What a misrepresentation and what a mess! The room we slept in was very poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all! No buffet breakfast as advertised. No swimming pool as advertised. Perfumed hallways and rooms in order to cover up the moldy odors. Ants marching across the window sill as we felt like marching right on out of there … but alas, we were stuck there for the night without transportation.

Hotel description said outdoor pool and continental breakfast. Nope. The only reason we stayed here, with 4 kids was so that after our day at the Aquarium, we could come back to swim, then wake up early, grab a quick bite to eat and hit the local beach. No pool and only coffee, makes this stay a bust. Not worth the cost of entry. The room was decent, two queens, a sofa and we asked for a cot. The hotel staff seem to be living onsite. We were greeted with the smell of curry and various Indian decor when we got off the elevator. The garden plot outside is also a big rip off that this is a ‘family’ venture. If you’re desperate, you won’t be disappointed. If you have a choice, I’d choose anywhere else.

We came up for an appointment, while this was a convenient location the cleanliness was disappointing. The sample sized shampoo and conditioner were used and refilled often. The hotel information binder was disgusting and sticky even the tip envelope was used and stained.

This place is the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. My first room had cockroaches. The one they changed me to smelled so musty I could barely breathe. They don't seem to care. Mold everywhere, vermin droppings and cockroaches are all over the place. I tried one more room and it was absolutely filthy. I left at 11:30pm and stayed elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Convenient location. Can walk to Grocery Store, Restaurants, very near I-95 intersection. On road to Old Saybrook. Would recommend a second floor room. Double bed rooms in rear appear to be a little larger.
