This hotel is adequate for a short Disney stay. It has the basics of everything that you might need. You may also be able to find some good deals on the price here, especially due to the location, even though it is a Disney good neighbor hotel. We used Uber to get to and from the hotel each day. The address shows weird on Uber so sometimes they circle the lot trying to find the entrance. Every employee that I encountered was nice and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. They do not provide housekeeping as a default and they make you aware of that up front. It is by request only. However, our room was very well stocked with everything so we did not need to request housekeeping service for anything (we had stocked extra towels and washcloths, two trash cans, plenty of plastic cups, two toilet paper rolls, and stocked shampoo/conditioner/body wash). Our room was actually quite spacious. There is the main part of the room with the bathroom and the bed (the sink however is inside the bathroom door with the toilet and shower). There is a dresser with a TV here, but further into the room there is a desk, another tv, a coffee table, and a couch (pull out couch). This made it easy to spread out and organize our things, especially after coming home with multiple merchandise bags at the end of a long park day. The room was clean upon arrival. However the walls are quite thin, so just be aware of that if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. In the morning starting around 7:30am you hear housekeeping getting ready to go and cleaning rooms, elevator dinging for people leaving and going to and from breakfast. People walking in the halls, people talking and getting ready in the rooms next to you and above you, delivery trucks backing up in the lots next door and for the breakfast delivery. So you probably won’t be able to sleep well past 8am here. The bed was comfy, however the pillows were not, and the sheets were so scratchy and uncomfortable! I had to sleep on top of the sheets and in between the comforter to be more comfortable and less scratchy. Also in the room there is a microwave, mini fridge, small coffee maker, and ice bucket with cups, and a small closet with iron and ironing board. The breakfast in the morning lasts until 9am. It is a very basic breakfast, but hey, at least it is included and you get some fuel before heading out to the parks. They have mickey waffle machines, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, muffins/bagels/bread for toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. There is a small topping bar with granola, chocolate chips, raisins, etc for your waffles, cereal, or yogurt. We did not have time to use any other amenities offered at this hotel. Overall this hotel is just fine. Just go into it with proper expectations of what you pay versus what you get (no housekeeping, thin walls, basic breakfast, etc). This is an adequate place to stay near the Disney property for less money. Our stay was fine, but I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Fresh off Royal Caribbean, my family and I took an UBER to this location before heading to Disney. However, I was the only one staying the night as they had a flight to catch at 7pm. We arrived around 11am I think and I was able to check in early, for a fee of course. We really could've just left our bags at the front desk. They checked me into 331 and immediately upon opening the door, the room smelled of mildew. I called down to the front desk and they said someone would come take a look but IDK if they did or didn't as we left to head to the Magic Kingdom. However, upon returning around 5pm, the same smell! This time my niece has taken off her shoes to change her clothes and realized the floor by the window was soaking wet. Hence the smell of mildew! I phoned the front desk again and told them the problem and the woman (don't recall a name tag) actually brought new room keys to me. It was only a few doors down so I actually stayed in room 335 with no issues.

It was pretty clean, via the naked eye. No smell of mildew or a soaked floor. I had two double beds and they were pretty comfy! Plush even. I liked the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower but I don't recall the brand, nothing I would buy though.

Breakfast was a typical Continental, offering eggs (probably powdered), turkey bacon, waffle making station, oatmeal bar and an assortment of muffins, bagels & fruit. I had a bowl of oatmeal and added: brown sugar, chocolate chip & walnuts. Accompanied by a cup of OJ mixed with apple juice.

There was a golden corral directly across the parking lot. I saw a small halal like restaurant as well as a steak house nearby. I was too tired after my cruise and then galavanting through Disney to even have dinner.

This was our 7th stay in a matter of months at this hotel as we had business to conduct in Celebration, you just cross 192 at the stoplight and you go right into Celebration. It is close to WDW too. Cynthia, at the front desk, was extremely helpful. When we checked, in I needed feather free pillows and she promptly brought them up. When checking out the next morning, she was at the front desk again. Breakfast was as expected at a Fairfield. We find their beds to be very comfortable. The tv gets the Hallmark channel which is one I like to watch. Walk (across the parking lot) to Golden Corral or Pizza Press. We've not encountered any negative situations described in other reviews. Depending on what room you have, you may hear the traffic or sirens during the night, but not too loud. The only annoying noise is in the elevator there is a high-pitched shrill buzz. Anyway, we are looking forward to staying again soon.

One of the things that I look forward to is the free breakfast and early check in. Unfortunately, this Marriot hotel did poorly when it came to it. I have to say that the hotel is in a nice area, near all the theme parks. The hotel and room were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. My only complaints are that when I arrived at 1:00pm I wanted to do an early check in, and they had no room available. Being a holiday weekend and having the hotel fully booked, well... let's just say Marriot dropped the ball. They should have been prepared for the large capacity of people at the hotel. On Sunday morning I went to have breakfast at 8:45am and there was already a sign that said they ran out of eggs and sausage. There was not much more to eat at that time. I also noticed the look of unsatisfaction in other guests faces who were not able to enjoy a nice breakfast. I was not happy about that as a continental breakfast is included in the rate. I have stayed at many Marriot hotels and never had I seen one run out of eggs and sausage. All they told me at the front desk was sorry we are out for the day.

