I have just returned from 2 weeks all inclusive at this hotel (1-15 August 2020). It has 4 pools, slides, and entertainment all day. The food is nice and cooked in front of you, lots of variety and fresh, even my fussy kids liked it. Ice cream all day and night by the pool aswell as burgers and chips between 1-4. The animation team all work hard and really make your holiday. You can book into the al la cart in the little restaurant overlooking the beach (free in all inclusive). Plenty of drinks to choose from at the bars including cocktails. Due to Covid there are hand sanitizers everywhere and temperature checks. Face masks are worn in shops, taxis and busses etc. there’s a shopping complex 5 mins walk away and you can get the bus to the main town centre (which is massive and cheap) for approx 40p. Cleans towels everyday, my only grump is that our bed sheets where only changed once in 2 weeks. Water is also left in rooms every day and tea and coffee facilities. This was a fantastic holiday and I would definitely go back again.

Fantastic staff and hotel that is doing all it can during this difficult covid time. Masks are available, hand sanitiser is everywhere, they regularly take your temperature and they ask you to mask up whenever you are not seated .
Unfortunately lots of stupid selfish people walk around without masks on.
The staff are absolutely amazing and work soo hard.
The barman (Hassan) in the restaurant does the bar there and then waits tables in the outside area afterwards . He works so hard and always had a friendly greeting for us. As did the young girl that waits the tables and also a young girl that filled our plates for us in the restaurant.
Check in was quick and smooth and we had a few beers in the lobby bar before going to our room to unpack. We were given room 1763 which had a superb view and was cleaned every day thoroughly . Maybe next time we will have 1764 which is on the end and has a huge double corner balcony.
We didn’t really want to sit around the pool or beach as there were lots of people walking around without masks so we put a couple of sun beds down in the gardens and had a lovely relaxing weeks holiday.
It’s 24hr all inclusive so you can have a drink whenever you like.
The food was pretty good too . Pool towels were available , there was also a safe in the room.
We love this hotel and the staff work soo hard . We hope to come back in May next year.
Thank you to the manager for such a lovely room and thank you to all the batihan staff for looking after us with a smile on their face. It made our holiday.

This hotel is brilliant and we will be coming again. The food is lovely and plenty to be eaten and plenty of drinks available. There is plenty of choice for everyone to find something they liked. Also I had a sea view room which is perfect. You can watch the sun set over the horizon. The staff in the restaurants couldn’t do enough for us. They asked me if we wanted water and I said yes. A few moments later he brought ice over to make the water cold in case we wanted cold water. The waiters were always happy and greeted you every time. The toilets and rooms were VERY clean. Some people didn’t take social distancing seriously, they would move their sun beds to within an inch and you have to tell them to move but that’s not the hotels problems that’s people trying their luck. The hotel had multiple signs telling you to maintain a safe distance and loads of hand sanitisers around. Also whilst on the subject of sun beds people put their towels out the night before and never used the beds during the day. And found tables and beds where ‘reserved’ hours before the entertainment began so you had to get down there hours before in my case.
Only down side I found is the bar/hotel staff walking around at night wouldn’t ask me about my drinks and if I needed another and I was ignored a few times when I tried to get their attention. This wouldn’t be an issue but they asked MANY Turkish people around me without them trying to get their attention and the staff spoke English so no idea why they left me out. But during the day is a different story. They offered me drinks and anything I else I wanted they would get for me.

Overall was a lovely stay.

Hello, booked a last minute deal through jet2 and this hotel cane up which seemed lovely. We arrived mid afternoon so was able to catch some rays before dinner. First impressions were ok the music by the pool was extremely loud so please be aware if your looking for a relaxing holiday do not book this hotel. At one point thought we had a booked a 18-30’s holiday. Drinks round the pool are all served in paper cups and there are plenty of cartons of water which were great. Dinner first night was extremely disappointing to say the least. With the covid measures in place you do not serve yourself you have to Queue. The food was all cold nothing warm when it should be. Breakfast was the same and not much choice it defiantly catered for the turkish people . If you have children there was pancakes and tubs of chocolate sauce bur again these were cold. We went down to the beach bar for lunch which is burgers pizza and chips again cold there all made in bulk. We ate out every nice apart from 2 out of the 7 we tried the ala carte which is where the beach bar is and this was 100% better we really enjoyed the food there. The best part about the hotel was the sunset on the beach it was truly magical. If your after a full english bead down to mare bistro down the road they were lovely. The animation staff work hard, entertainment was good on friday and saturday the rest were rubbish. Rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel was generally clean. Lots of dogs and cats where you eat which was annoying especially one night when a cat brought 2 dead mice i to the lobby. We went to casablanca for a meal one night that was good but wouldn't fo back to kusadasi if you don't like being mithered don’t go. First time to Izmir and have to say will be the last as we usually go to olu deniz which is my favourite part of Turkey. This hotel should be a 3 star when the food is better. Overall it was ok for a cheap deal.

