I stayed here some 5 years ago and was OK, but my recent stay is a different story. Pretty run down with needing a major upgrade on everything. Mattress and pillows and carpet are worn out, bathroom area was filthy with signs of what looked like barf on the sink faucet. Sink would not drain, lower levels of life are living there long term . Loud activities from the residence and their visitors all night long. Along with several of them smoking right outside my door. Only thing missing was a broke down car on blocks....... Will never go back!!!

Property's Favourite Review
We were on a long family vacation thru several states & some wanted to go camping, but we had 2 kiddos & got a last minute room here. For the low rate & discount it was only $90 and some tax! It is an older place but after all the “chain hotels” & false advertising with saying breakfast, we stayed here! Door dash is simple & all the ice we needed! The bed was awesome! I’m going back there! The people are very nice made sure we had extra everything! 🧡

I'm not sure how this place use to be, but after spending the last 2 night there, the website pictures are deceiving. On Friday we had to wait and hour past check in for our room to be cleaned, no water pressure an the A/c didn't work. The office was not open the entire time, not to mention the cable didn't work due to non payment. The lighting was dim due to dirty light shades on the glass $200 a night we totally got ripped off and there was not another room in town. Also I booked a king suite and got a 2 queen bed room. The 2 little towelscwere extremely ruff and the 2 shampoos put out were mismatched from other motels.

Refused to let me stay with my service dog. Informed him of the service dog laws and he stated that I needed to have a paper. I informed him of the ADA laws and he stated I would have to pay. If you ever have a disability please do not sleeve stay with them.

Old with 0 amenities and overpriced. Old room and sold as remodeled! Bed sheets did not fit the mattress. Shower and tub had poor pressure and were age stained. Super small sink with threatening signs hung up about makeup stains on towels being charged to occupants. Then to top it off, I hung the sign on the door as instructed for housekeeping to make up the room. Housekeeping reported that a Do Not Disturb sign was on the door so they skipped it. No reimbursement for lack of service and no apology. Don’t waste your money!

Monica & Kate were very helpful in giving me a room on short notice. We liked the queen size beds and how spacious the upstair room was those beds were some of the best I have slept on. There were little inconveniences; the gravel rocks, so walk on the dirt, upstairs, could have had hotter at night, so take shower early in the morning like my friend did, a little road noise, but in the area expect it, The window up front shows the mountains, so but that is traveling. They accommodated us even though they called to rearrange our room assignment. It bites when they change our plans, but for me Kate & Monica were very helpful. You get more than you pay for.

We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights, we had issues with one room. The air conditioner didn’t cool and they tried to put a fan in window but with the rooms facing the highway it was going to be a noisy night. They did refund our money for that night, and we asked to be moved to another room for other 2 nights. 2nd room toilet would back up so we had to ask for plunger! This is strictly a no frills stop, no waters, juice or fruit at all offered.

We stayed here after a ride down the million dollar highway from Ouray to Durango. Booked this online looking for a reasonable price with good reviews. It’s nothing fancy but above expectations for a motor lodge. We had a very comfy king size bed, and made use of the nice front common space to enjoy the nice evening weather. No complaints really!

Standard room. Unfortunately on the back side of the building so that the mountain view meant the rocky wall 8ft. from the window... Access to the room was quite difficult due to a gravel way and narrow stairs to the 2nd floor

After being warned by a friend to not stay here, I booked 5 months in advance, confirmed it 3 times ahead of time. then the morning of my reservation I Reconfirmed it for a 4th time. I told them I would be there but it would be late. I was assured my room was confirmed and I had until 10 PM to check in. After driving for 8 hours to get there, I arrived at 9:45 to find out my room had been given away at 9:30. THEN they attempted to charge me for the room they gave away and refused to let me stay in. After driving all day thru the mountains , pulling a camper, with kids in the car, I was left at 10:00 PM with NO WHERE TO STAY and had to continue to drive the dangerous mountain roads in the dark until I found another town that had a place for me. They were rude to me and did not care that they had lied to me and were putting me and my family in danger. DO NOT BOOK HERE
