We stayed here for a wedding and were blown away with how amazing it is. We were greeted by the valet staff who were wonderful throughout our entire stay, even when it was raining the valet was still extremely quick. They were kind and extremely efficient! We met Mark at the front desk to check into our room. He welcomed us with so much hospitality and chatted with us about the area and the hotel. The room was perfect for 4 adults to stay getting ready for a wedding! I want to give a huge shout out to the two people working breakfast on the Saturday we were there! It was a gentleman and a woman (both of which I forgot to get their names) and they never stopped moving (I also saw the gentleman the day before at breakfast as well). We socialized a little with the gentleman and he remembered we were going to a wedding and asked us how it went and made sure we felt at home. The food was also extremely good! Not “just for a hotel buffet” but a delicious breakfast all around. We kept our DND on the door through our stay but if housekeeping saw us in the hall they would always ask if we wanted service anyway. We had to call down for a few extra towels and we got them in just a few minutes. Housekeeping was always friendly throughout the hallways. Thank you Hyatt place Boca staff, we will be back!

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of all of the Mizner area restaurants, shops, etc. However, it's not even apparent as to how to get in the hotel. The address is Palmetto Park Rd, but the entrance is off 1st Ave, which seems like more of an alleyway. In addition, the entrance is under construction and the only available parking is Valet, which is shared with the adjacent independent restaurant. The hotel has 15 floors, however, with the lobby, 5 floors for parking and no 13th floor, there are actually only 8 guest floors. I was on the 11th floor. My room faced Federal Hwy, which is a busy road. Apparently racing motorcycles late at night is common and loud. My room was a King room, which I found to be very small and spartan. The lighting and bathroom were great, but the mini couch was a bit dirty and stained and the doors for the clothes closet and mini-fridge were not functioning properly. From an amenities standpoint: - The pool on the 7th floor was excellent. - There is large outdoor terrace off the 11th floor, but I found it unusable for anything. It was mostly open space with a few chairs and sofas along the edge. No tables, plants or anything else. It was off the end of the hall on my floor and I never saw anyone out there. - The lobby bar was only open 2 of the 3 days I stayed. The website indicates it offers a full menu, but I never checked to see. I have to doubt it since it was unstaffed and I never saw anyone eating there. - Breakfast was not very good. The scrambled eggs were the fake ones you can find at any hotel. Most other options were starch, i.e. pancakes, potatoes, breads and rolls. Limited fresh fruit was offered. There were the plastic packaged fruit cups like you can buy in the grocery store. I wouldn't stay here again. If I needed to have access to Mizner, I would drive or take an Uber.

A great location, comfortable hotel as a single traveller I felt safe, which is important. Great valet parking. I did miss the option of room service on one night I worked late and didn't want to venture out in the torrential Florida downpour! I would definitely return.

Enjoyed the hotel and it's location. Loved being able to walk to restaurants, the beach and the Minzer Park Amphitheater where we attended a concert. The breakfast was very good and the staff was pleasant and courteous.

I was traveling from Louisville for business - coming in Friday and leaving Sunday. I was nervous because some of my colleagues chose another hotel and I was afraid I would be disappointed. They went over the top! Thanked me for my dedication to people (I am a Nurse Practitioner) and gave me a discount and everyone was so pleasant! The bar tenders are funny and love to chat - and the restaurant that is attached (italian) was amazing! Having Flannigans right accross the street to grab some food and watch college football was great too! My colleagues were jelous of my great experience!
