Stayed one night....room was clean and comfortable. We came late in the evening unexpectedly and front desk accommodated us in a friendly way. Price was affordable. Breakfast options were small but fresh and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean. Nice front desk. Safe area. Would stay again. Breakfast was sparse but I expect that when it's not hot. It was OK. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. They allowed our dog but don't allow dogs in the eating area. Parking is crowded. There are restaurants down the road nearby.

The whole building is outdated, dirty, and smells like weed 24/7. TV is is super small, and the a/c unit sounds like a jet engine. This place is in bad need of renovation. When I walked to the front counter to check in, I could see the area behind the counter looked like the county dump, trash piled up and disgusting. The exterior is just as bad, with little or no effort made to keep it looking clean and welcoming. There is absolutely NO pet area, except for a few small planters (weeds) along the edge of the parking lot. Lots of noise from the nearby highway as well, so don't expect a quiet night in the rockies. Folks working there were friendly enough. Mostly though, it's just not well cared for, and really stinks like weed.

Room Tip:No pool, no pet area at all, and the whole place smells like weed. Badly outdated.

I didn’t expect it to be a grand hotel but calling it a two star motel is being generous. Between stains on the towels, crumbs under the bed, the beds on rollers to where when you sat down, the bed would almost roll out from under you, the terrible parking, broken plaster in the bathroom, dirty shower head and questionable black goo/glue around that shower head, the lack of insulation between the walls to where I could hear every single noise, and lack of water pressure, it was a miserable experience to say the least. To top it off, while we were in Glenwood Springs, my dog hurt herself. I had to carry a 60 pound dog up and downstairs out onto the far side of the parking lot to where she could go to the bathroom. They have a space on the interior courtyard of the motel where I was not allowed to take her to pee. I was stopped by the front desk clerk telling me that they would get in trouble if anybody allowed their dog to use the restroom in the space so I had to carry her around building and couldn’t find where to go. The front desk clerk had to walk me around to find grass, which was helpful but certainly not convenient for a place that markets themselves as “pet friendly.” To make matters worse, we were there for a weekend of soccer tournaments, so many places were booked that I couldn’t change my reservation by that point if I wanted to. It was also my son‘s birthday and I was hoping for someplace at least a little homey celebrate, but this was not it. Their continental breakfast was also lacking for what I paid total for that room for one night plus pet deposit.

If you are looking for a budget motel, don’t choose this one. Very neglected. First room had a running toilet so switched to another. Beds are comfortable but the room is dirty - the kind of dirty that comes from a lack of cleaning over time. No closet, coatrack or hooks and very limited surface space. No place to hang anything at all. Ended up hanging wet coats over shower rod. Not enough parking - we arrived late afternoon when a show and there was no place to park. Breakfast option was not even worth considering unless you like Raisin Bran or fruit loops or rubbery packaged burritos.
