It was a nice staycation during Covid-19. It was very clean and we felt safe with their precautions. We had a beautiful room with a lovely view of the mountains. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
Wife and I were looking to come to Colorado for a quick one day (overnight) stay from Arizona and found this place for $150 total including taxes and what not. Hotel was super clean, room was everything you need for an overnight stay, fairly small, but very clean which is all I care about. Our room also had a really nice view of the mountains which was a nice touch. The hotel also has a nice bar there but we already had plans so we did not check it out, but from listening to others talk in the elevator they all seemed happy with the prices and what the Bar & Grille offered. Staff was also extremely nice, and our check in took us less than 5 minutes to get our keycards and into the elevator. From the Airport the hotel was approximately 35 minutes, so a bit away from the city, but yet everything we needed and wanted to do was all within a few minutes (IE....Starbucks, Restaurants, Shopping etc..).…
I went to the Omni to get away for a night and just have a peaceful relaxing night by myself. What I got was a nightmare. It started with the front desk telling me they were going to put a 100 hold on my card but in actuality they put almost 500. This then overdrafted my bank account which then caused me almost 400 in overdraft charges. I had dinner at their tap room which was good but then the waiter somehow messed up the transaction and they told me that dinner was free and then charged me twice for it. Their solution to charging me way more than the 100 was to offer me a free drink. They didn't acknowledge or try to make anything right. Don't go there! This was a Monday night, I can't imagine what a weekend looks like
We stayed here for one night on our way back home. First of all, our check-in was touch-less and ready early. Secondly, this is one beautiful hotel & property. Thirdly, the Tap Room was a convenient place for a meal and the service was excellent. Fourthly, it was clear that the hotel was observing all kinds of safety precautions. So glad we decided to stay here.
Good overall, they are trying during a difficult time. Was surprised at the lack of signage to the restaurant, minimal staffing so if you want to eat you need to wait. Next morning patio still littered with straws and sticky food. Really needed to be hosed off. Staff very helpful and friendly.
