Overall this was a great stay for a budget hotel. Adam was very accommodating to my group needs to be on the 1st floor and near each other. Alma was great during check-in although we had multiple rooms she saw the setup that Adam had already arranged she was very organized in receiving all our information.

People at the front counter was helpful i came in early morning and he got me a room right away. Room was clean but however the cleaning lady kept just walking into my room while i was sleeping. She also knocked at my door at 9am the next morning to see if i needed anything and if im going to check out. I proceed to tell her i am checking out and i go to the restroom a hour later and she comes into my room without knocking. Thankfully my boyfriend was right there on the bed because who knows what she would have done or tooken

In the morning I wanted to iron my clothes there wasn’t an ironing board only iron. I called the front desk they don’t answer I think they were asleep I had to call 3 times before they answered. When I asked them for one their response was “I am not sure what you want me to do” I asked them to go to an empty room and grab one. They said they couldn’t. The room was clean, and had your basic amenities included. However microwave had issues, hair conditioner dispenser in shower was empty, door security swinging lock broken and notice wall in the bathroom was damaged. Despite being positioned near the freeway and homeless encampment room was very quiet and pleasant. I would consider staying here in the future.

Many tiny rules you do not see until you arrive - no hair dye on pillows??? NO visitors allowed at all - had plans to bring food and family for quiet dinner but Not even allowed in parking lot - smelly, noisy. Trashy parking lot. Cannot believe this is a Wyndham property.

Check in was easy, staff at desk are friendly and helpful. Especially the night staff, very accommodating. Price was high for the room we got. There is no daily full service for your room and getting towels is a chore. The towels are hard, scratchy and small. The room was dirty, I had to wipe down the sink from the dirt and about ruined one of their wash clothes doing so. When the sheet came off my bed and I went to put it back on, I noticed not only was the bed stained but it looked like a murder scene on the top of the mattress (room 236 for those interested). At breakfast the offerings were ok, yogurt, toast, cereal and some fruit, meek but enough. The eating area needs an over haul badly! The bench alone has little pleather left on it and felt nasty. The hotel in general could use a good cleaning. Good enough if you don’t want to spend much and can look past some of comforts of home that you will miss while staying here!

Great location, a lot of noice, TV not working, and no breakfast display. Room had a wear smell. However, room and bathroom were cleaned. A called was made to the front desk to report the TV, without any response. During checkout the issue was mentioned to the personnel (btw was the same person that did the check in) and he does not knew about the report. When we ask about the breakfast, the staff told us: protein bars, coffee, and juice, really that is not breakfast they are snacks.
