Hotel's Favourite
As a Hilton Diamond Member, I want to sincerely thank the hotel staff for my exceptional two week visit. The front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Their wonderful attitudes made my long stay enjoyable and the food at breakfast was delicious. I would like to specifically recognize Rengie for her outstanding service. She remembered my name and my favorite order and she worked very hard making sure all of the customers were served with a smile on her face. Thank you to all the staff and I look forward to my next visit.

What I would really like to acknowledge was the perfect service that Rengie and Daniel provided in the restaurant / catering for our meetings. Only thing I can appreciate is the courteous service of on-site grill team for breakfast and dinner.
My shower was equipped with hand soap instead shower gel. It took 24 hours to get replaced. Front desk did not have even small bottle of shower gel or body wash to fix the problem before housekeeping comes next day.
Accidentally I paid one night dinner bill with credit card and forgot to grab the receipt. Now it’s 12 days since following up and could not get itemized receipt from restaurant. Every time front desk make false promise and their operations manager Janelle never returned call after at least 5 times of voicemail
Ridiculous customer service. Front desk lady Nancy could not even understand the difference between itemized receipt and bank statement transaction. She kept saying my bank will provide itemized receipt what I ate in dinner and had in liquor LOL

I had a great stay here. The hotel is 10 min away from the Ontario International Airport and within 10 min walking distance from the gigantic Ontario Mills shopping mall. In addition to that, you have an infinite amount of high quality restaurants directly next to the hotel. However, the thing that really stands out is the excellent service of Rengie during the breakfast hours. She knows each guest's preferences after a few days and took care of all requests. Thank you for your great efforts, Rengie! 100 % recommendation!

Love this hotel and staff is great! Easy and smooth check in, room clean and bed comfy!
Extra bonuses refrigerator and microwave in room and they offer a very affordable breakfast from 6-930am .

She’s there to serve you for breakfast and the multiple times I’ve been back she’s always there to help and serve with great warm and care. Please thank her for me management team! 1) The front desk staff were not helpful and sometimes difficult to deal with. Even when I ask for two extra blankets for my room I was informed there was only one and I had to pick it up my self.
2) The cafe staff was a little better, but I had to either charge my meals to my room or pay cash because they said I could not use my credit card.
3) When I informed the Manager the there was a very strong oder of gas on the 4th floor - it seemed that my complaint was not taken seriously- we checked out same day.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Which was surprising since we have used this hotel before without experiencing this type poor hospitality.

I had a terrific experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga for the first time. The entire staff was kind and treated me terrifically. I’d like to recognize one staff member in particular, Rengie. She made my breakfast experience truly enjoyable with her hospitality, never letting my coffee get more than half empty, and I even caught her singing with her lovely voice while I was toasting a bagel. Great job to all at this Inn!

Yes, Ontario Mills is easy walking distance. Victoria Gardens not far but you'd need to drive. Uber or taxi shouldn't be too costly.
