LOCATION:
Right off of the freeway, wonderful restaurants and shops around so there's lots of options. Also right next door to Costco/Costco Gas!

STAFF/LOBBY:
Staff was great. Gino took care of me; very professional and friendly.
Lobby was clean with Christmas decor, very cozy.

BREAKFAST:
The complimentary breakfast was good! Hot and cold foods, waffle maker, muffins, breads, toaster, yogurt (see pictures). ADVICE: Don't go right when it starts at 6am (weekdays). Give it a little time maybe as I went at 6am and they had a sign out that there was no hot foods. I go back at 7am and the sign was removed and there was everything there. Maybe staff was running late this day? Coffee, orange juice and water also provided. No other juices/no juice machine.

ROOM:
All rooms are suites so it was spacious. For the most part clean, has a kitchen and large refrigerator, dining table. Shower was decent, got hot (but not as hot as I like it which I like it if gets scortching). I love that the living room and bedroom has separate heating/air conditioning units so it can be changed and managed individually. Bed was comfortable, pillows could've been better personally--it was too soft for me.
Overall great one night stay. Coffee maker came with Coffee Bean packets YAY. Has pots, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery.

My only 2 "dings" would be the furniture looked like it needed some deep cleaning or just new furniture in general. I maybe was given the room because I came with 2 small chihuahuas dogs but still, was taken back by the stains on the furniture (see pictures).
Other "ding" is the hardwood floors makes upstairs neighbors noisy if they have heels or moving dining chairs against the ground. Other than this slept fine and couldn't hear my neighbors.

PROPERTY:
Has nice BBQ grill and patio area that is directly outside the breakfast dining area.
Enough grass for pups to potty and doggie bags/trash bins available on property.

If you're a smoker, you're not going to like the smoking area oustide which is out int he parking lot right next to the smelly hotel trash.

Has a small pool and jacuzzi with an AWESOME half basketball court available.

It's rare to say some place is a great place to stay but this one was a hit with us. We moved ourselves and dog to the homewood Suites after a disappointing stay elsewhere. Two weeks in a comfortable room with a kitchenette complete with pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware. Concernedstaff who pay attention guests well being. A handicapped accessible room with a rollin shower and shower seat and non slip tiles was much appreciated. Reception staff was happy to see us and helpful If things went wrong they tried to help as fast as possible. Pet friendly place for an expensive hotel. We had a comforatble double queen bedroom. separate from the sitting and kitchen areas.

Breakfast has hot choice every day and friendly staff serving it.

Recommend this place fully.

This is my go-to hotel for travel in the San Bernardino area. Love the cleanliness of the lobby and my room. The managers reception on Wednesday is awesome and the breakfast always has a great variety of options. Highly recommend to stay here as parking is free and it is in a safe area conveniently located near the freeway.

Our stay at this hotel did not meet our expectations. The quality of the bedding was inadequate; the mattresses felt aged and were not conducive to a good night's sleep, and the pillows were unfortunately lacking in loft. Moreover, we were informed that all the pillows were of the same flat quality when we requested additional ones. A revamp of the bedding, including the pull-out couch, which was particularly uncomfortable, would greatly improve the guest experience.

Sleep was further disrupted for one of our party members due to the uncomfortably discernible springs in the mattress. Furthermore, our understanding was that room service would be provided upon request, but our requests on December 17, 2023, went unattended. We found ourselves needing to ask for fresh towels due to the absence of room cleaning, and even had to manage our own waste disposal.

The breakfast offering was disappointing. The children in our group experienced digestive distress following consumption of the orange juice, and the coffee left much to be desired. We were not the only guests expressing dissatisfaction with the breakfast, as we observed numerous other complaints.

The check-in process on our arrival on Friday night was marred by the discourteous attitude of the staff member assisting us. Despite our reservation clearly indicating the presence of three adults, we were denied a third keycard. The staff member's explanations were hurried and unclear, leaving us confused. Given our lengthy drive prior to arrival, this was a stressful end to our day.

In light of our experience, we regretfully will not be choosing to stay at this hotel in the future.