I wish I could give this a higher rating..... I really do! My wife and I went for a one day Disney trip.

First the pro's:
The staff was amazing and friendly.
The location was great for everything that was needed.
Breakfast was good with Mickey waffles, sausage or bacon (depending on the day), eggs, breads, cereals and yogurts. The coffee was decent.
Parking was great since it was free!
Rooms were very clean (even though needing some updates).

Now the Con's:
The pillows!!!!!!!!!!! These had to be the worst pillows I have ever used. They were feather and just wouldn't keep a shape if you moved. It was almost like sleeping without one.
The bed seemed hard but again it could have been that we didn't have any support to lift our heads from the pillows. Neither of us slept well.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room on either side of you and the hallway.
The door would not close properly without pushing your weight against it. If you just let the door swing, it would still be open.

Other then that, it was a enjoyable stay. I just wish we could have slept better (the entire point of a hotel). I would stay here again but next time bring my pillows from home.

Stayed at this hotel during the holiday season. There are several things that attracted me to the property: price, location, convenience. I was traveling with my puppy and, as far as convenience goes, Fairfield allowed pets with a rather decent deposit ($150 for the week). Considering the fresh coffee, breakfast, and small dog park, the amenities provided met my needs during my stay. Nice touch for making coffee and plasticware available to guests after breakfast hours. Plus, the price couldn't be beat for a king room! The only misleading thing was that I thought a pull out couch with a separate living area was included. As far as location, the location couldn't be beat! Next to many restaurants, souvenir shops, Disney attractions, etc. With the fabulous location comes traffic. Please consider this in your travels anywhere throughout the metro Orlando area. As far as a good night sleep goes, good luck. While I appreciated being on the first floor with my canine companion, you could hear every conversation and everything going on in the hotel. Not only could I hear every door being closed shut, but I could also feel the ones closely nearby. It took several days before adjusting to the noise and temperature in this hotel. But, overall, I enjoyed my stay!

We drove over to this hotel from Palm Harbor for one night (6/7/22). We like Marriott hotels as they are usually good, and this one was very good. But the breakfast was a 4 star experience for Husband who was not happy with what he got. Husband likes his eggs and bacon or sausage. He wanted the scrambled eggs, but they ran out. Instead he had the English muffin (not hot or crisp) with Canadian bacon & egg (neither very hot and just okay). Hard boiled eggs were in the cold case with milk and yogurt, but we are not a fan of hard boiled eggs. Husband had the OJ, but I was disappointed that they did not have cranberry juice. They also offered apple juice. We are not coffee drinkers, but they had three types of coffee. They also offered tea bags and hot water, with creamers and to go cups. I read about the Mickey waffles, but they were not available. I prefer fresh fruit & cereal, and when we were in the breakfast room (large, lots of places to sit, with a TV on), I did not see any bananas. They did have apples in Saran Wrap. I enjoyed the cereal, which is difficult to dislike unless they don't have something I like. They had 3 kinds, and 2 were my favorites.

The location was ideal (5 stars) for getting to and from the Disney properties, which we visited Tuesday night and most of the day Wednesday. Parking was easy, and the lot was well lit and felt safe. Side doors were secure, and opened only with a key card.

The room was perfect - 5 out of 5 stars. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the temperature was ideal, and the bathroom had everything we needed & was functional. We carry a cooler and ice packs when we travel. This mini fridge had a tiny freezer, so we fit one of the ice packs in it. It was frozen for travel the next day. Nice!

We will definitely stay here for our next 2 day (or more) Disney adventure! We might even try the nicely outfitted fitness room (but we get exercise by walking 5 miles at Disney) and the pool ( which was in the back, and on the side, and looked nice).

We stay here because it is close to Disney and reasonably priced. Staff is great. location is PRIME. breakfast in AM is typical but tasty. Beds are comfy. AC works well. We Uber to the parks and have never been disappointed here. The shower has good water pressure and temperature. Housekeeping brings extra towels on request and always helpful.

I arrived close to 11pm at the hotel to a rude attendant (Tasha), who seemed to be mad about the world. I tried a nice and calm tone to no change.. I then asked her if I could get a bottle of water and she responded "we are not doing comps anymore". I never asked for a comp, but I decided not to argue. I left the reception area with her mumbling about elite members being entitled.... I got to my room (which I paid a night upgrade) and I found a dirty room as you can see in the pictures. There was black mold in the shower area, there was stains in the coffee furniture, the bathroom door was damaged (not closing) and finally, the door to the corridor was so open, You could see someone passing in the corridor. I felt unsafe there. I think I would not have noticed the issues in the room if wasn't the attitude in the lobby. a good service improves a bad hotel, but a bad service makes a good hotel as a bad place.

Stayed here for two nights 2/24-2/26/22. My rate was $134 for Thursday and $175 for Friday. There is no housekeeping available but if you need anything you just need to call down to the front desk. There is a free breakfast in the morning, very small gym and small outdoor pool. This hotel is walking distance to several eateries in the area including a Starbucks.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating and always saw someone cleaning something. This hotel was fine for two nights.