After reading numerous great reviews about this hotel we were all really looking forward to our holiday but the excitement faded pretty quickly.

Upon arrival staff were helpful and friendly but didn’t speak great English. Not a problem until there’s a problem, and then things start to go wrong. So prior to arrival, weeks before we were due to get there I emailed the hotel 3 times using 3 different email addresses to ask that we were given a room in the new part of the hotel. I didn’t receive a response to any of them and received no bounce back to suggest the email addresses were incorrect or not in use. Anyway 3 guesses which part of the hotel we ended up in. The room was poor at best but the worst part was the stench of sewage that hit us as we opened the door, it actually took your breath away.

Room itself was clean upon arrival but the standards of the cleanliness dropped considerably during our stay, bedsheets weren’t regularly changed and I genuinely don’t think the bedspreads were changed once. The bathroom was definitely not thoroughly cleaned as the part of the floor under the soap dispenser had a soap stain from our second day that was still there when we left and the shower screen was a disgrace.

Aside from the standard of the room the main negative about this place - the food. I’ve been to some 2 and 3 star places where the food was above and beyond what they serve here, it’s appalling. All looked like unidentifiable slop and it’s basically the same every single day. Even the cereal choice was rubbish, just unknown balls of corn and muesli and the hot options were even worse, we had to eat out most nights. Snacks at the pool bar are literally the same every single day - chips, burger, chicken nuggets, Turkish pizza, no variety at all and at tea time it’s like feeding time at the zoo, not a pleasant experience. You never expect wonders at an all inclusive but this was pretty poor.

Also states you can exchange currency here - you can’t.

Positives are the animation team are good for the kids, music can be far too loud around the pool though to the point where you can’t have a conversation.

Cleanliness in communal areas was pretty good too, always saw floors end windows being cleaned.

Kumsal restaurant is alright, nice to sit on a table on the beach and the service was pretty good.

Location wasn’t amazing either, not that much in the vicinity in terms of bars and restaurants but not far in a taxi to the centre of Kusadasi and you can get free transport from some of the restaurants there.

All in all I wouldn’t come to this hotel again, below average in all areas, restaurant not big enough for capacity of guests, food is poor, rooms are poor, location not great. Wouldn’t recommend.

Definitely up there with one of my best holidays.

An absolutely lovely hotel ~ Clean, Airy, Bright ~ Reception Team are welcoming, helpful and friendly, as were all the staff.

The rooms are bright, very clean, well maintained with regular housekeeping ~ Water always stocked up in the mini fridge and left out to make hot beverages if you so wish.

Great variety of food variety for all in the main food hall, plus you are spoilt for choice with the many restaurants on and around the complex.

The bars are always fully stocked up serving both cold and hot beverages all through the day until well into the night.

The many pools are clean and safe with no shortage of sunbeds/loungers surrounding each one.

The beach is clean and spacious, again with sunbeds/loungers and umbrellas a plenty.

There is entertainment for all ages so there's no chance of boredom.
I really could go on and on praising this hotel, I really enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel isnt as modern as it could be but its clean and comfortable.
The staff are friendly and helpful honestly all the people I come in contact with in Turkey were lovely.
The food at the hotel was good, there was always food available even after a boozy late night out which I appreciated.
This is a real family hotel so it's perfect for kids and the beach is right there with lots of activities for adults and children.
The town is a taxi ride away and when I booked to eat at a restaurant the restaurant arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off later all included in the price of our meal.
I would go to this hotel again and recommend it to anyone with kids, honestly I would recommend everyone to go to kudasai Turkey. it was an amazing experience.

