We have just finished our 14night stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel was good in every way for our trip to Disney. Check in was fast and smooth straight up after a long flight to a spotless clean room. Excellent air con and two fresh welcoming beds. Bathroom was clean and tidy. We had a fridge coffee machine and a microwave. At this hotel breakfast is inc which is great as well as every morning you could have a big breakfast ready for the day at the parks. Always hot options of egg,meats as well as toast bagels cereals yogurts pasteries pancakes freshly made in front of your eyes and fruit. My only thing I didn’t like was the amount of plastic waste from this. Plastic plates knives forks spoons and cups. (But this is common in other places too inc parks) The hotel is spotless and they are always on top on this there was a guy called Carlos always making the hotel look good! The pool area was nice and clean and sun beds good quality and pool towels provided as well. The pool is heated too so on a cooler day this is welcome. Another bonus coffee and tea is free 24hrs in reception which is nice after a long day at the park. There is a free shuttle bus that was one reason to book this hotel but as uber or Lyft was so cheap we used these to get to the parks. The hotel had shops and restaurants near by, we must say not impressed by food in the USA!! Walmart is across the road you have Mac Donald’s Denny’s Wendy’s and CiCis pizza which was very nice. Tessy and Angie was very good on the front desk any questions just ask. They also make homemade cookies everyday that good if fact the kids wanted to leave the parks to get back for them still warm from the oven. Thanks Galleria palms for a great stay would 110% come back and recommend you. Thanks for the chocolates on arrival too another little extra from this friendly hotel.

We generally prefer to stay on-site at WDW, but decided to try a 5 night stay on the "outside". Would stay here again, without hesitation! Friendly desk staff. Has a complimentary breakfast, with the offerings not always the same. There was a pancake maker (instead of the waffle maker we've all gotten used to). The egg option varied, sometimes scrambled, sometimes an omelet. Sausage patties one morn, perhaps links another. Or, ham slices. Cereals, oatmeal packets, pastries, breads, bagels, muffins. Yogurt with granola to add. OJ or apple juice, milk, and of course, coffee. Fresh fruit. Never went hungry, lol. Room was spacious. Lots of storage space. Not sure if all rooms have this, but our room did have a wet bar, with shelves above, which came in handy for storing stuff. Had fridge and microwave. Plenty of outlets. We had a ground floor room, near a side exit and the elevator. While a very convenient location, it also added up to it being noisier. Think the convenience outweighed the noise, though. Multiple souvenir shops within walking distance of the hotel. There is a McDonald's close by, as well as an IHOP. Just across the road there is a Sizzler, and we enjoyed that buffet for its many options. Lots of other dining options nearby (fast food as well as sit-down restaurants). Location is good, right off 192/Irlo Bronson. Walmart close by, too. Computer with printer came in handy for printing boarding passes. Laundry room machines use a credit card. Did not try out the pool. Noticed there was a person in a nook of the lobby that sold tickets to different attractions, and she spoke with many different guests.

Honestly this hotel is one of the best in the city. I've been in many hotels and this one is without a doubt a 5 star rating. First of all, we called an hour before we reached the hotel to check-in and they let us check-in almost 3hr earlier, which usually by the Covid is not possible. Second, the front desk agent Angie, is super kind and help us in everything in the whole week I'd stayed. Third, once I get to the room I literally search for every detail the room has, and I found nothing NOTHING wrong with it. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very organized with the soaps and the towels, the hot water was really hot water, every channel on the TV worked, the coffeemaker, the microwave, the fridge and the A/C worked perfectly as well. The location was so comfortable for the super centric spot it has, it got restaurants, fast foods, supermarket, gift shops, rental cars, etc. Definitely I will stay again.

Very clean, outstanding service, good breakfast, great HOT coffee. Will definitely stay again. Room was ready upon arrival and everything was great, the smoke alarm was chirping when we walked in our room and the maintenance guy was there within 5 minutes and fixed it right away, and was very sincere in his apology about the noise. Great Great Great.

We stayed at this motel while making a quick 2 day visit to The Mouse. The location can't be better if your'e driving to Orlando- easy access to any park. Being on the south side means you can avoid all the traffic and craziness of International Drive and I-4. Quick access using 429 to 192. However if your'e flying into Orlando it would be a long drive.
Staff friendly and accommodating. Angie at the front desk was very pleasant helping us find a good room with no hassle. Only smiles from everyone. We were able to check in very early in the PM - a welcome convenience.
The King room was compact but very clean with all the usual details including a frig, microwave and safe. The bed was soft but comfy. The room quiet. The bath had double sinks.
The breakfast was marginal, however and is the reason why my review isn't 5 stars. At 8:20 the egg dish was empty for 10 minutes and other choices were limited. I watched as guests went to the front desk to ask for assistance. Trash cans were overflowing. Part of the problem is that the food prep room is down the hall from the serving area making it hard for the server to keep tabs. Probably 2 staff in the area during prime time would help.
As a mid level motel I consider the Galleria Palms to be a good value. Dont forget to plan for the "Resort Fee" which pushes up the actual daily cost.

Loved this hotel, location was perfect, close to Disney parks, restaurants, stores and pharmacies, easy access to gateways; and on top of all this: the hotel seats in a quiet area! Our room was clean, nice king size bed, big TV, microwave and a small refrigerator. Overall this was a nice clean place, and the employees were very friendly and professional, big thanks to Mariam and Fabiana, they were so helpful, they know what good customer service is all about! Never tried the breakfast, I heard it was delicious from other guests, (we sleep late when vacationing) saw the pool from my room and looked very clean. I had the opportunity to watch some of the employees doing a deep carpet cleaning in the empty rooms; It really gave me peace of mind, also all around the hotel sanitizers available for the guests. I am definitely coming back to this hotel next time we go to Florida. Thank you so much to the ladies cleaning the rooms every day!!

My direct congratulations to the team of the Galleria Palms, especially for Fabiana, Jose and Daymar, in our stay they make sure that all of our problems had a solutions, also their actitude were kind, proactive, professional and by all means cordial.
The breakfast is a good way to save some dollars is always changing the menu, the rooms were clean, and the best part of Galleria is the location, you are near the parks and the outlets.

My husband and I stayed here after a long day at Epcot. We only spent one night to go to the I Love Christmas Movies event at Gaylord Palms the next day. The room was clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. It had a vaulted ceiling which provided a nice aesthetic. The price point is not bad for the area, and the front desk staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I can't speak to the amenities of the hotel such as the pool and grounds because we did not experience them on our trip. I do not believe in reviewing something that I did not experience.
Unfortunately, this is where my positive review ends. There is one major negative that will prevent us from staying here again, and that is the noise. The air conditioner in the room was very loud, going on and off and rattling all night. There is also zero insulation in the hotel. You can hear every service cart rattle, toilet flush, and nearby conversation within 10 feet of your room. The toilet in the bathroom was also not properly mounted and wobbled quite a bit when sat on. My husband and I are not large people, but if we were, sitting on that toilet could have caused a major leak.

Stayed here for 10 days for our Disney visit. The hotel is perfectly located and the shuttle bus was prompt and definitely worth using. The hest thing about this hotel is it staff. Ambher and Fabi in particular. They were so friendly and so helpful. The breakfast provided is more than ample to set you up for the day and has different options that are rotated every few days. Our girls loved the pancake machine. The pool wasn't heated and therefore slightly cooler than we would have wanted but on the hotter days we enjoyed having a swim and laying on the sunbeds in the peace. The only negative I can find, was that in our room (427) the air con unit was INCREDIBLY loud. We needed it on overnight but it did wake us up a lot. Other than that our stay was perfect and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.