I always enjoy the one bedroom suite and full kitchen at Homewood Suites. The bed and linens seemed new and were very comfortable. The location of this hotel is very nice with several stores and restaurants within walking distance. That said, a lot of little things were missing at this hotel. They have a nice, large gym but no water refill station. They have removed the business center so I had to have staff print work related items for me. They also do not provide dish soap or paper towels unless requested. My room was also missing body wash in the shower and a hair dryer. After asking about the business center, water refill station and dish soap, I didn’t even ask about the hair dryer and body wash.

For one of the bigger rooms, you will pay $300 per night. For that you get two queen beds in one room and a pullout bed from the sofa. None of the beds were particularly comfortable. And the queen beds felt small.

The rooms were not particularly well lit. And there was a smell. The rooms were clean.

On the positive side, you get a very large fridge and freezer. Also a dishwasher, sink and stove.

They have a small pool but not well heated. In fact, it was quite chilly. The jacuzzi was very nice.

Breakfast is included and has a pretty good selection. One morning there were sausages and scrambled eggs, together with hashbrowns. The next morning, there were chicken, sausages and spicy potatoes. There was also good selection of breakfast, cereals, breads, small muffins, and yogurt.

Most of the staff were polite and professional.

They add on $20 per night parking. That was quite gratuitous in our assessment. This is not exactly downtown Los Angeles. No need to fleece guests with a parking charge.

Overall, a very mixed assessment. Some good and a lot bad. We will not stay here again.

This hotel was the worst Hilton property I have ever visited. The hotel room was filthy. Stains on all the furniture, brown filth on the walls in the bathroom and living room. Brown/yellow stains on the pullout mattress. Bugs crawling out of the a/c unit in the living room along with an inch of built up dirt. The door downstairs by our car didn’t work so we had to walk all the way around the building to enter through another door. Our room was booked for 6 guests but we were only given pillows and towels for half that many people. When we inquired at the front desk we were told there were no pillows and they could only give us 2 more towels, apparently one of us wouldn’t get to take a shower- if we wanted to go back to the front desk after 11:30pm they “might” have more. We also received a call from the front desk earlier in the night asking if we had kids because they had received a noise complaint about thumping feet and if it continued after 10pm we would be asked to leave because they had a “no tolerance” policy. It was 7:30pm only and the kids being rowdy had lasted for only less than 10 minutes before we were called by staff. Thank goodness we only had to spend one night here as we were passing through.

The room was great, not many hotels that offer a good size kitchenette. The service needs huge improvements. Most of the front desk is helpful and pleasant but there were some that lacked customer service skills. Stephanie is beyond rude to suggest that my card did not have enough funds to pay for my room and every experience I had with her during my stay she was rude. Briana should not be working in customer service because it seems that any guest asking her a question bothers her. The housekeeping staff spoke in Spanish rudely as well not knowing one of our family members speaks Spanish and understood them complaining about us because our room needed to be vacuumed. This hotel has so much potential but needs a ton of support in staffing and customer service.

The hotel itself is very well maintained, and my needs were met entirely by the staff.

Management, especially Stephanie went out of their way to take care of any needs that I had during my extended stay here which was approximately 10 days actually closer to two weeks and they were amazing.

all of the staff, whether in the middle of the night or in the middle of the day were extremely friendly, extremely professional, and I highly recommend this location to all my traveling friends out there.

I will certainly be back.

This is for the people who plan on staying for more than a month. The room was amazing and very spacious. No complaints there. Getting housekeeping to clean the room, now that's a battle all in itself. When I checked in i requested every Thursday to have the room cleaned. Never happened. When I go downstairs to ask for the room to be cleaned I get attitude. I went 3 weeks without the room being cleaned. That's the new record and that's even after I emailed the hotel Manager Stephanie Lopez. When I checked-out I had to reach out to the Manager again just to get an invoice. And lo and behold the invoice was wrong. The invoice shows the daily room rate plus the CA tourism tax but the total balance was off by almost $37. When I emailed the manager all I got was "it looks good on our side". That's not the answer I need. I have to input these daily transactions into my companies accounting website so I can get reimbursed down to the penny. Needless to say, if you're a long term guest, stay somewhere else.