We turned up on 13th May early hours of the morning, we was greeted and helped to our room, there was 5 people but only 4 beds in our room we was told to wait till 10am for them to get another added which is fine after all it was 4am... (we didn't actually get it till 7pm the next day after asking another 3 times) we got a swim up room and all I can say it was a dark cold stinking dindgy cave, absolutely do not upgrade to these rooms, you don't even get any sun!
During the day it's was absolutely amazing, the animation team was great lots going on beautiful weather and loads of sun loungers, it was super clean and easy to find seats for dinner. I did think the entrainment in the evening started way to late at 10pm. Fast forward to 19th May and all chaos let loose! 500 football children turnt up with absolutely no manners or respect for anything! I felt like I was at a kids party all day and night, they was screaming and shouting from 5am, banging on people's doors climbing over the top balconys throwing water bottles from 6 floors up nearly hitting my children these children had barely any supervision from there coaches! in the food hall the kids where touching food with there hands dropping cake on the floor and leaving the tables in a right mess with absolutely no where to sit, to the point myself and my children didn't eat lunch for 2 days! We complained a few times to which nobody cared. Our last 3 days was ruined. But that being said, the animation team was lovely, feilani & Victoria was great, bilal (photoman) was the softest soul you ever could meet, I wanted to take him home, such a lovely man and a great photographer! Chicco the man who books your water sports is also amazing.

Hotel is clean. Its in a great location on long beach, 10 minute taxi ride to kusadasi, or 20 mins on bus, which are very frequent. Sun set a la carte restaurant very nice food an practically on the beach, amazing sunsets. Staff are friendly & work very hard. Food is mostly good an varied.. lounge bar is open 24hrs. Animation team do a good job keeping guests as active as they choose. Shows at 10pm are good an varied.

Night club is closed, garden bar is closed, whirlpool has not worked in the 8 days we've been here so far. Panorama coffee bar closed. Gym old an definitely not up to UK standards of safety & cleanliness. Drinks are very limited on all inclusive. Effes beer which is a Turkish beer is 3euros to buy. The cocktails are all made up names an are very sweet an they all taste similar with lots of syrups. Cocktails which are heard of e.g. mojito, pina colados are 7 euros. There are no local rums at all, no local baileys, tia Maria, cava etc.. On Thursday 300 plus 10 year old arrived, they swarmed the hotel, the pool & restaurants. Taking food with hands an dropping what they didn't eat back in food trays, they were running around corridors, lifts an banging etc etc until 2am. Then again at 6am. Also pressing every button on lifts an having a kick about in corridors. We spoke to hotel an tui rep, nothing thus far has been resolved. The 300 10 year old have now departed, to be replaced with near on 100 teenagers, who were all in the pool earlier. We've still got 7 days to go yet !!. We didn't come with high expectations but did expect better, especially on drinks. A 4 star hotel should not let 450 children in a space of 72hrs checkin to hotel without some prior warning to guests who have saved long an hard for a deserved holiday after the covid 19 pandemic, an could book one of the other hotels close by on offer.

Positives of this hotel were the grounds, location, pool area, plenty of sun loungers, staff, animation team, cleanliness and entertainment.

The hotel was let down by the interior which was basic and tired. The hotel rooms were a let down. The beds were cheap and not what you would expect from a four star rated hotel. Some upgrading required in furniture and decor to make it more lavish for holiday makers.

It was also let down by the food choices. There was plenty of salads however the hot food choices were tasteless and use cheap ingredients in the main food hall. Having spent 10 days here we had gone off our food half way through. The poolside snack bar which opened daily served the same foods each day: turkish pizza, chips, chicken nuggets and burgers both of which again were cheap and tasteless. Some variety would have been nice. We booked into the a la carte restaurant on our first night and were very disappointed with the food. Three of us got the donor kebab which was not eaten by any of us. My son got steak which was a tiny piece of steak and not a good quality cut of meat. The choice on the menu was limited to 4/5 options and there was only one starter most of which our sons and us would not eat. The Kumal restauraunt was noted as part of the all inclusive on the information leaflet received but you had to pay for the food here. Another holiday maker informed us the food was good here and when we walked by it was busy and the quality of the food looked much better.

The onsite spa prices were the same as prices at home which did not entice its use. It would be better if the prices reflected the value expected in Turkey and it was booked out daily.

The all inclusive drinks included beer, cocktails and spirits. I question again the quality of the spirits used as most of th time you could not taste the alcohol. We realized that the same spirit was used for rum/brandy/whiskey. If you wanted imported spirits they were 7 euro each which is more expensive than at home in Ireland.

The reason people go to Turkey is value for money and whilst I understand they lost out on tourism for two years it does not justify the increase in prices.
