If I could give this B&B 10 stars I would!!! The owners are totally remodeling the casitas into accomodations that would rival the best anywhere in the vineyards of Europe. The views, the attention to every detail in your room, the gourmet breakfast in the morning, and the incredible service we received during our stay put this B&B on an entirely new level. Oh, did I mention the personal infinity pool on our patio? This property is a true gem! We will come back often!
This very individual hotel offers five casitas with total privacy. The casitas are lined up in the space between the main tasting room and the wine barn, overlooking the vineyards on the slopes across the valley. This place is really remote and quiet. Southwestern decoration is all over the place, even over the slope behind the casitas. Further up the hill are more wineries, with Daou being the crown jewel. But you don't have to go that far for wine, since Manuccis has its own tasting room which serves some pretty good reds and an outstanding port wine. Breakfast is brought in every day at 9:00. It is delicious and plenty. There is no restaurant or store within walking distance, but it helps to have a refrigerator in the casita. The drive into town is ca. 6 miles. There is a barbecue and a jaccuzzi in the space behind the casitas. All in all, the stay at Manuccis felt like a real vacation from day one.…
Loved this southwestern styled B&B in Paso Robles. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, views from all rooms are stunning, and hospitality was exceptional. This was a perfect accommodation from which to explore the wineries in the region. Could not have been more pleased.
Fantastic family-run B&B - First time stay -- Loved the unique Southwestern-themed room set-up and the incredible vineyard views/hill country scenery. We came up to Paso Robles from the Pasadena area to see the Light at Sensorio show and spend a few days playing along the coast and ended up at Wild Coyote just by chance. What an amazing find....the rooms are really nicely decorated and sized with a spacious sitting area and private porch. If you're there on the weekend, the Saturday am winery tour is a must....learned alot about the wine-making process....in a small group setting. Plan on sticking around for breakfast too (served to your room 9-9:30ish) - You won't regret it. Menu is set, but varies daily and each offers a variety of foods to fill everyone's tastes (you probably won't be needing lunch). We also took advantage of the complementary wine tasting (great venue) and ended up taking a stash of "Big Reds" home. We our already committed to coming back in September and bringing along extended family. Can hardly wait to be back! This is now our go-to stay in Paso Robles.…
This was our first visit to Paso in a very long time. We decided to stay at the Wild Coyote B&B to stay away from the large crowds and based on the excellent ratings. What a fantastic place with beautiful views. The property is very clean with some very cool décor. Gianni was very helpful and the breakfast was awsome. Gianni took us on a tour of the winery which shows his commitment and passion for winemaking. Will definitely be back soon.
We loved this place. Highly unique. Quiet and a great place to get away. Very convenient for wine tastings at the many nearly estates. It was enjoyable to visit with the owner and see his operations up close and to do a barrel tasting. Note, this is not a fancy place so do not expect an Auberge de Soleil Napa type experience. However, it’s relaxed, funky/artsy, clean, and the breakfasts are great. We will be back. By the way, it’s a short drive (maybe 7-8 minutes) to downtown Paso Robles.
Stunning views and beautiful accommodations at the Wild Coyote B&B! This place is truly unique! Here you are surrounded by colorful southwestern architecture and decor, well-stocked rooms right down to the welcome bottle of vino, gorgeous views of the vineyard from the private patio, and no crowds. I will definitely make a return visit next time I’m in CA!
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Wild Coyote for our wine weekend in Paso Robles and it didn’t disappoint! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the views were gorgeous. We felt completely safe during our time on the property, especially given the pandemic. The breakfast each morning was homemade and delicious. It was also fun to be able to do a wine and grapa tasting with Gianni (the owner) right on the property! Gianni was very friendly, helpful with questions, and accommodating during our stay. Wild Coyote is also centrally located right in the heart of Paso wine country on Adelaida Road and only a short 10 min drive to the downtown area. We’ll definitely be back!
Wild Coyote Winery is a beautiful property, very well designed. But, I wouldn't recommend the B&B during COVID time as the staff is not wearing mask even in closed places, so we couldn't enjoy our stay peacefully. We cut our stay short and left the property after one night
We had a truly lovely weekend getaway! The scenic views were incredible, breakfast in bed felt so decadent, the architecture was really memorable, and we even had a delicious round of wine & spirits tasting with the owner himself. We are so glad we found Gianni's vineyard gem!
