Set in a location with mixed reviews, the ette hotel Orlando is a stone's throw from Disney for some, yet others find its bustling surroundings less charming. Guests consistently commend the hotel's cleanliness and luxurious atmosphere, with particular nods to its spotless rooms and inviting scent. Despite the steep dining costs, the hotel's array of amenities, including a sumptuous spa and a Michelin-starred restaurant, win over many travelers.
While most visitors enjoy the chic, well-furnished rooms, a handful report issues with air conditioning. The exceptional service also stands out, with staff earning accolades for their warmth and professionalism.

One of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a hotel in a while. The room looked great when I got there and staff graciously accommodated some requests I had immediately after I had asked. Went for a four day stay in Orlando and almost never left the hotel! ette had everything I needed right on site. Good views and delicious meals right at the hotel restaurant. The food alone was worth visit - a must try! The spa was also such a welcomed amenity, it was clean even to my high standards which was comforting. If you find yourself in Orlando, I cannot recommend ette enough. Worth every dollar.

It’s been a LONG time since we’ve had such an over the top experience. 10/10 hospitality—the type that doesn’t seem to exist anymore. What a gem of a place to stay at in a city like Orlando. We are new parents and it was our first time traveling alone with our four month old. I called the morning of our trip and Mariela answered the phone and made sure all our questions were answered and even went as far as to change our room to make it more accommodating for us and our daughter. She said the hotel offered a “beautiful crib”—& boy did it! From that interaction alone we immediately felt like were in great hands and some of our worries melted away. When we pulled up to the property (SO BEAUTIFUL!) it was after midnight and we were greeted by Poloko who gave us the warmest, most gentle welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. He got us hot water to warm up our daughter’s milk and loads of water to hydrate us from our trip. He also explained how the room worked (AC, white noise feature, room service…etc) The room was equipped with top tier toiletries from Le Labo, plush robes, and the CRIB —the crib was a highlight—they even put gifts and toiletries for our daughter in the crib. (I mean come on!) We really needed to relax and feel pampered and all the staff made sure our stay accomplished just that. (Also the soft sheets and comfortable bed!) From Valet to house keeping everyone was top knotch. The staff’s attention to detail felt personable and made us want to stay longer and come back sooner. I usually tend to gatekeep places that are this amazing but the Ette deserves its flowers out loud. Thank you for making our first little family trip so memorable and chill. This will be our spot from now on. Also—happy 1 year!

Just a one night stay ahead of our flight home but this was a great experience. This newly opened hotel still looks and feels in mint condition and has an extremely stylish, minimalist fit out. The room was a good size and very comfortable, albeit a little hum of traffic from the nearby road. Some nice features in the room, such as an electric clothes steamer. Loved the pool area, although it only gets full on sun from late morning. The hotel couldn't find our reservation in the system but this was quickly dealt with and service was very friendly and helpful throughout. Didn't try the restaurant but it has good ratings. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and we tried an Asian one across the road. Highly recommended if you want a sophisticated hotel near Disney, or for an overnight layover pre flight.

Where to start……I’m not one to usually post reviews but felt the need to get the word out regarding this mind blowing hotel! I struggled to find a perfect hotel to be close enough to Disney yet have a relaxed, luxury feel. The staff is amazing, the friendliest group we have ever come across, including the owners who are actually involved and on sight to make sure your stay is perfect. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the pool area, to the rooms, guest areas and the major, major added bonus is the restaurant in the hotel is by the one and only world-renowned chef Akira Back!
This hotel has made us feel like we can visit Disney for years to come and have that luxury feel to stay at. The only thing we can hope for now is they brand this hotel in more and more locations around the globe so we have a place to stay 💜

