I have never had more over-delivery at such a great value. We were not sure what to expect since it's not listed as a "high end" hotel but what we ended up getting was so much value for the cost.

First of all, it's the best of both worlds. You get basically an apartment with full fridge, stove, and dishwasher like if you rented it but since it is a hotel, you get room service and the front desk for any help you may need! We got one of the renovated rooms and I felt like we were in a modern apartment. My daughter said "wouldn't it be nice if we could live here." To be clear we live in a nice townhome in Santa Monica so that's how clean and well thought out the place was. Even the extra sink in the bedroom made getting ready in time for all of our adventures so much easier!

We were able to cook and make snacks for all of our outings. It saved us so much money and made me feel so much better than eating out every single meal for a week.

My husband and I slept in the Murphy bed and allowed our girls to take the beds in the room for fun. I sleep in a lot of high-end hotels because I travel for work and I slept better at Celebration that I do at those hotels. I think it was because the pillows were great, firm pillows and also it did not give me allergies. I am allergic to dust and dust mites and even when I get the hypo allergenic pillows at the fancy hotel, my allergies still act up.

The room is very clean, sheets, etc. It had a very nice TV as well which we could move around and watch from any angle whether the couch or the Murphy bed.

The location is very convenient. We were able to get to Disney World in 10 minutes. It is also adjacent to Old Town Kissimmee so all you have to do is open your door to find some fun. There is even a rental car place in Old Town which made it super convenient. The major street has restaurants, gas station, grocery store, literally every necessity you might need.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Also, there is a ticketing company right in their lobby so you can conveniently buy Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc right there! I also worked out in their gym and did laundry in their laundry room which I appreciated so I didn't have to pack as much and could just get fresh clothes.

I still can't believe how much value we received for the price. It's one of the best values you're ever going to find!

This was our second time staying at Celebration Suites and booking with Brian through Airbnb. Both rooms were HUGE, very clean, and had everything we needed (even extra things in the kitchen like cooking utensils, dinnerware, and paper towels). These rooms also had tile instead of carpet, which is a nice upgrade when compared to a standard hotel.

The biggest benefit for our family is how short the walking distance is to Old Town. Our room had a spacious patio with a great view of the rides, especially at night! The only negative during our most recent stay was the bedroom TV. It kept glitching continuously, which was frustrating. There was also an option to connect to Netflix, but it would then give an internet error. I think next time, we’ll just bring my laptop and watch movies from there...no big deal. :)

Bottom line, I’ll always give Celebration Suites a 5-star review. The staff is extremely nice, the location is epic, and you’ll never find a bigger room for the price. If you haven’t stayed here, YOU’RE MISSING OUT!

We love staying here. Always enough room for our family. The price is always great for getting pretty much an apartment. Has stove top no oven, microwave, fullsize refrigerator, dishwasher and the provide everything for the kitchen area pots, pans, plates bowls everything even a roll of paper towels. I do suggest bigger trash bags for the kitchen area other wise this will forever be our go to hotel! Oh did I mention that it's right nextdoor to old town that has many food options, fun spot, and shops! Also try the cafe you won't be disappointed!

Next to a MOTEL 6 this is probably the WORST hotel I've ever experienced. Don't get me wrong if you want to save maybe $120 overall then yeah it's a get by. The shuttle is not convenient. All departure for parks are done by noon and only after the park opens so don't think you can beat the crowds. The language barrier at this hotel isn't recognized at all. If the website would be honest about the shuttle, ALSO the pictures are a big LIE on what the hotel looks like. It's about 8-10 buildings that look like a motel 6 each and no food vending machines and our drink machine was out of service and the current working one was 5 minutes walking distance. Added $200+ for having to Uber the 5 days we were here because when I called about the shuttle they were not honest about the fine inconvenient details. You have to walk to the front desk to even register for a shuttle and then on top of that walk because there's never a shuttle to drive you to the front from your hotel building. I was supposed to have a king size bed and when you walk in there's a bed in the wall... Kitchen and bathroom are updated (give you that much) two full size beds that have probably cheaper linen than most hotels. AC didn't work only the fan mode and made the bathroom extremely uncomfortable to use during the day in Florida even at 70 degrees outside.
Highly wanting to call my American Airlines credit card because luckily this was from reward miles BUT still overall I spent $800 worth of my rewards towards this. Go to a Hilton next time or even spend a little more for a Disney resort they will always help out and make things right. This place will not. Not a bang for you buck. On top of having to do an extra $150 hold when getting to the hotel after everything being fully paid for. Made my trip not as enjoyable.

