The bed was comfortable, however, when we arrived the televisions and phone were not hooked up and we had to have the front desk have maintenance come and fix them. We stayed on the first floor and at 4:00 am we could hear someone walking across the floor resulting in one of us having to go upstairs to ask them nicely to stop running around and making all the loud noise. Bathroom was very small, yet had a great shower. The floor needed some work, because there were broken pieces on it and you had to be careful walking. We had a coffee maker and cups in the room, but no coffee. I would rate this a 3 out of 5.

Booked a room for my girlfriend and I for four nights in March. Room was nice when we arrived, but soon noticed little issues. The refrigerator was leaking water from its bottom and the microwave was constantly on unless you left the door open. We dealt with it at first. The second day, no one had come to clean the room, empty the trash, supply new towels, etc. My girlfriend had to go to the office to get new towels. The next day we hung the service required sign on the door as an extra incentive to supply service. After being out all day, the bed was still unmade and trash not taken out. We saw one of the owners that night and reported the refrigerator issue and he said he would fix it the next day. He never came by. On the fourth day of no maid service, I talked to the same gentleman about our lack of service. He replied “You had put the “no service required” sign on the door.”. Thinking we have made a mistake my girlfriend ran back up to the door and checked. Sure enough it said “Maid service required.” In conclusion, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced/fairly nice room near the beach with no maid service, the Atlantic Inn will do. Myself, I will explore other options on my next trip.

Reasonable room in a very unreasonable area. Perfect location next to the beach. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Great restaurant in adjoining parking lot. Will be back and refer to friends and family.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Credit card machine broken so I had to go get cash from ATM. No receipt so I had no recourse but to stay. Room was "just cleaned" and that is why it smelled so bad was the answer I got when I went back to complain. Room was dirty with dirt and stains on walls and framework. Floor was slimy slick. Bought alcohol to wipe down everything before I touched anything. Sink took forever to drain and specks of black came out of faucet when I turned it on. AC not working properly, never got rid of humidity so everything was damp and smelled of mildew. NO SHELVES in fridge. SMOKE DETECTOR WAS STUFFED WITH PAPER SO IT WOULD NEVER HAVE WORKED. No night security latch on door!! Mattress was badly stain but was enclosed in plastic. Had wi-fi but was afraid to use it! HORRIBLE!!!!!
