We stayed here just before the Christmas holiday. It is just minutes away from Ontario Mills and next to the CHP office. The staff that checked us in were very friendly. We arrived late around 11:30 pm and had no issues. I even had a few requests for some toiletry items and extra towels and they were all ready at the front desk and in the room. The room we stayed in was the 2 queen suite. It was very spacious. I like the fact that there was the little seperate sitting area. My son slept on the sofa sleeper and he was having a ball with the TV to himself in that area. They had 2 big 50 inch TVs in the room. The bathroom was nice with a shower/tub combo and I love the fact that they had the shampoo, conditioner and body wash on a dispenser so you could use as much as you need. It is way better than getting 2 small bottles and there are 5 people in your family. The closet was s tad small for the big room, but we didn't have much to hang anyways. It's very convenient the newer hotels have charging stations, USBs all over the room. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave. The free breakfast was delicious, they had sausage hash one morning and another these delicious warm walnut pastry bars. Overall, I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nites on a weekend in October 2020. Very secure - need card key to get in lobby door. Also very clean. The only thing I noticed was lacking; no luggage rack in the room. Just a small table with room for 1 suitcase. Free bag breakfast was bottle water, tangerine, peanut butter granola bar, and a Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwich to heat in microwave in room.

I would stay here again when in area.

This was my first trip away from home since Covid-19 and I was very uncertain about traveling. Before we were able to enter the hotel we had our temperature taken, and the check in was quick and contactless as the hotel staff was behind a plastic shield. During our two night stay we didn’t come into close contact with any other guests and everyone I saw was wearing a mask. The hotel is newer, very clean and next to the CHP station so it was in a safe area. It is also close to many restaurant options. The rooms were spacious and looked just like the photos. I would highly recommend this hotel - exceptional value for the price.

This used to be my go-to hotel when I was in the area and I looked forward to returning. Reserved a suite, as I’ve did in the past. However, they’ve made drastic and unexcusable cuts, blaming it on covid (instead of being honest and blaming it on costs or staffing issues). They refused to offer housekeeping, even upon request, despite this being in direct violation with Marriott’s minimum brand standards. Their so called breakfast was also the worst I’ve ever had (forcing us to dine elsewhere), including 60+ US hotels during June-December 2021, and the service lousy. Zero elite recognition. I reported the property to Marriott’s customer service during my stay, and then my suite was suddenly serviced and cleaned, but no excuses and no explanations. I will never, ever return and I would advise everyone else to do the same. Show this property that service matters and spend your dollars on a hotel that values its guests. That said, the rooms are stylish and the location excellent, which is why I’m giving it two stars instead of one.

Most business travelers like myself not only want a clean modern hotel, but most importantly we want to start the day off with a good breakfast. Not here. The breakfast they serve is laughable at best. I went to get an ice cream one night and was told to stand in line. Instead of just taking my room number and charging after she was finished checking a guest in, the fat guy working with her told me that I had to wait in line. The ice cream was already melting. I put it back. Checking out early tomorrow. They do not lnow how to treat guest with high status with Marriott. Guests like us pay the bills, but the fat guy would rather have me wait amd let the high cream melt all over my hand. Just opened a major project in the area. Will not stay here another night.

Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I apologize for failing to meet your expectations. Unfortunately, when you purchase an item from the market your item needs to be scanned for purchase by the cashier. Again, I am sorry if there was a line. Please be respectful when in your feedback when describing team members.

The front desk named Angela notice that I looked so tired and I told her that I drove 5 1/2 hours from Vegas to Rancho. After checked-in I went to get coffee but it was cold, she saw me that I was frustrated. After 10 minutes in my room Angela (the front desk person) called and telling me that she made a fresh pot of coffee. I was surpised and made my day after drinking the coffee. I appreciate very much what Angela did to me. She went over the line. she knows how to treat a guest .

So my wife and I spent the weekend here at this lovely hotel to celebrate our 4 year wedding anniversary. When we booked this hotel, we saw the reviews , with hopes that they were accurate and true. Needless to say, EVERYTHING about this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Brandi , who was extremely professional , courteous , and was so so nice by handing us a pamphlet with a list of area restaurants for us to choose from in order to have our anniversary dinner. When we got to the room, we were met with a very clean, spacious room that was air conditioned, and it smelled great in there. All the amenities were there, like a fridge, coffee maker, and the TV had NETFLIX. That was a big plus. Bed and bedding were comfy and very plush, and the bathroom was huge and very clean. Down to the pool. The pool was small, but not very small, however big enough and the water was chilly and perfect for a hot day. The next day, we enjoyed their free hot breakfast, which had quiche and salsa included and it was all delicious. By the way, the staff handling the breakfast items and breakfast areas this morning, were extremely nice and so very helpful. I didnt get this when I stayed at an Embassy Suites by Hilton out in the Palm Springs.
All in all, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and the location of it was PERFECT being so close to the Ontario Mills, Victoria Gardens and a flood of entertainment. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean hotel, including parking lot with ample parking.

Very thin walls, could hear everything. White noise machine provided too loud, not able to control sound.

Grab and go breakfast great.

Lobby personnel friendly, however, was not able to explain "Gotmd" charge.

Thank you for noting how clean our hotel is. I am sorry you were not able to get a good night's rest. I understand how important that is. The GOTMD fee is the Greater Ontario Tourism Marketing District fee. All guests staying in a hotel in the Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga has to pay this tax.

I stayed Wednesday night to catch an early flight out the next morning. I arrived at 4pm and was given an upgrade, which is always appreciated. When I got to my room all I could hear was a small dog around the corner from my room barking, growling, and whining non-stop. I could even hear the dog over the television. It was sad actually. It was clearly stressed out. At 4:45 I called the front desk and asked if the dog usually stops barking when the owner arrives. I was told, “Well, sir, we are a pet friendly hotel……..so.” Finally, at 9pm I went downstairs to get a new room as the dog hadn’t stopped or slowed down at all. At 9:30pm, and after I played the recording for the front desk clerk, I was given a new room. Not a great evening when you have to get up at 3:50am to catch a flight. This hotel obviously chooses pets over guests, so I won’t be staying here again.

I have stayed here in the past and it was a great experience. This time I had to check in and immediately check out. In the past, I was on a higher floor where my at&t phone signal worked. I know the signal around the area for at&t isn't the best, but I didn't realize I would have none this time around. The female staff that checked me in was very pleasant. If you're worried about Covid and it's mandatory you travel, this is where you want to stay. When you enter the door, you need to call the front f desk from the phone on the side. Then they take your temp to make sure you're afebrile. Everything is closed at the hotel, pool, gym etc. But if I did stay I wouldn't have used it anyways. When I got to my room that's when I found out there was no signal. I needed my phone because I was on call at the hospital. I called the front desk and let them know my dilemma. They were so understanding and let me check right out and was not charged. Had it not been for my poor signal, I definitely would have stayed. I really appreciate the empathy and great customer service.

Thank you being a loyal guest and for your review on how understanding and pleasant our Front Desk Team is. Thank you for appreciating our increased health and safety procedures in response to COVID-19. Please accept my apologies for AT&T cell service in the area. As an AT&T customer myself, what I found to assist me was enabling WI-FI calling and using the hotel's wi-fi. I hope this may be useful in your next visit until AT&T is able to resolve this issue. We welcome your next visit!