Dear Sarah, There is nothing more important to us than the comfort of our guests. That is why we have free services, like the shuttle, available for their use. We are a 560 suites facility, with a 98% occupancy rate. As such, the free shuttle to the parks is very popular and all the scheduled departures from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM maintain pretty busy. Despite that, our central location is as convenient as it gets to travel to the parks with Route #56 by Linx (Public Transportation System). It stops every 30 minutes in front of our hotel and takes you to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) in Disney. From there, and for only $2, you can hop and transfer to any of the other parks. We are very sorry to hear you were so dissatisfied with your stay as we work very hard to provide our guests the best experience. Our commitment to be the best allow us to use these opportunities for our continuous improvement. For that, we appreciate your feedback and wish you well. Sincerely, Celebration Suites.

We had a large group of 18 that we booked for. I went to the hotel a year ago to see the rooms before making the reservations and the room they should me was beautiful, so we made our reservations. I also asked about early check in and was told that if our room was ready we could check in for a $25 fee.

We drove 12 hours and got there about 10 am. We went to see if our room was ready and that's when they told us that early check in was at 12 noon. At noon our room was still not ready. Mind you we drove for 12 hours overnight. At 3:30 our rooms were finally ready. When I got our room it was nasty. There was paint chipping from the shower ceiling as well as mold on box springs and dirt stains all over the furniture. I was not staying there. They did give us a full refund and we went to a beautiful Air BNB

We all drove 12 hours

The sliding glass doors are easily opened from the outside locked. No wood or bar to prevent this from happening. Text msg service didnt work as advertised. Surgar ants everywhere inside and staff outside very loud and woke us up every morning.

Rooms are dated but clean, requested renovated room but didn’t get it. Front staff friendly but I recommend you brush up on your Portuguese. Ground staff were great & polite. Shuttle is a waste of time, lazy driver!

Family suites are located in the farthest building so youhave to contact the front desk text/WhatsApp, response time sucked!

Tried to reserve shuttle before arriving but they said not until I check in. Once I did, no spots left on the shuttle, they put my family of 8, on a shuttle to another park to transfer via Disney bus. For return, they said for us to go from park to Universal Studios then get a shuttle to the hotel.

Come morning, the shuttle driver said we can’t take our stroller because “law restriction” so had to carry my 1yr old all day or pay Disney’s prices. We leave the park and there is NO BUS that goes from Magic Kingdom to Universal. It is 11PM and my family and had to go on public transportation back to the hotel. I complained at the front counter and they did nothing! Seeing my 5yr old daughter asleep on their lobby only got me angrier, so I just went to my room.

All days I had to leave earlier and take public transportation so I can get take our stroller. The next day, the shuttle driver told my family there was traffic and dropped them off at Hollywood studios, I checked and found NO TRAFFIC! We used Lyft for the rest of our stay.

I would never recommend nor be staying here again, what a nightmare! I was so happy when my “vacation” was over.

We regret that your experience was not as expected and apologize for any inconveniences. Our free shuttle to the theme parks is a very popular service and therefore very busy. As an alternative, the public transportation Linx, route #56, stops every 30 minutes in front of our hotel for your convenience. For only $2, it takes you to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) in Magic Kingdom from where you can hop and transfer to any of the other parks. We will share and discuss the above with our team as we create more opportunities for improvement to help our guests have an excellent experience. Respectfully, Celebration Suites.

Staying at the Celebration Suites is the best option if you’re planning your next Disney Trip. The staff is highly attentive, resourceful and accomodating (shoutout to our attendance team Audrey!). The rooms are incredibly large and comfortable. The location is top tier, with a bus stop top the Disney parks in walking distance, and access to pharmacies and restaurants whether by walking, driving or through Uber Eats/Door Dash. They even have a in-house coffee shop for a quick breakfast to start the day.

The room curtains were so old it was ripped from the hinges. The shower curtain had mold and had rips as well. The tub was stained. I felt so uncomfortable to even shower in there. They gave one toilet paper roll and when i tried to call for more nobody would pick up the phone in the front desk. I had to call reservations to try and get through to someone. There was no cleaning services what so ever so we had to empty our garbage everyday and buy our own garbage bags because once again nobody picked up in the front desk. . And to top it off they charged a deposit and the guy in the front desk threatened that if the room wasnt clean when checked out, we wouldnt get it back. My family has been coming here since 2012 and this is a disappointment. This was our final time.

We enjoyed our stay at celebration suites! Booked an accessible suite because my husband is handicapped and it was just what we needed and we didn’t have to load up the scooter to go to the car show ! If I had any complaint it would be that I would have liked to have known in advance that you put a $150 hold on your card for a deposit. Still waiting for it to be released. Hopefully it will be soon and all will be good. I would stay again! Thanks!
