Hotel was nasty, couldn't remedy our problems because of communication problems. Shower stopped working. Just a total waste of time and money. Rooms were nasty, the one staff that we did have interactions with wasn't the friendliest.
This was actually one of the worst stays we have had and no one seems to want to make it right. Just "talk to this guy's, wait for this guy" They said we smoked in our room with our 6 year old and 3month old, so we aren't getting our deposit back, which is 100% false. Everything on thier website about having cribs for babies is a lie, they did not have any. We also ended up staying an extra night because we had another funeral that we didn't find out about until 10:45, I had to go to Walmart to put money on my card to add another night and the "manager' called me to say I needed to hurry up or he was going to charge me a late fee of $40 each room. Then, charged me another 200$ in deposit's, even though the first time we checked in, they said we weren't getting charged a deposit because we paid with card, they still charged us and over drew our account, and now they won't give us one of the deposits back because they said we smoked in our room with our BABY! The whole staff is rude, there's people doing d**gs constantly in thier parking lot, smoking w**d right in front of thier office doors, little kids behind the counter over night at the office, prostitutes going in and out of rooms all hours of the night. They said that there is no corporate, that is privately owned and now I understand that it is probably a front and they are actually selling d**gs out of the whole hotel by the way things were going. If you are a family, I wouldn't recommend going to this sh*t hole. Unless you want a terrible stay, and everyone to be rude to you. Also I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK!…
Place is dirty. Dirty rooms, broken furniture, rusty shower heads, rusty water. STAY AWAY from this place. It shows its age. Not somewhere you should stay. They need to either upgrade or demolish. The CEO of Wyndham family should see this place
First off from the beginning the front desk clerk was nasty and rude especially when I asked if they had any dollys to use to put ur baggage on to be able to take ur things to ur room he said it's not necessary and I told him u have people coming from out of town it is necessary from then I was just not feeling that hotel I ended up checking out later in that day I had just arrived checking out the room was disgusting just not some where where I would go to sleep at even tho it was a smoking room it should still be kept up way better than it was
We had no problem with this hotel ..it was convenient and had a refrigerator and coffee pot ...bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable ...because of Covid breakfast was no longer available ...we would stay there again ...
