First thing I noticed was it smelled clean, floors carpets etc. Looked clean also. Hot breakfast has nice with a good selection. Room heater was dated but quiet and the floor had linoleum so I gave it a swipe with a disinfectant wipe and alas it wasn't dirty!

Stayed here for 1 night last-minute on a roadtrip. The bed was comfortable, the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe, and the overall price was very affordable especially since you get a good free continental breakfast in the morning. Plus the front staff woman was very nice. Of course the room had your standard minor scratches and stains here and there, but it didn't feel unclean, just everyday wear and tear. Would stay here again if needed!

This Ramada appears to have been updated recently. The walls look nice and the carpet isn’t worn. My room was very clean. I could smell cleaning solution when I walked into the room. The room also has a fairly large refrigerator with a freezer so I could freeze my ice packs. The air conditioner was fairly quiet when it went on and off. The bed was comfortable and at least two types of pillows were provided.

If you have a room on the west side, there is a sliding door that leads to the parking lot, which made it easier to carry items into your room. The glass door has a bar to prevent anyone from entering, plus a lock.

For those who bring a dog(s), keep in mind if your dog won’t potty on rocks, there is no place to potty your dog. Google maps shows vegetation but there is no vegetation on the west side of the buildings. This makes the area very hot since the rocks are absorbing heat. (It was 99 degrees when we arrived.) There is grass on the East side but there is no way to access the grassy area if you don’t have a West side room. Also, when you check in, there is no mention of where to potty your dog.

Breakfast: If you have a dog, make sure you bring your own breakfast, especially if you’re traveling alone because you can’t leave your dog in your room nor can you take breakfast food out of the dining area.

For the price of the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the care, upkeep, and cleanliness of an older hotel. Parking is free and the hotel is near the freeway, but it's quiet. The place is nice, safe, and I would stay here again.

Value if your looking for a dated hotel look no further, cleanliness hmm depends on each individual but I wouldn’t touch anything and not wash my hands again.
Privacy is negative they entered my room saying my service animal was crying but they said they tried to contact me and I entered the wrong number. I doubt it since it’s the same number I’ve had for 30 years and it’s only 4 digits in it. The worst part is the removed my service animal and gave it to the next door guest who I have no idea who it was. Thank god had a gps tag on her. Why give a guest service animal to another random guest ?????
If I could rank this negative I would but being fair I give it what I did since they did try to feed her by going to store to buy dog food the wrong kind..

We have no problem accommodating guests with a service animal as there are few pet rooms available. However, the animal cannot be left alone or unattended at any place of the the hotel at any time as it causes disturbance to other guests.

Our so-called Accessible room is not accessible. The bathroom is too small for a wheelchair or even a Rollator. The shower head isn’t detachable. The space between the beds is too small for either a wheelchair or Rollator. The beds are too high for a short disabled person to get in and out without assistance. A room isn’t accessible just because there are grab bars in the bathroom. Accessible means a person in a wheelchair or walker can actually get into the bathroom. Overall, without reviewing any other aspects of the hotel, I can’t recommend this hotel to folks who need an ADA room.

For the money it was just OK. The place is quite old and our room showed signs of wear. It was clean and neat however. The Desk chair was rickety and we could not even use it for fear of injury.
The toilet ran and ran, we had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. It was the chain for the flap kept getting caught up in the drain.
There are no lamps in our room just 4 sconces with million watt LED bulbs. Very bad lighting choice, They need warmer lighting in the room (202)
The AC cooled great as it was 89 outside but it was so loud it sounded like a freight train. The only plus to that was it downed out the noise from I-70 and it was just 4 feet from my side of the bed. We left it off most every night.
There is a Mic and Fridge in the room and that's a good thing, but the fridge kept clicking on and off all night and making a gurgling sound. We finally turned it off so we could try and sleep.
Housekeeping did a good job keeping out room clean and stocked and the desk personnel were great.
The breakfast was typical for this type place, Coffee , juice, bagels, cereal, etc. I could not handle the powdered eggs and opted for the Hard Boiled.
All in all for 90 bucks a night you get what you pay for and we did. I visit GJ 4 or 5 times a year. Next trip I think I'll skip the Ramada in GJ but if your on a tight budget it's a good option.

Due to my husband being in the hospital in Grand Junction I needed a good place to stay on a budget. I absolutely love this hotel for many reasons. The staff were excellent, the double rooms are huge and there are sliding glass doors that go to a nice courtyard with plenty of room for kids and pets to roam. The pool area is very nice with a large pool. I love the floor in the lobby, the rooms are clean and if you are inclined to feel like soaking in the tub in your room, it's big. If taking a shower, you may want to put a towel down as the tub is rather slippery, but the pressure is good and plenty of hot water. The breakfast is good, I love a good hot breakfast and they have eggs, sausage, several other hot items along with many other things to choose from. They serve a much better breakfast than many hotels that are twice as much. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing bargain it is for all you amenities you get. I would definitely stay here any time over pretty much anywhere in this area.

We booked a bunch of rooms here very last minute for several families attending a sports tournament in the area. The advertised rate was mid to lower and the reviews positive, so we went with Ramada. What we found was a staff that absolutely went out of their way, over and over, to meet every need we had. From providing us with ice daily for 100 degree temps, to bringing extra towels to the pool, on and on, they were outstanding. We had lots of high energy kids with us and they were totally understanding and helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and had basic amenities. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic but did have meat, eggs, and waffles. The outdoor pool was big enough to handle a baseball team and a great temperature for a hot day. I can't say enough about the staff's willingness to make our stay as pleasant as possible. You just don't find customer service like that very often. If you're looking for a basic, clean, good value hotel, look no further.

Good price, option of room with balcony or 1st floor with sliding floor to car park. Room was clean, all the usual amenities, good shower pressure, had smell of stale smoke when first entered but able to air it out, air con was efficient and not too noisy. Had food outlets within easy walking distance and bus stop (free) outside for transport to town. Breakfast was good, the man running the room was extremely efficient and kept the room spotlessly clean and stocked. Check in girl was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, common areas really nice, didnt use the pool but good to have the option. Overall one of the better Ramadas we have stayed in.

We were checked into a small King bed room by Shane, very efficiently and quickly! The room was clean and had Microwave & Fridge, Coffeemaker, Desk with chair, Closet, Comfortable Bed & Pillows, Good linens, and a Good Shower.

A few cons, but nothing big! - The bathroom door was too tight in the frame and hard to open, the morning coffee was very weak, the vanity was very small (no place to set personal items), no elevator and the carpet on the stairs was very stained.

Breakfast was really good with, Sausage Links, Scrambled Eggs (powdered), Fresh Waffles, Fresh Fruit, small muffins, cereals, yogurts, juices, and WEAK coffee.
