owner. He generously gifted us with a beautiful long sleeved T-shirts from the gift shop. It was like a cherry on top of a scrumptious dessert. Overall it was one of our best mini vacations ever! We can’t wait to return and feast on the delights of the Beachside Villa Resort again.!
