Room was clean and staff were friendly. Great location for getting around just about anywhere in the Boca area. Location off the main street just enough to be quiet. Didn’t go in the pool but it looked beautiful.
This hotel is heaven on earth. It’s always so clean and the room are really nice. The staff always provides amazing customer service. I always feel right at home when I stay here. And it’s only 10 from the beach. 😀
They do not clean their rooms! That seal means nothing. Shower walls filled with mold and build up. Some type of chocolate food smothered all over the phone. Disgusting! They sent housekeeping to “clean” after I was in there.
JOHANNA at the front desk was exceptional. Her vivacious personality and willing to help us said a lot. This hotel was the closest to the hospital where my dad was. Our room was large and had a kind size bed that was very comfortable. We chose not to have maid service, but we got fresh towels everyday from the maid. Due to covid, there wasn’t any happy hour or cookies. Bananas and Oranges were put out for the guests the first 3 days. But once it was all consumed, none was replenished. Then there were none. Asked why, and was told that there weren’t any deliveries. We made many trips to Publix to buy fruit. Glad we had the refrigerator! The boxed breakfast consisted of an individual wrapped bagel, cream cheese, yogurt, and hard boiled egg. Received everyday but two. They ran out. Couldn’t understand why coffee and juices weren’t offered all day. Individual packaged cookies should have been offered when fruit was not or along with the fruit. We often ate our breakfast by the pool while staring at the beautiful palm trees in the background. Our biggest disappointment were that many of the guests were not wearing a mask. There were many times we felt uncomfortable and told the people at the front desk. Unfortunately, their hands were tied because there wasn’t any reinforcement . Perhaps if guests saw a security guard they would wear a mask! …
The front desk staff are great, very accommodating & friendly. The sofa bed in the first room they gave us was the worst we've seen at a hotel, but when we requested to switch to a double queen there were no issues. The double queen room is just too small for a family for more than one night. The pool area could have used some cleaning attention, we were glad that we hadn't planned on swimming there.