This is an unusual hotel for Orlando that it trying to do something different by being a small boutique hotel. It is located in a not particularly great area but most likely visitors will be on the move anyway and visiting other tourist spots. It is quite near some of the Disney venues and convenient for Disney Springs but this does mean that at times the traffic can be heavy nearby. We were grateful to one the receptionists who ensured that we got a room on the second floor as I don't use elevators - however a member of staff does need to unlock the second floor for security. Carolina is also a lovely member of staff who made sure to make us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet with nice Labo toiletries which were refilled daily. The hotel has a Michelin star restaurant which was very expensive but we were given a $25 voucher which helped a bit and the food was delicious and the waiter friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice small outdoor pool, we didn't try the spa. There is parking just outside. Our main issue was with the fact that there isn't any alternative food apart from the expensive restaurant and breakfast was outrageously expensive. A croissant was $8 and then butter and jam $4 (one small jar). Although we were not charged for the jam/butter it is really excessive and everything else was similarly overpriced. For me a hotel breakfast is one of the main treats on a hotel stay and we ended up at iHop on our second day which wasn't great. This needs a rethink because it was an annoying end to a nice stay.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and delightful. Everything from the entrance to the room, gym, spa, and restaurant is amazingly beautiful and luxurious. The staff is attentive to all guests. Their attention to their guest is exceptional. Sheila, the hotel manager is exceptional and one of the best! She runs a tight ship! But every staff member is exceptional. Extremely sweet and caring. Sheila, makes everyone feel special and has certainly made my wife and I want to return. The hotel from the moment you walk in has a wonderful fragrance that fills every room, and soap products, etx... Staff is constantly cleaning and making sure that everything looks sharp.
The other amenities like the pool is great and heated. They have a book room so you can read or do work. They have a movie room with a big screen and surround sound. Anyone can use it as long as you use your phone to mirror it to the screen. It was so comfortable. Everything is extremely classy and luxurious. It’s not a big hotel but it’s worth coming. Ask for Sheila, she is amazing!

We had an overnight stay last week and it was fantastic! What a treasure to find this Boutique hotel near Orlando! The hotel appeared unassuming from the outside, and was delightfully luxurious upon entering.
The vibe is modern, artistic, luxury, chill with background house music playing and a signature scent throughout! (except the serenity cove, it's quiet). There's a rooftop patio and you can even enjoy the Disney fireworks at night.
The rooms were quite spacious and incredibly well appointed. The king size bed and linens were very comfortable. The toiletries, coffee (Nespresso) and teas were well stocked and even a mini bar and some snacks for purchase in the room. They thought of everything!
The staff greet you and take care of you every step of the way! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the service was phenomenal! I was even delivered frozen grapes poolside in the heat of the morning. First class. Truly.
We had dinner at the restaurant as well. The food was delicious! It was pricey, and to be expected here. The dishes and drinks were incredibly unique. From dry ice cocktails, to seafood towers and flaming entrees tableside, they were an experience in and of themselves!
I spent the morning lounging by the pool and relaxing in the serenity cove in the zero gravity seats with a blanket and heated cushion. Hot teas, and citrus flavored water were available as well.
They have spa services and even coaching and wellness packages and many other complimentary offerings I haven't even mentioned here.
I highly recommend ette if you are looking for a luxury hotel stay near the parks and Orlando! There is something to delight the senses around every turn, and you are treated like royalty.
Thank you for the incredible stay - one I will always remember.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ette Hotel. Leandro checked us in quickly and kindly showed us around and gave us a few tips. He was very attentive and professional, and immediately made us feel very welcome.
The lobby is stunning and, while we did not have any meals at the hotel, the breakfast/restaurant area looked fantastic. Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to check it out, but there is a free cinema room! The spa services sounded great, and the pool was lovely.
The room was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. The Nespresso machine was much appreciated, as were the slippers, robe, and Le Labo toiletries. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and, together with the blackout blinds, they made for a great night’s sleep! It was also completely quiet, so we were not disturbed at all during our stay (I saw some comments regarding noise from the road).
The area itself is not pretty as such, but very convenient and safe. CVS was just a 2 min walk away, and there is a Walmart just a 10 min drive away. Disney Springs is close too and it is Orlando after all: you need to drive everywhere. I highly recommend the lovely Celebration, which is a great spot for a meal or just a nice walk.

This hotel is an absolute joke. Priced like a Ritz-Carlton but with the build quality of a LaQuinta.
Terrible windows, you can hear each car pass by. The FIRST duty of a hotel is to make sure you can sleep. This hotel fails that test just by virtue of it's mediocre construction.
As soon as you get off of the elevator and into the hallways that serve the rooms, it's clear that this is just a budget hotel with silly furniture.
First of all, the location... It's located off of a busy road behind a CVS. Not at all a scenic or even walkable area.
Check it on Google maps satellite view if you don't believe me.
The breakfast was skimpy, tasteless, and expensive for what you get. As you can see into the kitchen it's obvious that the workers are bored (because it's also virtually empty) as there is not much for them to do. It shows in what comes out of the kitchen.
As for the much vaunted Akira Back Asian fusion restaurant, we chose not to eat there after looking at the pictures of the food. It would seem not many other people choose to eat there either.
It's not all bad though, the staff are friendly and the beds and bedding are comfortable.
Clearly, they have a great web designer as they convey an air of elegance which is completely lacking in the actual hotel.
Honestly, I feel like a fool for having stayed here.
